When our pump for our central heating system failed 1 week before Christmas Liam at Prime Plumbing was amazing. He had to resite the heating pump due to accessibility issues and squeezed us into his busy schedule. They charged a fair price for the work but the speed at which they completed the work was truly amazing and most importantly the quality of the workmanship was of the highest standard. Great company and a great workman. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I have used DPC on a number of occasions and always found the service and price to be great. The first time was to fit a new boiler and install a new larger radiator. All the work was done on time, as arranged and no mess at all. The second visit was to fix a heating system leak, service the boiler and to fit new thermostatic valves. Again all done efficiently and quickly and at a fair price. I would recommend DPC to anyone.

Noton replaced our gas boiler and upgraded three rads in one day, just before the snow came. Friendly, polite, reliable, efficient, competent and tidy service from Tom and the team and very pragmatic advice....and the same price as the online faceless companies but with more flexibility. Much rather give our money to a local firm to keep for this sort of job than have the big firms cream off their percentage.

Fantastic family company - their work is spot on, they are completely reliable, very friendly and always willing to help out if you have a problem or are worried about something. The other day we smelled oil in the cellar and they came round super promptly to check everything out. Thankfully nothing wrong with our tank or boiler so they suggested we check with our neighbours, and sure enough they had a leak. I recommend them to everyone!

Great service came out same day to a broken boiler which was beyond repair. Said they could fit new next day which I couldn't do but came on second day & fitted new boiler in a day unfortunately there was a problem with the boiler.They came back next morning with a part for the boiler they had taken out of another new boiler. They fitted the part to make sure we had hot water over the weekend I could not have asked for better service Thank you

We've used Buxtons for a number of years, for business premises and home jobs alike. They've always been fantastic - clean, tidy, professional, on time and reliable. When my elderly mother recently had a fall and needed a bath removing and shower fitting, they were the only plumbers I'd trust for the job. As expected, the whole process was smooth and easy for my mum, from initial site visit through quote to install. Josh and his team came out to me promptly to sort out problem with heating and identified quite a few problems. It was very frustrating for them as led from one problem to another but they never gave up and come out on numerous occasions until sorted. Excellent work, very polite and honest. We needed work to our boiler our pressure valve had failed. Not only did Josh replace the parts he managed to sort a leak of which we knew the wall was damp. However, we could not figure out where it was coming from since then the wall is dry and ready to re painted. Would recommend. Will use again and again. Thanks very much!

Josh came out and undertook a boiler service within 24 hours of contact which at this time of year, is very rare but we had been let down by another company. Amazingly helpful! Woke up to no hot water and heating and an error code on the boiler. Spoke to Derbyshire Gas Geeks and rather than coming out for a fee he talked me through what I needed to do to resolve the problem. 10 minutes later we had hot water and heating again, would definitely recommend and use again. I have been using Heat Safe Gas Services to service and maintain the boiler and central heating system at my elderly mum's home for approximately 2 years.
