My daughters and I all attend the Welldene and cannot fault the service and staff interaction. Yes there was a wait at first as clearly their patient retention high ( I noted this as positive) once registered I can honestly confirm the service is that of the London clinics and you will not be disappointed. Keep up the great work Welldene 🌟

Very disappointing. Booked my initial appointment 4 weeks in advance. Welldene sent me a reminder 2 days before that date, but then contacted me the day before my visit to tell me the dentist had another appointment on that day and I would need to rebook. Offered one date initially which I was unable to attend, and when I tried to rebook the very next day was offered an appointment 6 weeks later as 'we are very busy'! Although I was informed they had dentists available if I wanted an 'emergency' appointment. Contacted Patient Feedback team, via email, to discuss and, currently, after two weeks have yet receive even an acknowledgment. UPDATE: Subsequently received an understanding letter from the practice manager, and after contacting him a short notice appointment was arranged with a nice dentist. Review amended accordingly.

Always on time. Dentist has always looked after me despite difficult teeth. Have been at this practice for more than 60 years. Same dentist for last 20 years at least. Would not change.

I have a, fear of dentist going back to my childhood. The staff at Welldene are friendly and the hygienist puts me at ease and is very gentle. It has helped to boost my confidence.

I have had regular check ups, hygienist treatment, veneers, fillings and one wisdom tooth extraction, over the course of many years I might add! Stuart and team are indeed caring, patient, gentle, careful, friendly and very professional.The quality of service is very high in my view considering that the cost of this service is reasonable. When I have needed an urgent appointment then one has been made available. I would highly recommend Laurel House Dental Practice.

Have been very uncomfortable at dentists all my life with several bad experiences. Had a snapped tooth that quickly got infected. Called Laurel House, got an appointment the next day and within an hour of entering the practice I’m leaving with a lovely capped tooth and no pain. Dental wizards. In regards to pricing as far as private dentists go they are so reasonably priced. You really get first class service without paying extortionate prices. I’m not normally one for leaving reviews but I am that impressed I felt compelled to do so. If you don’t like dentists or have had bad previous experiences give these guys a call. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

An excellent practice with a gentle, caring approach coupled with considerable expertise. All staff members are courteous and accommodating. Unfortunately I was recently transferred to the Southbank Sedation and Implant Centre, due to my regular dentist being on sick leave. The Southbank Centre could learn some valuable lessons from Laurel practice, particularly those associated with respect, communication and empathy. Thank goodness I am now back under the care of Laurel.

Arrived to a warm welcome, visited Hygenist Melanie. Wonderful happy smiling lady, nothing too much trouble, excellent customer service, not rushed great service she takes her time and my teeth feel wonderful.

James the dentist and practice owner is extremely welcoming and polite and has always made me feel hugely at ease with every treatment....thank you James!

Great experiance even though it was my first visit to Wye dental for hygienist. Supanna (hygienist) & Rita (dental nurse) were very professional at the same time friendly too. Explained everything in details and demo techniques were shown thoroughly..

I first joined Wye dental surgery to have my teeth straightened and whitened but, in the process, found my top incisor was fractured due to a root canal I'd had many years before. The advice and treatment I received throughout the process of getting my tooth repaired and the root canal redone, and having a crown fitted to look EXACTLY like the other tooth was phenomenal. I can't recommend Wye dental surgery enough. James and Aliz are friendly, patient and understanding and will make you feel at ease whatever treatment you have done. A very professional, yet friendly service.

I first came to Wye Dental Practice earlier this year as a nervous patient. From my very first visit, everyone made me feel so welcome and at ease. Just had my first appointment at The Dental Surgery. It was an emergency appointment, I’ve been in so much pain with a gum infection so I was quite anxious as to what would be done but I shouldn’t have worried. James and his team are amazing! At reception, Penny is really helpful and welcoming and then, in the surgery, James explains everything he is about to do and is really caring and gentle. Excellent service! Highly recommend!

I have been going to The Dental Surgery now for many years as my medication had affected my teeth quite badly & thank goodness James expert dental work corrected them. I only recommended James once again to my oxygen rep. today. who was installing new equipment for me & he needed a dentist as he was in agony. My experience with james on having treatment is outstanding. He makes you feel very reassured and explains everything with every step of the way. I am a very nervous person anyway, which made every step taken with compassion and patience. He has made me a very happy lady with my new teeth. All the girls are so lovely and professional and take time for you at all times. The minute you enter the surgery, there is an ora of relaxing energy that you feel, which makes you so calm. I was lucky enough to find Broadstairs dental surgery via a recommendation, and it is by far the best dentist I've experienced. James and the team are extremely welcoming and reassuring. It was clear right from the offset that I was in good hands. James is wonderfully informative and the treatment is very thorough. Huge thank you guys!

Really find all staff here great. Have had recent fillings, crown fitting and Enlighten whitening done. All excellent. The dentists take time to make sure all is pain free. And the results from Enlighten whitening have been brilliant.

As a patient of more than 10 years I can recommend the Gabriel’s Hill Dental Practice without reservation, both for dentistry and dental hygienist services. My experiences there have always been positive and the preventative / proactive approach to dental care is well judged in my view. Excellent service.

Such an amazing dental practice! My first visit here was in March when I was booked to have fillings done. I missed those appointments. I had a horrible toothache overnight and I called for an appointment to be seen. I was treated with such kindness and professionalism. The female dentists who treated me showed me such empathy! I was in so much pain and they took care of my pain. I am needle phobic and extremely afraid of needles but they were so professional with me and helped me. I was adamant about the tooth being extracted because of the pain I was feeling but I was treated and given options that could save my tooth. Thank you to the 2 female dentists that saw me! Really brilliant experience with Appletree. Was referred to Mr Williams their specialist for a re-root canal. Both treatments were calm and pain free, no issues or problems! Staff are lovely and facility is very clean and modern. Would highly recommend!

Due to a bad experience at another dentist i have been quite anxious about attending for treatment. However, Rita at Appletree has been so amazing. She is calm and explains what she is doing. Both her and the team were so friendly. Definitely recommend them

Excellent, professional, great customer service. I am having full mouth all on 4 dental implants. After losing a top front tooth and an upcoming wedding to attend to, they have bent over backwards to complete my uppers in good time for the wedding to which I am truly grateful. Surgery was swift and painless, fortunately I have no bruising and very minimal swelling which has now gone completely (day 3).

Banning dental surgery is amazing. I haven't had my treatment yet but I am going through my consultations. They have made me feel so welcome and at ease as I do get very anxious. Everybody is so nice right down to the receptionist. I actually look forward to going.

I visited Inga, an hygienist, at Pennypot Dental for a cleaning session. She was excellent. not judgemental. Gave good advice for the future of my teeth and was very patient with my tenancy to gag. Thanks Inga! Money well spent. T

Myself and my children have seen the same dentist for years now. He is great with all of us. My children have a mix of adhd, asc and anxiety, but none of them are scared and are happy to go in. Receptionists are polite and welcoming to us,and I can highly recommend them all

Excellent Dental Practice, Dr Sabu did a large treatment plan for me and am very happy indeed. Really went all out to meet my money limits and exceeded my expectations. Recommend massively

Not the usual thing that I'd review, but it's worth doing for Pennypot. I use both the hygienist & a dentist, and they are both excellent. The service is really good as well. Reminders are sent, appointments always available (sometimes need to wait a little) and staff are always pleasant. It's such a relief to have a great dentists to go to in the current climate.

I am not a brave person at the dentist , but my Dentist Shamir Dalsania had to re crown my front tooth. He was so kind and gentle making the process I was dreading more bearable. The tooth was so good that you cannot tell it’s been replaced. I can not recommend Shamir enough, he is so kind, professional and a real expert in his field . Thank you Shamir

I am writing this review for my husband Phil. He was in great pain with tooth infection seen promptly and given diagnosis. Unfortunately he needed a root canal filling which he had today 15.10.24 carried out by Dr Shamir Dalsania. He thoroughly explained procedure, very little pain, he really looked after me.
