We recently had some work done at our first home and got several quotes from different plumbers. We chose this team because of their quick response and excellent reviews, and they didn’t disappoint. Everyone had a great attitude, and when we noticed a small radiator leak, they returned promptly the next day to fix it at no extra cost. They completely redid our bathroom, installed three radiators, replaced the stop tap, and fitted two outdoor hot/cold taps. A great group of lads—honest, reliable, and competitively priced. Absolutely fantastic!!! Spoke to the company at 10am explaining my boiler issue. they sent an engineer out (Joe) who was brilliant and explained what was needed. He replaced the PCB and we was back up and running by 1pm. Fast and efficient service! Highly recommend!

Excellent! Paul the plumber carried out the removal of our broken bathroom pedestal sink basin and replaced it with a new one. He was clearly highly experienced & completed the job quickly, efficiently, very neatly and also removed any debris & mess leaving the bathroom very clean and tidy. Paul was very polite, considerate, friendly and worked solidly without wasting any time.
The quote for the work was very competitive.

What an amazing company! They fitted my new bathroom suit in 7 days from getting the qoute. Finished in 7 days! I still don't know how they managed it as it wasn't straight forward and threw several curve balls at them. Carnt recommend them highly enough. Beautiful job thank you so much.

Great service. Very quick from quote to installation Completed a home visit to see what needed doing to give me peace of mind add have a competitive quote for the work needed. Very good and quick communication responses via email and text to answer my questions. Very tidy and efficient on day of installation they dismantled the old boiler and additional water tank and installed my new Combi boiler. Completed the job all in one day and even did an additional DIY job for me whilst up the ladder to re attached an air vent for me. Was given a lesson in how to work the new thermostat, boiler and went through all the paper work ect…. Very happy with the service they provided and my shiny new boiler! Very friendly and helpful no hassle I would highly recommend them in the future! I’m very happy with the work they completed. A+++

Our ancient oil boiler stopped working and we needed a replacement as soon as possible. Paul was recommended and was able to spec and quote from the photos I sent. The quote was competitive and he said he could install within a few days. Paul turned up on a Sunday morning with another installer and by 2 o’clock they were all done. Brand new Worcester Bosch boiler, flue and pipe work expertly fitted with a 7 year warranty. They removed the old boiler and left the cellar cleaner than when they started. They stayed until every radiator was checked and everything worked. We were so impressed with the quality of work and service. Cannot recommend Paul enough.

Our boiler needed replacing, I was dreading getting it done as we had heard so many horror stories. However I contacted Paul and he was very quick to respond and came out to assess our old boiler and give a quote. He was professional, courteous and respectful. I was at work but my husband wad very impressed with Paul's whole attitude. Paul was very busy, but he came out the next day on a Sunday, to fit our new boiler as he was busy for the next few weeks and he may not have been able to fit us in for a while. But we were very happy with this time scale. The work was carried out by Paul and his team. They were all very professional and courteous, The boiler was fitted within the day, he even sorted out some previous bad pipe work. He has registered our Worcester boiler with the manufacturer and we have received confirmation from them of the 10 year guarantee. We will be taking out a service plan with Paul as we trust him and his team. We would definitely recommend him to other people.

We used Etta for installation of 2 new radiators. Fantastic service and detailed surveying of the best way to complete the job. Costs were detailed and upfront. Fantastic communication from Steve and the guys who came to do the job were spot on. Steve has also taken out of hours phone calls to get my heating system back up and running after a valve failed(not related to the installation). Highly recommend using Etta.

I have used Etta Plumbing for my boilers annual service for the past 3 years and have this week had to call them as my boiler developed a problem leaving me with no heating / hot water when temperatures were well below freezing. I thought there would be no hope of getting an engineer out quickly but they managed to get out to fix the boiler the same day despite evidently being extremely busy. I can't fault their service or the helpfulness of Jim or Marc.

We would highly recommend Etta. They have been looking after our central heating for some years now but this winter the boiler reported a fault and stopped working. Our system is old with various alterations and accessibility problems which meant that the cause of the problem took a lot of finding. However, Etta's excellent heating engineers were not to be defeated. Although the boiler was failing to work it was actually the pump that was at fault. We now have a fully working system with a new pump. Thank you Etta for getting to the bottom of the problem and not jumping to conclusions and unnecessarily replacing the boiler.

Just had an annual gas safety check last week and a new boiler installed today. The workmanship was completed to a high standard. Ivan and Oliver are both patient and nice, they answered all the questions we asked professionally. Not to mention the safety check completed by Ebony. Everyone we met is so helpful and brilliant. We are happy with the service. Would highly recommend.

The initial home survey with Ed was very helpful. The company came highly recommended to me by family members and their neighbours. Unfortunately though, I've had to take off a star due to the two hour delay to the time the engineers were scheduled to install my new boiler. I was told they would be with me between 8.45 and 9.15. I rang the company at 9.30 to ask for an update when they hadn't turned up, but they could only tell me that the engineers probably had to get parts and would be on their way, but I wasn't given any time. It would be better if the engineers can provide an update on their scheduled arrival as I had to take time off work and they were two hours late, arriving at 10.45. Also my toilet seat in the upstairs bathroom was left broken! On a positive, the boiler is working and my house is lovely and warm!

They fitted a boiler when they said they would and it was unfortunate that the existing motorised valve packed up a couple of hours after they left. However, they came back and sorted it out without issue. The area was left cleaned up and the old boiler was left for the scrap man (which disappeared the next morning)

Woodward Plumbing & Heating Ltd., provided a completitive quote, broken down and easily understood. Ian recommended two types of combi-boiler, illustrating the pro's and con's of each and we decided on his advice on the best combi for size of our property. When it came to installation, Ian made sure we were prepped on what to expect, time frames and he was always courteous and a good listener. Arriving as agreed 1st thing, and putting in 2 full days work. The work was completed within the 2 days, to a very high standard, and we were confident to leave Ian & Steve alone in our home to get on with their work. There was zero mess afterward, and I believe Ian & Steve take great pride in the craftmanship and the quality of their work. There are others out there who bamboozle and try it on, we got 3 quotes and Ian Woodward's gave us the confidence to choose his company above the other two, who were ok but didnt instill confidence. Overall, as you can read, we are very happy to recommend Ian Woodward Plumbing & Heating.

We've used Adams Gale twice now, the first was to carryout an inspection of a new properties central heating as the energy usage was to high (we didn't trust the building company to address) and they reduced the bill by 33%. The second time we could smell gas from the exhaust of a boiler (again we didn't trust the builder contractor to address), they prioritised us and resolved the cause. We have already placed further work with them.

We had a sizeable and lengthy project which Adams Gale helped immensely with. Their knowledge and advice was absolutely fantastic. Simon attended to repair a serious leak above the dining room ceiling. Access proved to be quite difficult but Simon worked round the problem, identified the source of the leak and sorted everything out for us very professionally, keeping damage and mess to an absolute minimum and charging a very fair price for the work. This is the second time Simon has done work for us and I can't recommend him highly enough. A really nice guy and an honest and expert tradesman.

Just wanted to say thank you to Jamie and team. Had a very unpleasant job of trying to work out what was blocking outside pipe leading from toilet. Guys worked hard and did a great job. Family now very happy to have a toilet upstairs that works.

Jamie & Wally did an excellent job in removing an old leaking shower and replacing it with a new one. Work involved removing the shower rear wall panel, supplying and fitting new sub frame with plasterboard then re-tiling etc, new wall. All done with expert experience with a minimum of disruption plus, completed in two days and at a very competitive price!!!! Many thanks JRS . TONY
