It's been our pleasure to have had the company of two very hard working Gentlemen in our home this last week. After installing a new boiler for us just 2 months ago, at our request they returned to transform our bathroom into a shower room. A beautiful job they have made of it, using high quality ware's, fixtures & fittings, Geoff & Tom were courteous, & respectful at all times, making for a relaxed atmosphere, also helping with safety issues such as suggesting a grab rail. They cleaned up every day taking all rubbish, packaging etc. away with them, leaving everywhere nice & tidy. If you are thinking of inviting Geoff & Tom into your home , We would have no hesitation to say, you could not choose a better team for the job! Though I didn’t have work carried out by Geoff, I followed his advice when we had a suspected carbon monoxide leak with our boiler. He referred me to the gas helpline who have tested and claimed it is safe. Following his initial referral he followed up to check and provide further advice on the matter reassuring me of the situation and making sure I had as much knowledge as possible, when moving forward. His customer service was fantastic and advice appreciated. If I need any heating and plumbing work done in the future I will be giving Geoff a call. Thanks Tom

Lewis and his lovely team have just fitted a downstairs cloakroom for us. From first visit through to the official clean up, the level of service was impeccable. The whole process was perfectly managed: we didn't have to worry about anything, which makes a welcome change! I gave First Point a call and left an answerphone message and within 15 minutes, I had a call back and an appointment organised. Lewis came around on the Wednesday. I got a quote that night with a couple of options, arranged for them to come on the next Monday, paid for the top of the range boiler on Friday and the lads arrived on the Monday and removed the 20+ year old boiler and moved the new boiler to it's new home under the staircase, freeing up vital room in the bathroom for a shower, once the previous work has been completed. It was mostly done in a day, with the only problem being our house is so old, that there was 4ft thick walls to drill through, which took a lot longer than they expected. I would happily recommend First Point Plumbing to anyone, as the service has been exemplary.

Lewis and his team were amazing!! Before and after photos explain themselves. Very thorough, were very careful with our home, taping carpets and protecting our furniture. Isolating work to certain rooms, shutting doors and dusty labour confined to outside or the bathroom. They were very respectful cleaned up after themselves every day and were prompt. Chris came to change two radiators for us recently and did a great job! He was able to fit us in quickly, got the job done well with no issues and managed to sort someone to collect our old radiators! First time customer to Purple Fox plumbing and very pleased - Chris came out quickly to investigate where a minor leak in our bathroom was coming from and then came back within a couple of working days to fix the problem. Absolutely fantastic!!! Spoke to the company at 10am explaining my boiler issue. they sent an engineer out (Joe) who was brilliant and explained what was needed. He replaced the PCB and we was back up and running by 1pm. Fast and efficient service! Highly recommend!

We recently had some work done at our first home and got several quotes from different plumbers. We chose this team because of their quick response and excellent reviews, and they didn’t disappoint. Everyone had a great attitude, and when we noticed a small radiator leak, they returned promptly the next day to fix it at no extra cost. They completely redid our bathroom, installed three radiators, replaced the stop tap, and fitted two outdoor hot/cold taps. A great group of lads—honest, reliable, and competitively priced. Excellent service and response! We had a problem with condensate drainage (it wasn't!). I rang 247 Plumber and the next day an engineer arrived to assess the job. The day after that I received a very reasonable quote and the day after that it was fixed. Brilliant!

Extremely happy with the work carried out by Hizzard Plumbing and Heating for installation of a new bathroom. Macaulay is very knowledgable and gave really helpful advice and suggestions when planning the bathroom. He was organised and kept me updated on progress throughout, communicating well with other trades to ensure everything was completed on time. All of the team were very hardworking, friendly and reliable and were considerate of my home, cleaning up after each day. We've used Hizzards Plumbing and Heating for our boiler service for a few years now, after giving up on British Gas's service plan. Macaulay recently fitted us a new boiler as our old one needed multiple parts replacing. The pricing was clear, reasonable and Macaulay answered all the questions I had, even when I text him some more the following day. Tom and some of the team were here 8am sharp until 3pm. They were clean and tidy, removing shoes when going up stairs and gave us warning of any loud noises, as we were working from home. We really appreciated this. It's clear to see how hard the whole team works. It shows in their work. See you in a year for the service!

Tom and Jack swapped me a basin and pedestal, and replaced a quadrant shower screen, done at short notice, arrived started straight away, hardly knew they were there, did a first rate job, cleaned everything away when they had finished, wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Mick B.

Just had toilet and bathroom knocked into one to fit shower room. Macaulay and his boys did a fantastic job. They were all knowledgeable, polite, punctual and did a perfect job. When our pump for our central heating system failed 1 week before Christmas Liam at Prime Plumbing was amazing. He had to resite the heating pump due to accessibility issues and squeezed us into his busy schedule. They charged a fair price for the work but the speed at which they completed the work was truly amazing and most importantly the quality of the workmanship was of the highest standard. Great company and a great workman. Can't recommend them highly enough.
