Ken is truly a national treasure (as another review described). He is patient, polite and very knowledgeable. Quoted at a very competitive price for my mercedes e class 7 speed auto transmission rebuild, Ken has vast amount of knowledge on auto transmission, and talked with me with great passion, clearly he loves what he is doing. The car drives very smoothly now given it has done 160k miles, it's more smooth than at 50k miles. Highly recommend
This man should be classed as a national treasure. He is by far the most honest, most knowledgeable and most experienced mechanic I have ever come across. No one wanted to touch my Mustang 2013 5.0 due to the complexity of the gear and other issues. He restored my gear and car back to new and way undercharged me. He is a saint and I would not trust anyone else with my car.
Great guy, very helpful. I have been to him a few times now, first couple he was able to do no problem when others said it would be too difficult. With the latest issue, unfortunately he couldn't fix it, but instead he gave me numbers for people to sort it. Went above and beyond to make sure I could get my car sorted.
Ken, is kind in words as well as actions. True to his work and charges a fair price for exceptional work. Would recommend to anyone.
