I was made to feel welcome by staff at reception. The practice was immaculately clean. My dentist was very nice, experienced professional and gentle. She checked whether there were any updates about my health since my last visit. The information the dentist gave me was very helpful. I would certainly recommend anyone for this practice.

I had my upper wisdom tooth and adjoining molar extracted today. From the moment I stepped inside the surgery all staff were helpful, reassuring and polite. I believe my teeth were extracted by Hosam Elmanhawany, who put me (a nervous patient) at ease. He was skillfull and managed to get both teeth out in 10 minutes, causing me no pain, only the expected pressure sensations. Thank you to all the team.

I had to find a new sugery when my dentist retired. The reviews of Franklin house were good so I booked myself in. I was extremely impressed. No hard sell, no unnecessary treatment, helpful, friendly staff. I have also recommended them to my husband and my neighbour, neither of which had attended a dentist for many years. I left the surgery feeling like I had been listened to, rather than talked at, which is like a breath of fresh air. 5 star recommendation.

I called this morning to get an emergency appointment for my 10 year old son. The dentist and nurse were amazing with my boy he has ASD so isn't the best at cooperating but they did a fantastic job. However, the older blonde lady in reception is not helpful or what I would call a people person. Seemed like I was putting her out wanting to register my other son on the phone, and she told me we could do it another time, I could tell it was her I spoke to when I walked in she had the very same attitude. Not welcoming or friendly. I will be returning because of the dentist and nurse only. Maybe Franklin House should rethink their receptionist as she is letting you down.

Six months and still smiling. I suffer from hereditary gum disease and crooked front teeth. For many years I have had a recurring problem with abscesses on the crooked teeth. Last year antibiotics finally could not solve the problem so reluctantly I had the tooth removed. Unfortunately I then had to have the next tooth removed, both teeth were at the front of my mouth. Hardeep suggested a Maryland crown. I only needed a single tooth made as my teeth had been so crammed in. Now at 70 years of age I finally have a smile to be proud of and more important no more problems with abscesses. I would like to thank Hardeep and his team, and the person who made my new tooth.

Went for an emergency appointment for a chipped tooth and ended up needing root canal, my dentist Jason was beyond amazing, at every opportunity he could he would squeeze me in to continue work on my teeth, always asking if I’m doing okay and honestly one of the most polite person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting if it wasn’t for Jason i don’t know if I could of carried out the extensive dental work I needed with anyone else truely a spectacular dentist, I’m truly forever grateful and indebted to you good luck in your future endeavours I’m going to miss your, “ your my best patient “ comments a lot

My mum came in with me and we felt so welcomed. Brilliant people there, would definitely recommend. Purchased my second set of retainers here a while ago and they are still in perfect condition.

I came in with my grandmother because she thought she needed some new dentures as her old ones were very worn down. We came into the lab and spoke to the guys who were extremely helpful and made her an appointment. They were fantastic and made her feel very comfortable. I’m happy to say she’s over the moon with her new dentures and she would recommend highly to anyone.

Wonderful NHS dentist, had a problem with my tooth and swollen gland and they fitted me for an appointment next day and gave me a perscription that day for antibiotics as I had an infection, would highly recommend.

I returned to the Dentist after many years of avoidance. I was extremely anxious but was made to feel at ease and was very pleased with the treatment and advice I have received. I will be definitely attending for regular check ups now.

I joined this Dental Practice last year after it had been recommended to me and I am so very pleased that I did. It has to be the best dentist I have ever been to. I needed extensive treatment and thought I would be nervous but Dr Marwaha and Clair instantly put my mind at ease. Everything was explained thoroughly before the treatment began and I was allowed to go at my own pace so I felt completely in control. My mother recently had a new set of dentures fitted at Wigmore Dental Practice. This involved several visits: great care was taken by Dr. Mandip Marwaha to ensure that the dentures fitted perfectly and my mother is delighted with the results. Dr. Marwaha was very patient and took the time to explain options clearly, listened carefully and answered my mother's questions fully. He and his excellent dental assistant, Claire, obviously really care about providing the best service for their patients. My mother's outstanding experience reflects my own experiences at the practice. All the staff at the clinic, including the dental assistants and reception staff, consistently provide a wonderful service: they are kind, friendly, very accommodating, professional and efficient. We are very grateful and would not want to go anywhere else for dental treatment.

I used Wigmore for some composite bonding on a broken tooth. It was a great experience from the start, easy to get an appointment and the staff were extremely friendly. Louise and Steph were the dentists that I saw and they done a great job and my tooth looks as good as new, as well made me feel comfortable in the dreaded chair. Thanks guys, I will be back.
