During the entire course of treatment I enjoyed a very caring, stress free and professional experience from the whole team at The Implant Experts. From the initial consultation through to the final stage of treatment I was assured that I would have pain free sessions and that is exactly what I experienced. I am 100% satisfied with the end result. The name of the practice is fully justified.

I recently had a dental implant fitted by Orestis at The Implant Experts and can honestly say it was the best dentistry experience I've ever had. I was a little nervous given I'd not undergone the procedure before but it was completely painless and over so quickly! All of the staff were friendly and professional and I highly recommend their services.

I had my first appointment with Louise Yates at Kent Smile this week. I felt welcome from the moment I stepped into the centre and greeted by the reception team. Louise took her time to listen to everything and make sure she had all the information, as I have a complex dental case. She then proceeded to carryout the most thorough dental exam I have ever had which included xrays. Louise and her dental nurse are absolutely lovely, they answered all my questions and I left feeling knowledgeable and confident about my treatment plan going forward. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kent Smile to anyone

Dr. Rizal’s skill and calm demeanour put me completely at ease, even though I was quite nervous going in. She explained everything clearly beforehand, which made me feel reassured and prepared for the procedure. Her nurse, Emily, was equally wonderful – so kind, attentive, and calming. She made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and checked in often to see if I needed anything. It’s incredibly painful when your elderly parents face serious health issues back home in India, and you feel powerless to help from miles away. Recently, I reached out to my dear friend Dr Maddy here in the UK, though I was hesitant and uncertain if she could even assist. Not only did she agree to help, but she went above and beyond, arranging multiple video calls and doing everything possible to support us remotely. My 69-year-old father had been struggling with complex dental issues for months, worsened by his history with blood thinners and heart problems. I called Ashley Lupin to ask a few questions since I have not been to a dentist in a few years and was recommended this practice by friends. I am someone who gets nervous when it comes to visiting the dentist, hence why I have not attended in so long, and when on the phone the young lady (I believe her name was Charlotte) made me feel very calm and relaxed and answered all my questions and even said when I am ready to make an appointment and if she is in she’ll take special care of me and let other staff know about my nerves so they are aware and can make me feel relaxed and at ease. It was nice of Charlotte to go above and beyond for a potential patient, she didn’t need to at all. I really appreciate it. Thank you.

Lovely ladies at the reception who always make me feel more at ease. I have always had a fear of going to the dentist but throughout years of patience and reassurance from both the dentists and dental nurses I am much less fearful. Appointments are generally on time and the waiting area is comfortable. It's nice to listen to the radio whilst I am waiting for my appointment

Very friendly and non judgmental staff, receptionist very happy to help register my daughter and book her first dental appointment (9 months old) treated us so well and as individuals with plenty of advice for the babies teeth that are coming through thick and fast. All staff were very accommodating and made us feel at ease and comfortable. Left feeling very positive and confident in coming back for further appointments in the future. Great first time experience for the baby, no pressure nor forceful.

Wow I'm so impressed with the lovely dentist and her nurse. I needed a tooth extraction at the back and they did it there and then, no questions asked, they were so supportive and gentle with me as I'm super nervous of the dentist and also very needle phobic! All of the equipment is very modern and new, and the whole place is spotless. I've honestly never felt so comfortable and looked after by a dentist before and I actually look forward to going back which is a first!

Had a very bad toothache and was seen the same day as I rang Lizzie was fabulous as always very understanding and Nicholas the dentist was so nice and very gentle with me. Absolutely the best dentist I have ever had, I’ve had root canal treatment and never felt a thing, Nick is very knowledgeable and caring and knows his patients , and all the staff are friendly and welcoming, especially Lizzie .

Last week, I had my first check-up, at this clinic, with Dr Patel (if I am correct, I am so bad with names, apologise if I got it wrong). Needless to say that I get anxious about going to the dentist, but He was Great!! Made me feel so comfortable, patient, asked all the right questions, explained few things to me and we had few laugh too. Well at least I did. I will definitely book with this clinic again when I need to. Oh wait, I haven't finished yet. Reception staff are great too (I didn't forget about you, wink wink 😉😂) talked few time on the phone and they are patient and courteous. Thank you

I've been going to Southcot for a number of years now and Dr Clare is my dentist there. I travel well out of my way (25 miles) to get there as its the best dentist I've been to. The receptionists are understanding, kind and professional. Giving a fantastic customer service. Dr Claire has managed to skilfully save several of my teeth and I have had a bridge done that still doing a perfect job years later. I have not exactly looked after my teeth well in the past and I've always felt a bit embarrassed by that fact. However Dr Clare has always made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I'd not go anywhere else.

I haven’t visited a dentist in twenty years and have to confess I was scared. Tim and Nicola though have seen me through three extractions and got me back on track whilst I can’t say I look forward to visiting the dentist it no longer fills me with dread. We have recently joined this dentist, my 2 year old daughter was seen by Nikolla. He was so good with her, he made her first dentist appointment fun and spoke to her about brushing her teeth everyday. He was so kind and joked with my little girl while doing the whole “open wide” part. She was so compliant because of his approach to her. I was seen by Marilena for a check up and 2 appointments for treatment. Being a very nervous patient, Marilena was so patient and gentle. She explained everything that she was doing and went at my pace. Having been sedated many times for treatment, it was so nice to finally find a dentist who understood my anxiety and put me completely at ease. I really felt listened to. Reception staff have always been lovely on our visits, going to the extra effort to look at some dentist activity books with my daughter while we were waiting. We have been very happy with our 4 visits over the last month.

I've been seeing the dentist, Hugo Marques, for years and highly recommend him. He regularly checks in on you during the appointment to check you're okay, is reassuring and explains everything. Pain free procedures.
