Our eldest cat Coco has had dental problems and recently underwent surgery at Burntwood performed by Harvey Tate ( prior to going in Coco developed what we thought was a leg injury,but Harvey believed it just to a strain of some kind) Just to say a big thankyou to Harvey and the team for the work and care put into looking after Coco ( he's an old boy ,,Coco that is 😂 ) and after 7 days of being confined to barracks,Coco has been signed off and he's plodding around the garden..also thanks to the receptionist, think it's Amanda? Who has Al Pacas ,she was very nice and we had a good laugh with her ...thankyou again for the care and attention given to Coco

I have been a member of pool house a number of years now, I have a rabbit, cats, and now a puppy. With every pet I have taken, I have received an extremely warm welcome and exceptional service. Staff have gone above and beyond in the past. From the receptionist nurses and vets every single member of the team I have encountered has been professional, knowledgeable, and given excellent service. I can't recommend pool house highly enough. Very good vets, always explains everything well, lovely receptionists, always kind and considerate, I highly recommend them to everyone in the Burntwood area.

Friendly and attentive both times we have been, gave good advice and treatment without leaving us with the feeling that they were in it for the money unlike some vets we've been to. Cooper liked her.
