Best garage around by an absolute mile! I have been coming here for at least the last 5-6 years and always found it very fairly priced with brilliant customer service. I recommend to anyone I know who needs a garage for any reason. It’s hard to find a garage you can trust these days but you can trust these guys 100%.

This place seems to embody really decent values and they take the time to properly look into things. They seem really honest and do not seem focused on profiteering to take advantage of customers, which I have felt several times when using larger chain garages in the local area. They recently helped with a manufacturing defect and did not take advantage of the fact I desperately needed the car to get to work to overcharge me, they only charged me very small reasonable amounts to get to the bottom of the issue. Staff are friendly and helpful, place has an old-fashioned quality first approach feel to it. Will use again for services and MOTs.

Ken is truly a national treasure (as another review described). He is patient, polite and very knowledgeable. Quoted at a very competitive price for my mercedes e class 7 speed auto transmission rebuild, Ken has vast amount of knowledge on auto transmission, and talked with me with great passion, clearly he loves what he is doing. The car drives very smoothly now given it has done 160k miles, it's more smooth than at 50k miles. Highly recommend

This man should be classed as a national treasure. He is by far the most honest, most knowledgeable and most experienced mechanic I have ever come across. No one wanted to touch my Mustang 2013 5.0 due to the complexity of the gear and other issues. He restored my gear and car back to new and way undercharged me. He is a saint and I would not trust anyone else with my car.

Great guy, very helpful. I have been to him a few times now, first couple he was able to do no problem when others said it would be too difficult. With the latest issue, unfortunately he couldn't fix it, but instead he gave me numbers for people to sort it. Went above and beyond to make sure I could get my car sorted.

I had the MOT done at this garage for the first time and I will say that their premises and waiting area was spot for customers who wait at the garage. They seem to have a good customer base as they seemed busy which is always a good sign from my perpective. I would 100% recommend GS Autos and the manager who was very approachable as well.

Used for a service last year and a repair this year. Do what they say when they say even though very busy (book early) no upsell and rates very sensible. Seem highly knowledgeable too. Friendly honest garage.

I started using Dorridge Autos after being fed up with being ripped of by major garages and having to wait weeks for an appointment. What a find!!!!. Extremely pleasant service, extremely efficient service. I have total confidence it their workmanship and am delighted with the amounts charged. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

First time going here for my MOT and can say they are the best garage I have dealt with! Didn’t have to chase them like I have had to do with other garages in the past. They called me to let me know things that needed doing and told me the price straight away (price was the same as what they had told me so no surprises when it came to paying!) Excellent service. Having already paid out a small fortune at other garages, I still had a problem with my car. These guys took me out in the car to ensure the problem I was experiencing was what they had identified, Now the issue has been diagnosed I am confident they will be able to resolve.

I was recommended this place by someone who told me the owners of Red Line are very honest and trustworthy and always give excellent service. It’s very hard finding good mechanics so yesterday the first time I visited I immediately found they were very polite and very respectful, paid attention to me even with being busy, that I forgot all about my car. I can’t remember the brothers name but he kept me updated all throughout. Someone you know you can trust and I will definitely keep going back, have a customer for life.

REDLINE UK LTD is a fantastic place to do MOT. They work on appointment and strict with booking. They spend time to check your car well, and if any faults, they give you time to go and repair it abd come back. I have been using them for years and wouldn't swap them for any. Their staffs are professional and welcoming. The reception is great. Very good place to also repair your car.

I have been coming here for many years now. I have had no problems, I really have nothing to moan about. They put customers first, you are their number 1 priority and not only do they care about their customers but they also have respect for women. Their prices are reasonable and there is no hidden charges, you get a phone call if they find a new fault with the car and ensure you have okayed them to go ahead and work on those faults. The manager/owner is always available and on site. They have a big waiting room with comfy sofas. They have CCTV all over so as a customer I know my car is safe. If I was to moan and be a little nippy then it would be maybe they need more staff in the reception area but that’s isn’t necessary. That’s all folks.

Given Josh's details by a mutual friend. Was a little worried as there was some tricky work I needed done - I had just bought my car and was genuinely nervous something might go wrong, scratches/scuffs etc. The service I received was 10/10 A1!! Josh kept in constant contact with me throughout the whole process, was able to get my vehicle in earlier than anticipated and completed the work (without a single problem) quicker than he originally stated. had my car MOT here and it was really friendly service and fitted around my needs as best they could.

In general fine for a first service . Some confusion over times however . I booked a 10.00am -2.00pm slot however the day before the service was due i was contacted by the dealership and they advised me the slot was 08.00am -1.00pm. After we discussed this it was acknowledged that the booking was indeed 10.00-2.00pm however upon arrival at reception they again stated that they had been expecting me at 08.00am despite the resolution agreed on the call the say before . So perhaps its a case of staff members not talking to one another or systems not being updated accurately

Nicole Ramsey provided a good customer experience for MOT booking. Agreed to look at a separate fault which could not be revolved on the day but rebooked for a technician to investigate further. Car returned after complimentary valet.

I can not rate these guys highly enough . Many of us customers struggle to find a good mechanic or garage . Diamond grade honesty. Great customer service is hard to find but Prospect Solihull just set a new benchmark for others to aspire to. 17k miles ago a Mercedes dealership told me that my front and rear discs were ‘at the [wear] limit’. I booked the car into Prospect Solihull based upon my experience of their high-quality work and fair pricing. 30 minutes after booking the car in the Technician working on the vehicle informed me that the discs and pads did not need replacing; “bring it back when they do and we’ll sort it for you”. It would have been so easy to fit the parts they’d sourced to the vehicle that was taking up space in the workshop – but no they did the decent thing. In addition Andy the owner tells some entertaining and very informative stories about life in the world of Mercedes Benz.

I bought a prestigious Audi S4 from them imported from Japan, and as majority of their vehicles are imports they are all top of the range and immaculate!
