After trying all the big brand outlets (Plumbase, Wolesley et al) called these guys to get some non-standard tap tails for my new tap. They were polite, professional and super helpful. Was assisted by a young man called Jack, firstly on the phone and then in person when I arrived to collect. Super service, tap is all sorted and for less than I would have paid ordering the parts online. Would definitely recommend- thank you very much.

Precision is a family run business and we found their honest advice exceptionally helpful when choosing the heating system for our home. They also supplied all the bathroom furniture for us and I couldn’t recommend them more, nothing was to much trouble for them.

Excellent service from the 2 guys at Optimal Plumbing and Engineering Ltd. I had an issue with lining up an inlet valve to the pipework for my downstairs toilet after replacing the floor, called them at 10:30am and they attended same day. Both were extremely polite and friendly, they tidied up after themselves and most importantly got the job done at a reasonable rate. Fantastic service and company and I will not hesitate to use them again in future!

I am really happy with the work Adam and Ryan did on fitting my new kitchen sink waste pipes. They fitted me in around their jobs, were polite, efficient and very helpful. I had an issue with my dishwasher not draining later on and a couple of rogue slight leaks from my new sink and they came back, same day, and fixed the lot. I’d recommend them to anyone! Have recently used RB Porter for the first time after being let down twice by the firm thag originally installed my boiler. We had their engineer Darren was excellent. He went above and beyond contacting the manufacturer of the heating control unit Salus,  because it have never worked properly and the company that installed the unit haven't wanted to know. I was very impressed that you didn't want payment on the day, sending the invoice separately and also sending the engineers report and taking a water test, something I've never had before. We would definitely recommend

Issue with water pressure throughout the house and needed to find a new plumber. Called into RB Porter after a neighbour recommendation. They visited that same day to investigate. Very professional and punctual and got straight to the problem. Multiple fixes completed on the day without the need for any new parts. Really pleased to have found a local plumber that we can rely on.

Phoned Dave when we had water leaking through the kitchen ceiling the day we returned from holiday. He was with us within an hour and had the fun task of finding the leak between the ceiling and floorboards. Dave found the leak and repaired the pipes that had pin holes in them, left everything clean and explained any next steps with insurance etc. Not only did he do a top job but he is a top bloke too. 5 stars and would recommend to anyone.

Dave was really professional, good and efficient. I discovered a radiator leak very late last night and I was able to contact Dave around midnight... He responded straight away and agreed to come out the following morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Highly recommend Dark Knight Plumbing.

Rang in the morning as my father needed replacement taps for his kitchen sink as one tap had become difficult to turn off. After a phone call and sending a picture of the taps and connections Dave attended the same day. He obtained replacement taps and flexible hoses. Despite it taking much longer, due to the condition of original fittings, he completed the job and stuck with his quote. Great service

I needed a shower plumbing in, rang Dark Knight plumbing, Dave came round and assessed the job, but it was not as straightforward as first thought. Leaks in pipes I didn't know about , stopcock seized etc. Dave sorted everything out for us. This guy is a great tradesman, he is honest and reliable, and he knows his job.. He charges a fair price for his work. I would not hesitate to use him again, and would recommend him to anyone.. Oh yeah, he has got a wicked sense of humour too. Well done Dave.

Brian and Matt fitted 2 replacement Radiator’s with new thermostat’s and re-arranged the location of 1 of the Radiator’s to the opposite wall . Brian and Matt turned up spot on time as agreed . Work carried out very efficiently and all the mess was kept to a minimum with all the rubbish removed from site . Two very friendly guys, very knowledgeable and explained each step of of the work. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family and will be added to my speed dial contacts .

We needed a cast iron radiator fitted in our spare room. The pipes needed moving before fitting and also before the laminate floor went down. Brian was very accommodating. He did a fantastic job, explained in detail what he had done and what the next step was as he needed to visit us twice (once for the pipes, then to fit it after the floor was down) as it needed to be mounted to the wall, he used the touch up paint and even painted the stays the same colour as the wall. True professional and a really nice bloke!

Fantastic heating engineer boiler had broken down and he came as soon as was possible and fixed it for me extremely helpful polite and friendly. Niall has helped us a few times over the past few years - he fitted a boiler for us a few years ago and has moved radiators in our new home. He’s super friendly, does a really good quality job and leaves everything perfectly tidy at the end! He’s also answered plumbing questions for us and given us really good advice so we will always be using him when we need plumbing work and will always recommend him to anyone!

Booked a boiler service , was told price and booked in straight away . Adam, arrived started servicing the boiler. We live in a park home so LPG gas had low pressure. Wanted two new radiators installed in my property before winter takes its hold on us all. Nathan promptly came round to price up the job and a date for fitting arranging. The installation went swiftly, and extra effort was made to ensure none of our decor was damaged (there were Dust sheets and matts throughout the house). Not knowing how these things work I expected there would be holes in my walls and marks on my skirting board / floors but this was not the case, the pipe work was connected with absolute precision with minimal holes created - he truly is the master of the pipe. Nathan was also flexible enough to fit a smart thermostat the same day, which was not initially included in the job. On finishing, you would not have known that any work had taken place the house was spotless all thanks to Nathan and his trusty NuVac I would not look anywhere else other than willow heating to meet any of my plumbing needs! Could not recommend enough

Best service money can buy. Nathan installed 2 x nest thermostats. Job was not very simple as our boiler controls for 3 floors were under the bath tub. Nathan had to open the side panel and then reseal everything. Job has been done to a very high standard. I will be using his services again in future. Price wise, Nathan offered us a good and a reasonable price. Thanks. Nathan.
