Having failed repeatedly to get availability for my car to be looked at by my usual garage, I contacted Northfield car care centre, who were fantastic from minute one. I had a serious issue with the whole car misting up after 15 minutes, meaning I couldn't see out of any of the windows. They immediately booked me in. And I had my car back within 2 days with the big problem solved and other issues sorted too. The car came back looking stunning as they had also washed it. I really appreciate the work done by the engineers and the customer care was absolutely wonderful. The price was great. I thoroughly recommend and will definitely be using again. Many thanks all.

This service centre was recommended to me & I'm so glad I took the opportunity to take up the recommendation. Booking my car in over the phone was a breeze, I needed a service & MOT and they were done so quickly, I was amazed. The price was very competitive even with a car wash! I was so impressed, I'm taking my car back for some bodywork damage to be repaired. The staff were so helpful, It would really be a shame to miss out on my recommendation.

Car broke down in the evening, RAC towed me to NCCC, got a phone call at 9 am the next morning with Sandra who assisted me. Lovely customer service. Found a fault with the spark plugs which caused ny car to go into limp mode. My car was fixed the same day, washed and given back to me in 5 hours. Would definitely recommend.
