Just visited Tooth Care Dental Rainham and had a fantastic experience with the Hygienist, Charlotte, and her team. Charlotte is such a lovely lady and took excellent care of my teeth. She also shared some brilliant advice, and I left feeling like my teeth were in great shape! The receptionists, Anna and the other wonderful ladies, were incredibly helpful and efficient, making me feel so relaxed—even though I’m not the biggest fan of dental visits. The whole team is genuinely friendly, and it’s such a welcoming practice. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent dental care with a personal touch! Would you like any adjustments, Andi?

Been a patient here roughly a year now. Had 4 appointments with the dentist and 1 with the hygienist. All round great service. Appointments are well communicated. Polite & friendly receptionists, always have a smile on their face. Dentists, nurses & supporting staff are very professional, understanding and accommodating. Really brilliant experience with Appletree. Was referred to Mr Williams their specialist for a re-root canal. Both treatments were calm and pain free, no issues or problems! Staff are lovely and facility is very clean and modern. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Antoinette Angelo and her team, the wonderful Maraj and Kayleigh are fantastic! I’ve been made to feel completely comfortable and at ease through all of the work that I required and each of the appointments were performed to an extremely high level with reassurance at every moment. All staff very friendly and helpful. Mr Steven Williams performed a root canal on me. I was very nervous about having it done but he kept me informed with what he was doing at all times. I am so impressed with what he did. Thank you so much. 100 per cent recommend.

My daughters and I all attend the Welldene and cannot fault the service and staff interaction. Yes there was a wait at first as clearly their patient retention high ( I noted this as positive) once registered I can honestly confirm the service is that of the London clinics and you will not be disappointed. Everyone involved in the emergency appointment was really helpful by finding an appointment and ringing to confirm my email by far the best dentist experience I have had in the last 20yrs with 3 other practices well pleased.

Very disappointing. Booked my initial appointment 4 weeks in advance. Welldene sent me a reminder 2 days before that date, but then contacted me the day before my visit to tell me the dentist had another appointment on that day and I would need to rebook. Offered one date initially which I was unable to attend, and when I tried to rebook the very next day was offered an appointment 6 weeks later as 'we are very busy'! Although I was informed they had dentists available if I wanted an 'emergency' appointment. Contacted Patient Feedback team, via email, to discuss and, currently, after two weeks have yet receive even an acknowledgment. UPDATE: Subsequently received an understanding letter from the practice manager, and after contacting him a short notice appointment was arranged with a nice dentist. Review amended accordingly.

Lawrence is a very gentle dentist who has painlessly looked after my teeth for 40 years. A dentist who actually makes me smile! I should have given this review a long time ago - sorry. I have recently registered with this dental practice after a very traumatic registration and appointment with one closer to my home. I am a very nervous patient when it comes to Dentists and I think the last one I registered with and ended up cancelling my next appointment with left me with such anxieties I can't explain. I attended my registration and check up with this practice yesterday and the staff were so friendly upon arriving, I felt a little at ease when I got in to the waiting room just by the receptionist, then the Dentist came out and called me in, he was so friendly and calming and I felt so at ease from the time I got in there, I was a little tense to start with but both the Dentist and his nurse were so kind, reassuring and professional and I was so grateful to them both and the front of house staff for making my first visit such a relaxed one. I feel I have definitely chosen the best Dental Practice to be with and look forward to having future visits with the knowledge that I am at ease and around a friendly professional service. Thankyou so very much to all the staff and also all the great reviews on here which lead me to deciding to register with this practice. I would highly recommend registering as the ease of process was amazing, I'd give this eternal stars if I could.

From the very beginning, he was patient, kind and professional, and thanks to him, I'm not embarrassed by my teeth anymore. I’ve always been anxious about going to the dentist, but Tom changed that. I had a broken crown and some noticeable marks on my front teeth that made me feel self-conscious. (My old dentist told me I’d need a false tooth, not ideal at 35!) Tom looked and said he could put on a new crown and clean up my teeth. He took the time to explain everything in detail, answering all my questions and making sure I understood everything. In a world where many doctors and dentists seem eager to get you in and out, Tom was the complete opposite, he took his time and I didn't feel rushed. Now, not only am I more confident with my teeth, I'm also far less anxious about future appointments. Thank you, Tom, for your exceptional care and to the awesome nurses and reception staff. I highly recommend Tom to anyone in need of a kind and skilled dentist.

I have been going to St Dunstan's for 3 years and have found them to be on the whole, very professional. Dr Batti, my dentist is a skilled dental surgeon who has produced good work on my teeth. This last time, I needed a tooth rebuilt and the result was fantastic. Cosmetically beautiful, it is a robust addition to my dental assemblage. Although professional, he is conversationally engaging and has a good sense of humour.

After an absolutely shocking poor level of service and communication from a different private dentist it was a huge relief to find the St Dunstans Practice. In particular, all the receptionists, dental nurses and Dr Surinder have gone out of their way to accommodate us. Perhaps most importantly there has been clear concise communication resulting in real trust leading to excellent outcomes and some very timely pre Christmas treatment. Apologies for accidentally only giving a one star review first time...5 star is order of the day....

I’ve been a patient at St Dunstan’s Dental Practice for some time now, and I’m incredibly grateful for the exceptional care I’ve received. After Martin Kelleher, the senior consultant dentist for restorative dental treatment at Kings College Hospital London, retired from private practice, he highly recommended Ian Small at St Dunstan’s. I couldn’t be more pleased with this recommendation. Ian is always thorough, considerate, and takes the time to explain his treatment plan in detail, ensuring I feel fully informed and comfortable throughout each visit. In addition to Ian, Sam, the hygienist, has also been fantastic. She is efficient, thorough, and the attention to detail in her work is excellent and I always feel well cared for. The reception staff are consistently friendly and helpful, making scheduling appointments and addressing any concerns a smooth and pleasant experience. Great clinic! Really glad I found this clinic after moving to the area a little while ago. The dentist was excellent - extremely gentle, knowledgeable and gave excellent advice and options for some cosmetic treatments which I have been looking for. The hygienist and assistant were also excellent - gentle, efficient and quick. They both made me feel comfortable and I felt well looked after. I will continue to go here for my dental needs.

Lucy, the hygienist, efficiently assisted by Alison, did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth. What I especially noticed was that there was absolutely no physical pain in the process- a really precision job! I was also given specific advice regarding care for my wisdom teeth. For those that find visiting a dentist practice daunting, there is the bonus of being in a beautiful and ancient building with the best views of the Cathedral! I recommend this Practice.

The Maryland Bridge that Ioannis at Burgate Dental fitted for my daughter has been superb. Along with the initial fitting we have been given a number of free check ups to make sure the Maryland is performing as it should and that there are no issues. Haven't been to dentists in over 35years..went for a check up in October this year and I was shaking I was so scared had to be sick because it's just that I get myself in a state over the dentist. There was nothing to it. He made me feel comfortable and calmed me down a bit. Anyway I got to go back on 13th December I need 2 fillings a tooth taken out and a scalp & clean does anyone know if I will or can have. All work doing at the same time or will it be 1 treatment all on different appointments?? Stuart and team are indeed caring, patient, gentle, careful, friendly and very professional.The quality of service is very high in my view considering that the cost of this service is reasonable. An excellent practice with a gentle, caring approach coupled with considerable expertise. All staff members are courteous and accommodating. Unfortunately I was recently transferred to the Southbank Sedation and Implant Centre, due to my regular dentist being on sick leave. The Southbank Centre could learn some valuable lessons from Laurel practice, particularly those associated with respect, communication and empathy. Thank goodness I am now back under the care of Laurel.

Have been very uncomfortable at dentists all my life with several bad experiences. Had a snapped tooth that quickly got infected. Called Laurel House, got an appointment the next day and within an hour of entering the practice I’m leaving with a lovely capped tooth and no pain. Dental wizards. In regards to pricing as far as private dentists go they are so reasonably priced. You really get first class service without paying extortionate prices. I’m not normally one for leaving reviews but I am that impressed I felt compelled to do so. If you don’t like dentists or have had bad previous experiences give these guys a call. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
