I have been using Matt / CMM Plumbing & Heating now since moving into my home. I have had a range of major and minor jobs done, always to a great standard with a friendly smile and service, including new boiler and radiators, bathroom, kitchen tiling, downstairs bathroom replacement. Matt first of all installed a new boiler and radiators. I was so impressed with his work, professionalism and time keeping I asked him to install a new shower room. I received a professional written quote along with a start date and on that date he arrived at 8.00 a.m. My new shower room is stunning and beautifully finished. I would absolutely recommend CCM Plumbing and wish I had another bathroom you could do. Work on the singing though Matt 😂

Matt came highly recommended by friends - and they were absolutely right in every respect. Matt quoted for a complete new boiler and central heating system with 14 radiators (replacing economy 7 heating) and we assumed there would be a lot of disruption but this was not the case! Matt and his colleague started on the day quoted - at 8 a.m. They worked efficiently, leaving no mess, explained everything clearly and it was obvious that they took a pride in their work. The completed job has been finished to a very high standard - with virtually no re-decoration needed and - best of all - we have an efficient, reliable and economical central heating system for years to come.

Matt provided a very competitive quote and duly fitted a new central heating system in my property over 2 days just before Christmas, I have to say that I'm very happy indeed with the result and Matt has done a great job, he leaves no mess at the end of the day, he's efficient, very knowledgeable and clearly explained to me how the system works when he'd commissioned the system and got it up and running. I have no hesitation in recommending Matt to anyone requiring similar work undertaking and I'll be using CCM again in the future for any plumbing and heating needs. Top job 👍

Darren is a credit to his profession. A genuinely nice guy delivering an exceptional service! Right from the start he was punctual, respectful, friendly, hardworking, and knowledgeable. He was really transparent & honest about what he thought the problem might be and his approach to resolving it. Our boiler was demonstrating some erratic behaviour so not your run of the mill issue but Darren soon had it sorted and working happily. The next time I have a boiler issue, need a service or anything gas related I'd have no reservation about using him again, quite simply I can't recommend him highly enough.

We had an emergency water over bathroom floor, I'm 85 but set to took off lower tiles found a plastic coupler joining copper pipe with a serious leak, called Jon 3pm came straight over, cut pipe fitted new copper coupler job done, very reasonable cost, would recommend him to do any plumbing or heating job, a super guy

Mike has completed lots of jobs for us and has always been great. Communication before the work is completed is always swift and helpful. We had Mike from Jones Plumbing & Heating to service our boiler and as always he has done a brilliant job. We cannot fault his expertise and knowledge of his Plumbing, always clean up after him and cannot do enough for you, and puts you at ease and feel comfortable to have him in our house. I can’t speak highly enough about the service Simon provided to us recently in replacing a motorised valve in our heating system and servicing our CH boiler. He diagnosed the problem, carried out all the work in a thorough manner, including spotting & reporting, future potential issues, left the system working and thoroughly checked, and cleaned up after himself. Brilliant. Genuine trade, very fairly priced, all done in the timescale indicated. If you need a plumber/CH Engineer you need look no further. Simon is my first call from now on. Niall has helped us a few times over the past few years - he fitted a boiler for us a few years ago and has moved radiators in our new home. He’s super friendly, does a really good quality job and leaves everything perfectly tidy at the end! Niall goes above and beyond, he is friendly and professional. So far he has moved a radiator, installed 5 new radiators, serviced our gas fires, changed our whole heating system from a water tank to a combi boiler, installed a shower, bath, taps and shower screen. Phoned Dave when we had water leaking through the kitchen ceiling the day we returned from holiday. He was with us within an hour and had the fun task of finding the leak between the ceiling and floorboards. Dave found the leak and repaired the pipes that had pin holes in them, left everything clean and explained any next steps with insurance etc. Not only did he do a top job but he is a top bloke too. 5 stars and would recommend to anyone.

Rang in the morning as my father needed replacement taps for his kitchen sink as one tap had become difficult to turn off. After a phone call and sending a picture of the taps and connections Dave attended the same day. He obtained replacement taps and flexible hoses. Despite it taking much longer, due to the condition of original fittings, he completed the job and stuck with his quote. Great service

I needed a shower plumbing in, rang Dark Knight plumbing, Dave came round and assessed the job, but it was not as straightforward as first thought. Leaks in pipes I didn't know about , stopcock seized etc. Dave sorted everything out for us. This guy is a great tradesman, he is honest and reliable, and he knows his job.. He charges a fair price for his work. I would not hesitate to use him again, and would recommend him to anyone.. Oh yeah, he has got a wicked sense of humour too. Well done Dave.
