Just had my 6 monthly Clean & Polish with Hygienist Nikita, assisted by Dental Nurse Harriet. I was made to feel very welcome which immediately makes you feel at ease Firstly, I was asked if I had any concerns.. Nikita then explained what she was going to do and also demonstrated a technique I was to implement into my routine. Both Nikita & Harriet make you feel at ease, are informative and happy to answer any concerns, making my appointment a very pleasant one. Would highly recommend

I just wanted to thank all of the staff at Ascent Dental 10/10 service. Receptionists are kind and welcoming. Sophie was amazing and really helped navigate my appointments and made me feel at ease. Gursh was lovely and helped me understand exactly what i was looking for in order to achieve what i wanted. Nayan is an absolute star and perfected my teeth i can’t thank him enough!

I normally do not leave any comments/reviews but it was such a wonderful experience being at the clinic. Very respectful doctor (Dr.Ajay Dhunna), he knows his job well. He walked me through the procedure step by step, never got bothered by my questions, and he was very caring during and after procedure too. The staff also were nice and helpful. I really loved the fact that the hygiene level is remarkable, and the place is very tidy and clean. I believe it will be THE CLINIC I will always consider when it comes to my dental- related issues. From the minute I walked through the door, I was presented by very friendly and welcoming staff. When it was time for my appointment, I was made to feel comfortable and welcomed. I had my teeth aligned at OE. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. I am happy with the outcome and can highly recommend this practice.

I had to have a tongue biopsy a month ago. I can only say that everybody was so professional, kind and put my mind at ease. The reception staff were very understanding and accommodating when I needed extra advice. Particularly like to mention Kelley, she phoned me practically twice a week for three weeks to make sure all was going well. From a customer service perspective she was brilliant. Widney is a very good practice, I would not hesitate to go back.

I have nothing but praise for this dental unit. I've been treated brilliantly by Dr Aadil and his colleague Dr Gemma whom are both great individuals with a warm and friendly manner. Seriously you won't have a bad experience while under their care. They'll occasionally check up on you to ensure everything is going well and that you're happy. To top things up, I won a free teeth whitening which is super. Seriously give these people a try.

Honestly I hate anything to do with needles but that was an absolutely amazing experience !! I had an extra tooth growing behind the row of my bottom teeth. I needed it out and have been putting it off for years because I hate the thought of needles. But can I just say Dr Mohammed Binamin was fantastic. He was so patient and such a calming presence. I really did not know what to expect for my first time with this dentist but it was better than I could have imagined. I was so scared but he was so patient and understanding and I didn’t feel judged or put off at all! Thank you so much for such a great experienced. He was so quick and professional and I appreciated it so much! Highly recommend

Superb experience at Widney Dental Care. My dentist had recommended them for an awkward extraction, and I turned up petrified and quaking to meet Dr Amelia Reed. She was utterly delightful.... immediately put me at ease & I felt very safe in her obviously skilled & experienced hands. Whilst the extraction was not joyous, it was relatively brief & helped along with Bach Piano Concertos on my iPod. Amelia was brilliant and gave great clear advice & tips for after care. I felt that nothing was too much trouble & reception staff were also very efficient kind and courteous. I can't recommend more highly!

I have just completed my final procedure for implant surgery to replace my front tooth by Will Murphy. From the very first appointment Will explained the full process and at every stage, explained exactly what the procedure would entail. I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed at each visit and confident that I was in good hands. The care I received was exemplary and am thrilled with my new tooth....a perfect match and happy to have my smile back! Our family have been with the practice since day one and is run by a very attentive, efficient and friendly team. I would fully recommend.

I was born during the Second World War and, being the third child, my mum told me that she struggled to feed me. I feel that this has affected my teeth during my lifetime. I have been under Will Murphy’s care since he took over the dental practice in Newhall Street, Birmingham. I was one of Will’s first patients for implants, the first time having two. I have lost count of how many I have now! My plan was to replace teeth as and when I lost them. I moved to The Dentists, Dorridge a couple of years’ ago, the practice being nearer my home. Since then, Emma has looked after me, with Will looking after my implants. I recently lost another front tooth, which broke off at the root. Will expertly took the root out without damaging the jaw bone. He did an immediate implant, with a temporary tooth to preserve my looks while the implant was settling. I find the process of having implants more tolerable than having a root filling! The end result is far superior to having a patched up tooth or false teeth. I had my final fitting yesterday and, to be honest, the tooth feels like my own tooth. I can now eat normally and not be afraid to smile. I am so lucky to have such a talented dentist looking after me and can’t thank Will enough. If you are at all nervous about having implants, you couldn’t be in better hands.

Amazing dentistry from Will Murphy! So professional, calm and reassuring. Other dentists described the implant process as incredibly complex and difficult, but Will presented the whole procedure in simple steps which helped to diminish my fears. I had two implants, a bridge and a veneer. The whole process was undertaken with such care and professionalism; I had never experienced such gentle dentistry. Will informed me of each step and was happy to spend his time answering my questions and allaying my concerns. I didn’t experience pain; just some discomfort, but the outcome was amazing! I now have a beautiful smile, much better than my original teeth and I am so grateful to Will and his team. The price was extremely competitive too. I would also like to thank Simone, Shelley and Emma who all helped with my treatment. Thank you! If you’re thinking of implants, don’t go anywhere else!!!!

What can I say about this place. I feel sorry for Dr Waheed and Jade who are putting up with me regularly. I hate going to the dentist yet these guys have had me re-appearing for the last 3 months (would have been shorter if I didn't keep re-arranging my appointments). I have on numerous occasions told Dr Waheed that I absolutely hate her and poor Jade has had her ear chewed off by me. However, these 2 women are special! History: I had severe gum disease and lots of other issues. Dr Waheed has helped restore my faith in dentistry and has also restored my smile. The work they have done has been nothing short of professional. Dr Waheed has worked on me to give me my smile by fitting veneers which look very natural. Bless her magical fingers and the instruments I hate she has managed to fix/control the level of gum disease I had. It helps that they talk me through all my processes for the appointment and tell me of my future plans. I love how they have worked with me and have not made me feel bad at any point. I still hate dentists (I'm scared from when I was young) but these guys really are professional, polite and respectful of your fears. Today they didn't use the hoover machine on me because I hate it and found an alternative. That's what I call tailoring to my needs. I do not hesitate to recommend these guys, they are brilliant!!! This is not a paid ad this is experiences in restoring faith in dentists and a damn good smile :)

I have been a patient at White Pearl Dental Practice for 3 years now and I can safely say it’s the best I’ve ever been to! Dr Waheed is so kind, informative and always puts me at ease - all of the staff there are super friendly and often go above and beyond. The practice uses new technology to make any visit as seamless as possible - I recently needed a gum shield making and instead of using the dreaded putty to make them, Dr Waheed was able to take scans of my teeth within minutes! Would highly recommend to all ☺️

Such a fabulous practice, couldn’t recommend more ! The dentist is lovely and explains everything very well, the nurse at the reception is a warm and kind woman who welcomes me in with a cheery smile every time! I have been coming to the white pearl dental practice for many years, Dr Humaira is very patient and caring and makes you feel very at ease, she will always advise you first if any work needs to be done and gives advice. She does not do any unnecessary work like other dentists. I would highly recommend Dr Humaira and her team.

Was rather nervous about having a tooth removed (with high breakage risk) but Dr Jami and Rachel were lovely, so kind and reassuring. Lots of pressure on Dr Jami to get the tooth out whole and she did a brilliant job. I can't speak highly enough about these two ladies, and also the reception staff too. Been with Downing Dental for years but for me the current staff are superb and I would thoroughly recommend them and the practice.

After having bad experiences with dentists in the past I have become very nervous about going, but I registered with Downing Dental for necessary work to be done. What an amazing practice! The receptionists were lovely and I was treated by Dr Jami and nurse Emily who were both kind and understanding yet efficient, I was filled with confidence (although it took a while for the nervous shaking to stop). My tooth was taken out so quickly I couldn’t quite believe it! I can’t recommend Dr Jami and Downing Dental highly enough especially for a nervous patient.

Superb dental practice. As a new patient, my experience from start to finish has been exceptionally good. My first contact with the receptionist was excellent, friendly, helpful, and made the experience so simple and stress free. On meeting my new dentist and his nurse, they was so attentive, kind, gentle and thorough. Booking my next appointment couldn't have been simpler. Added to all of that, great parking right next to the practice. A well deserved 5 star rating from me!

My dental care has been amazing! Originally visited to have a filling for a cavity. Bpa and fluoride free filling. 😀Received a painless injection and all went well. Mild gum disease was identified that I was completely unaware of! Laser gum treatment was provided to help healing and along with education on how to floss properly and this has brought about a greater sense of awareness around oral hygiene. Many thanks, Dr Singh.

I have known Dr Singh for many years now, he treated both my children but I wasn't a patient, due to me being petrified of dentists! So you can imagine the condition my teeth were in! I decided to take the plunge and get some treatment done and obviously chose to visit Dr Singh and his team. They put me at ease straight away, all very polite, friendly staff. Dr Singh explained my treatment in detail at every appointment I had so that I knew exactly what was happening, when it was happening and how he was going to achieve the best result. If I was nervous about any procedure he was doing he would stop and talk me through it. For me, the end result is amazing! I am over the moon. I cant thank Dr Singh and his team enough. I will definitely be returning to Eternal Smiles and Dr Singh for any dental work in future.

I have attended for around 20 years and have always received excellent treatment, from routine check ups to extractions and fillings. I can never fault Samantha’s care and always feel at ease. I am always listened to and nothing is too much trouble.

Dr McCullough and her team are second to none. A very clean and professional practice with friendly staff. I feel at each appointment I am listened to and my teeth are checked properly and any concerns I have are addressed. I would certainly recommend dental health care to anybody else for high quality service.
