Been using MGR for about 12 years, after seeing their reviews were head and shoulders above the next best independent garage in the area. Always courteous, efficient and quick. Good prices, great work. Servicing, repairs, MOTs for all car makes. Knew Rob from when he was an MOT tester at another local garage.

This garage has thankfully just fitted me in for a same day MOT when I realised mine ran out yesterday! Friendly staff, no hidden extras. I've now booked in for a service in the new year. This will be my go to garage from now on!

Have been using Partridge motors for over 10 years and I am never disappointed. How many businesses can you actually say that about! There are a lot of garages closer to me but I trust Scott and he really know his stuff wether it is 2 or 4 wheels! Many garages over the years I’ve experienced offer to fit and replace components but rarely actually fix anything or at least understand what’s wrong in the first place. This isn’t the case with Partridge Motors.. Last week my car failed the MOT and had to be booked in for repair. I dropped my car in later in the week and when I picked it up later that day I was told that there was no charge as the work was minimal.. Customer service is always great and Rachel keeps me updated with any work needed and the prices are great and genuinely honest!

Been to a few garages over the years and this is one of the most trustworthy and honest I have ever been to. Sorted out a problem that other garages failed to spot. Since that have always used this garage for MOTs services and problem fixing.

Good experience! Clutch replacement plus MOT, pick up the car the following day heard a bit of noise straight away sent it back have a look and fixed a bit pricey but hey i understand its 2024 hoping for a discount as new customer here but ..anyway car problem done! Absolutely amazing service from both the girls on reception and mechanics. They received my car with a damaged wheel and had this repaired within hours. The Following day had to take my car back for a slight noise which they corrected again the same day and even fitted an alternator belt which was needed. Would 100% recommend this garage for there promptness, honesty and great service. Thank you again 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Had tyres fitted by their mobile service. Got a call 15mins before they arrived and fitted the tyres (2 off) I selected from their website in about 20-25mins. Very quick service and very happy with my new tyres. Only thing I can think of is I had to check they accept card when using their mobile service so had to call them. Good news was you can 🙂

This Thursday, I sent my car to do MOT and full service. When I collected my car, they told me that my car didn’t need a full service, just needed do a partial service because I drove the car below 2000 miles in the past year. It means I can pay less money to keep my car in a good condition.I am very happy for their professional work and advices,all of the staff are friendly.

Fast and friendly with good rates - what more can you ask for from a garage? 3pm MOT with a single failure, asked them to replace the droplink, all completed by 5pm, £120 all in MOT and repair. Will definitely use them again, my new go-to garage.

I went to have my car MOT and I can’t fault this garage.. was done within 45 minutes they fixed a few small issues with my car.. without even telling me. And I am extremely grateful for that.. thank you really nice people.. would definitely be using them again..

This place is now called Church Hill Auto's, under new management. I used them for the first time. The lady who served me in reception was very nice. The work was also done, quickly, efficiently, and at a reasonable price.

Went in on the off chance to have a look at my car as it was making outrageous noises. Was seen by rich who made time to have a quick look over it for me eventhough he was busy and managed to fit me in within amazing timescales to repair what was wrong. My normal garage had a 4 day wait, which was fine, but I tried my luck and I'm glad I did. will make this my new normal how. Excellent prices, incredible attentiveness and really great staff working here. As well as the fact my car sounded brand new when I got it back. Thank you!

This service centre was recommended to me & I'm so glad I took the opportunity to take up the recommendation. Booking my car in over the phone was a breeze, I needed a service & MOT and they were done so quickly, I was amazed. The price was very competitive even with a car wash! I was so impressed, I'm taking my car back for some bodywork damage to be repaired. The staff were so helpful, It would really be a shame to miss out on my recommendation.

Car broke down in the evening, RAC towed me to NCCC, got a phone call at 9 am the next morning with Sandra who assisted me. Lovely customer service. Found a fault with the spark plugs which caused ny car to go into limp mode. My car was fixed the same day, washed and given back to me in 5 hours. Would definitely recommend.

Having failed repeatedly to get availability for my car to be looked at by my usual garage, I contacted Northfield car care centre, who were fantastic from minute one. I had a serious issue with the whole car misting up after 15 minutes, meaning I couldn't see out of any of the windows. They immediately booked me in. And I had my car back within 2 days with the big problem solved and other issues sorted too. The car came back looking stunning as they had also washed it. I really appreciate the work done by the engineers and the customer care was absolutely wonderful. The price was great. I thoroughly recommend and will definitely be using again. Many thanks all.
