Niall has helped us a few times over the past few years - he fitted a boiler for us a few years ago and has moved radiators in our new home. He’s super friendly, does a really good quality job and leaves everything perfectly tidy at the end! He’s also answered plumbing questions for us and given us really good advice so we will always be using him when we need plumbing work and will always recommend him to anyone!

Niall goes above and beyond, he is friendly and professional. So far he has moved a radiator, installed 5 new radiators, serviced our gas fires, changed our whole heating system from a water tank to a combi boiler, installed a shower, bath, taps and shower screen. It all looks amazing so far and we are having him back to do more!

Darren fitted our new boiler while we were away on Holiday. We chose Darren after he had been recommended to us by another plumber. We didn’t regret our choice. He was better informed about the boiler we had chosen than I could possible have hope for and helped us every step of the way. He left our house spotless and sent me a video update everyday to show us what he had done. Truly 5 star service in every sense of the word. Cannot recommend Darren any more highly, if I could have given him 6 stars I would have done!

Darren is a credit to his profession. A genuinely nice guy delivering an exceptional service! Right from the start he was punctual, respectful, friendly, hardworking, and knowledgeable. He was really transparent & honest about what he thought the problem might be and his approach to resolving it. Our boiler was demonstrating some erratic behaviour so not your run of the mill issue but Darren soon had it sorted and working happily. The next time I have a boiler issue, need a service or anything gas related I'd have no reservation about using him again, quite simply I can't recommend him highly enough.

Fantastic experience with Mike from Jones Plumbing & Heating today. I googled a local plumber on Tuesday for a small job in the bathroom. Mike replied straight away, and managed to fit me in two days later. He arrived on time as planned, assessed the job thoroughly and got to work. He was friendly, efficient, really tidy and went above and beyond to explain everything to me. We’ll definitely use him again and would highly recommend.

We had Mike from Jones Plumbing & Heating to service our boiler and as always he has done a brilliant job. We cannot fault his expertise and knowledge of his Plumbing, always clean up after him and cannot do enough for you, and puts you at ease and feel comfortable to have him in our house. So if you need a decent plumber, he will only charge you for the work undertaken and will never rip you off so we would definitely recommend him to anyone

Would highly recommend Proplumb 365. Initially we were going to use Wickes as it just felt right, but I’m so glad we looked around and found these guys. We decided we would supply and they would fit. That way we knew exactly what we were getting once it had all been done. Their attention to details were spot on and good communication all round. At times I felt like I had been very indecisive but they remained very professional and gave me all the time I needed to decide what I wanted. The group of men working on our bathroom were highly respectful. I would chose them again and definitely will be recommending to friends and family! I’m a very big believer in supporting small businesses especially when they actually care about their work and ensure it’s the best finish and you’re 100% satisfied before leaving the job. We can highly recommend ProPlumb365. Michael & Greg (not forgetting De the tiler & Mike the plasterer) have done a fabulous bathroom refit. This has involved gutting our old bathroom,moving the toilet,(adding a new soil pipe),new lighting,piping & floorboards. Good attention to detail.Checked with us as they got to different points in the work to ensure it was as we wanted. Arrived on time & completed it in the time they said. Honest pricing,trustworthy (important if you have to go out whilst the job is done), polite & friendly. Cleaned up at the end of each day. Really pleased with the result.They will be our ‘go to’ plumbers in future.

On Monday 29th July to Friday 2nd August I had my bathroom refurbished. Mike, Greg & Henry worked very hard, nothing was too much trouble. They gave advice where needed and were very professional. On Monday 5th August I had my boiler serviced and on Friday 16th August I had a radiator installed in my conservatory. I COULDN'T HAVE ASKED FOR MORE!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Paul was brilliant, put us at ease in what is a very stressful toilet situation in our rented house. He was cool, calm and collected as he thoroughly checked the drain and did diagnostics. Fantastic service. Fitted two designer radiators to perfection. Came on time to quote took on board what I wanted and researched the designer radiators to ensure I got what i wanted. Great communication throughout to confirm details. Punctual on day of work, got straight to work and no stopping until completed. Very efficient and cleaned up after them and took away all the rubbish. No hesitation in recommending them. Very polite and professional. Great company to deal with. Will definitely be using again.

Excellent work Highley Recommend, good value. We found our 30 yr old Hot water tank leaking Call SP Plumbing and Stuart came the next day to access. Within 48 hrs we had workers on site, they were clean professional , well motivated. There were some secondary issues found, normal in old central heating systems these were fault checked and diagnosed quickly and efficiently, new parts obtained and fitted. The work areas were cleaned and vacuumed by the team, all area reinstated. Very satisfied, reasonable prices , I recommend this company.

Stuart and his team are excellent. Very professional, friendly and reliable. Turn up on time and keep any mess to a minimum and always take away any rubbish leaving the property clean and tidy. Stuart works with you especially if you have an emergency. Can't praise him and his team highly enough.
