Hannah on reception has been absolutely lovely to deal with, so friendly and explained everything clearly. Initially I was told my car might need a very expensive part which I was prepared to pay for but later they said it didn’t actually need it. Really appreciate this honesty when it would’ve been so easy to take advantage of someone who knows nothing about cars. Will come again if needed!

Amazing repair to my 4 month old Golf R. New front bumper, front end respray. The car was prepped better for collection from City Centre Care Care than from the VW dealer I bought it new from. Stunning attention to detail.

I was unfortunately the victim of a rear end collision, in which CCCC was my nearest approved Mazda repairer. I have always taken good care of any car that has been in my ownership, but I wasn't initially sure how a bodyshop would look after it in comparison, but I am very happy to say CCCC took outstanding care of my car before and after the repair. The team are honest and trustworthy and Reception/Admin was always welcoming to any request I made. The painters are extremely skilled, and all of the painted parts are as if they are from the factory. Colour match across the car is perfectly blended and I am unable to tell the difference at all, there are no runs, signs of contamination or even evidence of variation between factory orange peel and the respray orange peel. I cannot recommend this company enough, from the start until the finish they were fantastic, and I will definitely be returning should I require any form of bodywork again 👍

I was unlucky to be hit by another car in a collision that wasn't my fault. What was lucky was that a friend suggested getting a quote from City Centre Car Care. I asked about cost and hire cars in my initial email. Soon after, they responded and offered to refer me to the claims coordinator they use and did so same day. The following week, I dropped my car off to CCCC and collected the hire car. I was upset that my car was damaged because I'd taken good care of it, so it was especially appreciated to be greeted so warmly. I asked them to take good care of my baby, and a few minutes later as I was familiarising myself with the hire car, one of the guys was out checking the damage and photographing it, saying "I hear this is your baby!". We looked through it together and he explained what would likely be needed. He also noticed another scuff that must have been from someone in a car park. I felt really confident that my car would be looked after. The claims company updated me with texts, but it was the lovely Lisa from CCCC who really kept in touch telling me what had been done and updating the timeline. It was slightly delayed due to needing an exhaust and by them discovering a shady wheel place had left me without one wheel nut which needed to be replaced. Still, it was all done in a week! And I was very relieved to know that had I not been free to collect it, they could have delivered. The outcome? Fantastic. The same guy showed me what they had done and made sure I was happy with everything before leaving. They seem to genuinely care about providing good service and making everything as good as new. They even gave the scuff he'd noticed a polish! And the people saying their car was immaculate weren't exaggerating. I bought this used and it was far better presented this time. Like new, and valeted. It cleaned away the memories of that bad driver. I'm so grateful to them for being so personable and for making a bad situation far less traumatic. I have my baby back and all is well, thanks to their care and attention. Highly recommend.

Great service and prices. I have only good things to say about this garage. Discs and pads replaced all round on my golf GTI recently with Brembo parts for less than the parts only at Volkswagen. Service on my sons Renault Clio for 1/3rd of the price at Renault and they did it next day. We need to support the independent guys.

It was an MOT, painless booking over the phone, we picked a mutually convenient date. Drop off at 8:00am collected at 11:20, still only £15 which is great. Back again next year for sure.
