Had my boiler serviced with acorn. Just before they were due to visit my boiler broke down. They diagnosed the faults and replaced some parts and came back at a later date to complete the service. Good value for money. Engineers are friendly and respectful of my property. Would definitely use them again.

What a fantastic service! We employed Frankie & Joe to install a new boiler in our “new to us” house in Faversham. Rarely will you meet two such polite & caring tradespeople and the standard of work! Amazing! Frankie apologised about having to place the gas feed pipe outside, then promptly made it a piece of art with brass fittings, then polished the copper pipe!! Highly recommended, no photos as our work is as neat & tidy as those previously posted. Thank you Quadrant.

Dean has been our go-to plumber for the last eight years. He has done a variety of plumbing work for us over the years and I recently called him about a leakage in one of the pipes where the hot water cylinder is and also a leakage from one of our radiators. He responded promptly and came over to have a look and identified the cause of the problem and fixed it very efficiently as usual. His customer service is excellent; he is very curtiuos, understanding and helpful. Competent, knowledgable, clean and tidy. Very professional. Dean is an honest and reliable guy and I have always found his quotes to be very competitive. Finding a tradesman you can trust and build a relationship with when it comes to repair and maintenance work is a big plus and Dean is one of those people. We would thoroughly recommend him and will call him again when we need any plumbing work undertaken.

Lewis was a nice guy to chat with, it was a pleasure to meet him. At all times polite and well mannered in conversations around the plumbing problems I had and what was needed for the fixes. I needed bits doing on one bathroom sink, one kitchen sink and one bathroom toilet. 9:15 Friday night and discovered water running out of a light switch in our hall and running onto the floor…! Called Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning and Lewis was on site by 10:00 Drained down the central heating system and made everything safe so we could call our insurers the next day. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Adam went above and beyond to help me with my heating issues, before fitting a new boiler for me yesterday at a very reasonable price.
