We needed a plumber to complete some plumbing work for our project home in Derby. After reaching out to some local firms, we were disappointed to get sky high, unrealistic prices or no response at all. A neighbour then recommended us to Stewart Domestic Plumbing. We found Neil (owner) to be both professional and friendly in his approach and his price was competitive. The team finished the plumbing work (kitchen, bathroom, etc.) before the estimated time and with excellent quality. Really 1st class plumbing work!

Excellent! Paul the plumber carried out the removal of our broken bathroom pedestal sink basin and replaced it with a new one. He was clearly highly experienced & completed the job quickly, efficiently, very neatly and also removed any debris & mess leaving the bathroom very clean and tidy. Paul was very polite, considerate, friendly and worked solidly without wasting any time.
The quote for the work was very competitive.

We recently had some work done at our first home and got several quotes from different plumbers. We chose this team because of their quick response and excellent reviews, and they didn’t disappoint. Everyone had a great attitude, and when we noticed a small radiator leak, they returned promptly the next day to fix it at no extra cost. They completely redid our bathroom, installed three radiators, replaced the stop tap, and fitted two outdoor hot/cold taps. A great group of lads—honest, reliable, and competitively priced. Excellent service and response! We had a problem with condensate drainage (it wasn't!). I rang 247 Plumber and the next day an engineer arrived to assess the job. The day after that I received a very reasonable quote and the day after that it was fixed. Brilliant!

Fin came and replaced my old original boiler which was no longer very economical, with an Ideal combi boiler. He was very professional, cleaned up after himself and managed to fit the new boiler inside the kitchen cabinet very neatly given the size. Would recommend 👍

I have used Pride Plumbing Services for a number of plumbing requirements over the last 10 Years. Most recently Ant arranged for Jacob to come round and fit a new boiler with a smart thermostat after our old one died. I have used Etta Plumbing for my boilers annual service for the past 3 years and have this week had to call them as my boiler developed a problem leaving me with no heating / hot water when temperatures were well below freezing. I thought there would be no hope of getting an engineer out quickly but they managed to get out to fix the boiler the same day despite evidently being extremely busy. I can't fault their service or the helpfulness of Jim or Marc.

We used Etta for installation of 2 new radiators. Fantastic service and detailed surveying of the best way to complete the job. Costs were detailed and upfront. Fantastic communication from Steve and the guys who came to do the job were spot on. Steve has also taken out of hours phone calls to get my heating system back up and running after a valve failed(not related to the installation). Highly recommend using Etta.

We would highly recommend Etta. They have been looking after our central heating for some years now but this winter the boiler reported a fault and stopped working. Our system is old with various alterations and accessibility problems which meant that the cause of the problem took a lot of finding. However, Etta's excellent heating engineers were not to be defeated. Although the boiler was failing to work it was actually the pump that was at fault. We now have a fully working system with a new pump. Thank you Etta for getting to the bottom of the problem and not jumping to conclusions and unnecessarily replacing the boiler.

We had a boiler fault last week and contacted SUBS. Suba was with us the same morning, ordered the required part and fitted it the next day. What a super guy. Simon attended to repair a serious leak above the dining room ceiling. Access proved to be quite difficult but Simon worked round the problem, identified the source of the leak and sorted everything out for us very professionally, keeping damage and mess to an absolute minimum and charging a very fair price for the work. This is the second time Simon has done work for us and I can't recommend him highly enough. A really nice guy and an honest and expert tradesman.
