Had to take our cat Brian as an emergency to Blaise as he had licked a caustic substance and burnt his mouth he couldn’t eat or drink and was in pain, the care he received was faultless would highly recommend, kept up to date at all times by vet Lucy who was excellent and Thankyou to Taylor the nurse for showing us how to look after Brian at home till he was fully recovered

Absoloutly amazing staff from the vets to the nurses to the receptionists. Saw my pet in our of hours and again for over night care after surgery and can't thank them enough for the love and care they gave my dog pumpkin and the compassion they showed to me also, very thorough and kept me informed on everything they were doing and very happy to update me when I called in the night to check on her. Can't recommend nor thank them enough. I knew she was in safe hands.

Came in recently with our guinea pig in a really bad way, they dropped everything on sight and attended to him immediately upon our arrival with kindness and compassion. The receptionist and the vet that evening were so supportive and understanding in that difficult time. Unfortunately the outcome wasn't positive but through no fault of the staff there, they helped see us out with empathy and patience and they made the whole situation a little bit easier. Have returned to AK Duncan's after 6 years overseas. Still had our details, great to work with and great advice as always. While we don't want to have to use their services for our fur babies, it is great knowing they are there when we need them.

Fantastic vets, we have used them for both our dog and gerbils and can't fault them.

Our elderly cat was a patient of AK Duncan for 18 months after we adopted her. She suffered from both thyroid issues and kidney failiure which meant she required regular vet visits and blood tests. Hannah was our primary vet and although our cat was an angry and difficult patient at times, she was always treated with gentle care and patience. Hannah did everything she could to provide options and care to prolong her life, comfortably and informed us of all options. Sadly we had to say goodbye to her a few weeks ago and again, although incredibly painful, Hannah went above and beyond to make it as comfortable and as dignified as possible. It was clear that she was invested in our family and our situation which was a huge comfort.

I visited today with my daughter and her dog Shiloh, who unfortunately had to be put to sleep. The staff were very kind and compassionate, a massive thank you to all of them.

This place is absolutely 5 stars and more! Our bunny broke her jaw and our own vets could not do anything for her, someone was looking down on us when we got transferred to Manor Vets Edgbaston. Mikel her vet is an absolute genius and the kindest man we have ever met, he goes above and beyond to help and honestly we would not thank him enough! He always remained positive and nothing was too much trouble, she would not be here without him. The nurse Faye is the sweetest person, equally as compassionate and caring and helped not only with our bunny taking great care of her but made us feel so at ease, such a lovely person. The reception staff, well it’s safe to say we spent a lot of time with these ladies on our trip weekly visits for 3 months, they are kind, compassionate and just great people and we enjoyed there company! Our bunny is now all fixed because of these great people and she will be staying at this vets for any future treatment and her vaccinations, thank you guys, you really are the best x Highly highly highly recommend this vets!

I just wanted to write a review after my really positive experience this morning. I am so grateful for the help of manor vets with my poorly hammy. I went there thinking id have to euthanise her and she was a bit of a lost cause only to be reassured that there was still help we could give her to make her better. Mal Q the exotic was so understanding and caring towards both me and my baby hammy. She reassured me and did all she could do to make sure my hammy was comfortable. She really is an asset to manor vets!! What a great vets to go to! The lady on reception was also extremely helpful and friendly with me and helped me lift the cage out and into my car. Keep doing what you're doing! There aren't many vets out there like this anymore 💕

Highly highly reccomend this practice for their exotic vet care for rodents from my experience. Receptionists are fantastic, very knowledgable and experienced vets, extremely transparent & offer all treatment options. My hamster unfortunately passed, and they treated me and her with such kindness even for a pet some people deem lesser, they laid her in a box ready for burial with a flower. I cannot thank this practice and their staff enough.

Fantastic vets, especially Jack and Mikel, and nursing staff, especially Mandy. Reception staff are also extremely helpful and supportive. I would recommend this team to anyone who has rabbits. The team is so knowledgeable and also happy to educate owners to better manage and understand their rabbits needs.

Brilliant practice and you can tell that all of the staff love animals and genuinely want to help. Monthly wellbeing service has been great value and has given me some much needed reassurance also. Highly recommend.

Amazing service from everybody! Took my little Diego in today and all of the nurses and vets were so welcoming, professional and kind at the same time. I felt really reassured as It was just so obvious that all staff really knew what they were doing. We had a really lovely nurse who really took her time explaining aftercare and took time in answering all my questions. We also really appreciated the get well soon card it was a lovely touch. We had to take our 50kg boy to the team today as an emergency, losing blood and he was terrified. We can honestly say the whole team from start to finish were incredible, so patient with him and very informative. Happy to have such a great vet. Thank you all so much for making an extremely stressful experience so much more comfortable x

My family have been bringing our pets here my whole life and have always received the best treatment. The staff here truly care about your pets and always put them, and you, at ease. Couldn't recommend enough!

My 1st visit was very traumatic as my beautiful old cat became sick and I had to put her down. I found the staff very supportive from the cleaner to receptionist, nurse and vets. They were very empathetic and caring considering I was a balling mess. The vet explained everything in an empathic way and gave me the time I needed to put her down. Staff also allowed me to go through the back exit to avoid people in my hour of duress.

Great vet practice. Friendly and empathetic. Treat animals as if their own. They have time for questions. I recently moved from another practice as I was no longer confident. Lodge veterinary centre ticks all my required boxes.

So kind at the passing of my little cat Molly who was nearly 17. All dealt with professionally and with great sensitivity and care. Thank you.

I was really nervous about taking my very reactive nervous dog to the vets but they handled and treated by dog so very well. I was very happy as my dog and myself were not traumatised by the experience. Thank you so very much.

I've been going here for many years with various cats and have always been more than happy with their friendly attitude and professional expertise. Took my little cat in today as she wasn't well and Marcus quickly found an abscess that we hadn't seen even though we had been checking her. Had jabs and by the time we got her home she was looking for food. Great outcome.

Really friendly and professional. It take my dog a little bit of time to get used to new people but straight away he felt comfortable with all staff members he encountered. We've now been a couple of times and every time they've been helpful, calm, friendly and answered any and all questions.

Took my two rescue kittens. the vet was absolutely brilliant with lilly and ruby my brother recommended fivelands as used with Digby his cat. First consultation was really smooth and made the kittens relaxed as very nervous .recommended their pet plan with no obligation which I took them up on really recommended fivelands great service

Honestly, probably one of the best small animal vets ive ever used? ! Most lovely, friendly and knowledgeable staff, that goes right from reception/vet nurses, to the vets! Instead of money grabbing, amd seeing what they can get out of you (an issue ive had with others previously , i wont mention names, theyre not worth it) these guys seem to care about getting your pets healthy and pain free, fixing issues, and give advice about preventing further problems.. and, if youre a just a normal person, on a standard income, ive had them known to offer a the option of other products/medications (in times, when there IS a suitable alternative, at a more affordable price!) And, also , we once had an emergency, and a very sad day, when our rat wasnt going to make it, and needed pts..(not their fault, btw) they were so sweet, and even let me pay a little later, as i was so upset! Theyre a conscientious vet practice, and one of few, still independently owned! (Grab on to them and hold on, they are a dying breed!) Personal and individual care here! I can't recommend southcrest vets enough! Each time I've called regardless of time and situation I've always been met with a kind and patient reception team. Dr Jess has been an absolute dream caring for our cat, Pebbles. Recently when it came time to say goodbye she treated pebbles with such kindness and respect. Not only that Dr Jess took the time to think about us and made sure we were okay. All the ladies on reception comforted us and we never felt embarrassed or unable to express our feelings whilst going through a very tough time. I can't thank you all enough for all you do. I would also like to thank Dr Adam who cares for our cockatiel when she comes for appointments and again Dr Jess for looking after our hamster. Wonderful team to whom we are so very grateful.

I have two boisterous Labradors who love going to Southcrest they get really excited to visit which I think says a lot about how the vets and other staff treat the animals! Let’s face it they never go to the vets for anything nice in my pairs cases it is always injections or an op. That said I do feel the vets don’t do procedures for the sake of it, they recently saw one of ours for a deep cut on their leg I thought might need stitches but they advised just bathing it regularly and it healed on its own.

Cannot fault Manor Vets. Friendly, welcoming and explains everything (including costs) very clearly. Quick appointments, lots of attention given to Ruby to relax her. Best thing we did moving to Manor.

Claude does not like travelling and usually leaves a smelly present in his cat box by the time I get to the vets which is about ten minuets away. The practice are really good of cleaning Claude up before he goes into see the vet. Claude is always relax when he is on the vets table and loves to be pampered.
