I gave First Point a call and left an answerphone message and within 15 minutes, I had a call back and an appointment organised. Lewis came around on the Wednesday. I got a quote that night with a couple of options, arranged for them to come on the next Monday, paid for the top of the range boiler on Friday and the lads arrived on the Monday and removed the 20+ year old boiler and moved the new boiler to it's new home under the staircase, freeing up vital room in the bathroom for a shower, once the previous work has been completed. It was mostly done in a day, with the only problem being our house is so old, that there was 4ft thick walls to drill through, which took a lot longer than they expected. I would happily recommend First Point Plumbing to anyone, as the service has been exemplary.

Lewis and his lovely team have just fitted a downstairs cloakroom for us. From first visit through to the official clean up, the level of service was impeccable. The whole process was perfectly managed: we didn't have to worry about anything, which makes a welcome change! Lewis and his team were amazing!! Before and after photos explain themselves. Very thorough, were very careful with our home, taping carpets and protecting our furniture. Isolating work to certain rooms, shutting doors and dusty labour confined to outside or the bathroom. They were very respectful cleaned up after themselves every day and were prompt. Josh came out and undertook a boiler service within 24 hours of contact which at this time of year, is very rare but we had been let down by another company. He sent a message to say he was on his way and was extremely professional, thorough and competitively priced. We will definitely be using Josh again and can highly recommend him!

Josh fixed a leak in my water pipe. He was very pleasant, and found I had two leaks quite close together. He fixed them both very quickly and for a great price. I will call him when I need a plumber again.

Josh and his team came out to me promptly to sort out problem with heating and identified quite a few problems. It was very frustrating for them as led from one problem to another but they never gave up and come out on numerous occasions until sorted. Alway came out when they said they would and never let me down. I now have fully working heating thanks to this great team. Excellent work, very polite and honest. We needed work to our boiler our pressure valve had failed. Not only did Josh replace the parts he managed to sort a leak of which we knew the wall was damp. However, we could not figure out where it was coming from since then the wall is dry and ready to re painted. Would recommend. Will use again and again. Thanks very much!

Excellent service and response! We had a problem with condensate drainage (it wasn't!). I rang 247 Plumber and the next day an engineer arrived to assess the job. The day after that I received a very reasonable quote and the day after that it was fixed. Brilliant!

Absolutely fantastic!!! Spoke to the company at 10am explaining my boiler issue. they sent an engineer out (Joe) who was brilliant and explained what was needed. He replaced the PCB and we was back up and running by 1pm. Fast and efficient service! Highly recommend!

We recently had some work done at our first home and got several quotes from different plumbers. We chose this team because of their quick response and excellent reviews, and they didn’t disappoint. Everyone had a great attitude, and when we noticed a small radiator leak, they returned promptly the next day to fix it at no extra cost. They completely redid our bathroom, installed three radiators, replaced the stop tap, and fitted two outdoor hot/cold taps. A great group of lads—honest, reliable, and competitively priced. Commissioned Notons to remove an old gravity.fed water system, cylinder and gas boiler, and fit a economical gas ch/hw system. Work started on the date arranged and finished within three days, with either two or three of the brothers on site at all times. Plenty of good advice was given along the way, along with consultation on how best to run new gas piping in our Grade II* listed home. The brothers are first class workers, friendly, tidy and polite. We're very happy with the work carried out on time and to budget, plus a couple of small general plumbing fixes added while they were here. Recommend strongly - and a big thank you to Team Noton!

Fantastic family company - their work is spot on, they are completely reliable, very friendly and always willing to help out if you have a problem or are worried about something. The other day we smelled oil in the cellar and they came round super promptly to check everything out. Thankfully nothing wrong with our tank or boiler so they suggested we check with our neighbours, and sure enough they had a leak. I recommend them to everyone!

Noton replaced our gas boiler and upgraded three rads in one day, just before the snow came. Friendly, polite, reliable, efficient, competent and tidy service from Tom and the team and very pragmatic advice....and the same price as the online faceless companies but with more flexibility. Much rather give our money to a local firm to keep for this sort of job than have the big firms cream off their percentage.

Just had toilet and bathroom knocked into one to fit shower room. Macaulay and his boys did a fantastic job. They were all knowledgeable, polite, punctual and did a perfect job. Had Macaulay and his team in for a bathroom refurbishment earlier this year, knocking down a wall in the process to optimise the space for a walk in shower. From start to finish Macaulay and his apprentice took extra care into the project to ensure it was to the highest standard. From getting the carpets sealed from dust, to taking care in the finer details. His communication with other trades was to schedule and the whole project ran smoothly. After a few months I got Macaulay back for a boiler swap. Again, talking me through the process and showing me what boiler would suit my property best. Great job, will put his name forward to all friends and family.

Extremely happy with the work carried out by Hizzard Plumbing and Heating for installation of a new bathroom. Macaulay is very knowledgable and gave really helpful advice and suggestions when planning the bathroom. It's been our pleasure to have had the company of two very hard working Gentlemen in our home this last week. After installing a new boiler for us just 2 months ago, at our request they returned to transform our bathroom into a shower room. A beautiful job they have made of it, using high quality ware's, fixtures & fittings, Geoff & Tom were courteous, & respectful at all times, making for a relaxed atmosphere, also helping with safety issues such as suggesting a grab rail. They cleaned up every day taking all rubbish, packaging etc. away with them, leaving everywhere nice & tidy. If you are thinking of inviting Geoff & Tom into your home , We would have no hesitation to say, you could not choose a better team for the job! Fantastic service. Geoff and his son serviced my late mother's central heating in March 2017 before the Bungalow was sold. Geoff then came to the rescue this New Year when our 18 old boiler stopped working for good. Very quick, efficient and tidy. Would recommend him and his son to everyone because they are excellent and very reasonable. Geoff and son have recently returned to check the new central heating system and renew all our old radiator valves. Very efficient, tidy and thorough. Though I didn’t have work carried out by Geoff, I followed his advice when we had a suspected carbon monoxide leak with our boiler. He referred me to the gas helpline who have tested and claimed it is safe. Following his initial referral he followed up to check and provide further advice on the matter reassuring me of the situation and making sure I had as much knowledge as possible, when moving forward. His customer service was fantastic and advice appreciated. If I need any heating and plumbing work done in the future I will be giving Geoff a call. Thanks Tom
