Rang Paul at 9.00am and by just gone 10 he rang to say he could fit me in between jobs regarding issues with two toilets we had. He came straight in and fixed both toilets with no fuss. Also whilst he was here fixed two taps that needed looking at. Cannot recommend him enough. Will deffinately use Paul again as most plumbers are only interested in redoing your whole bathroom! Excellent service thank you.

I have no hesitation in highly recommending Paul as a competent, professional, trustworthy, and efficient plumber. Paul installed our new dishwasher and supplied and fitted a new kitchen tap. Same day call out for what I thought was damp/a minor leak but turned out to be very (!) cold pipes and plasterboard under the kitchen sink. Fast, efficient, tidy. Highly recommended for emergency and other plumbing work.

I would like to firstly thank Lee for his prompt response to my original enquiry and sending out our quote without delay and thank you to the admin team for their calls to confirm booking. Once my husband and I accepted the quote the next steps moved along really quickly. We had the pleasure of meeting both Ryan and Kai who arrived as planned, they prepped my home with floor coverings to protect my flooring, they were diligent in cleaning up as they went along and again each evening ensuring our home was left as they found it. They both worked incredibly hard, and in extreme heat and completed on time. Thank you all so much x We would fully recommend Aquaheat and their wonderful team. Ryan and Ki came last week and over two days fitted a new Worcester Bosch 35 Life boiler. They were very respectful of our property, cleared their mess up as they went. Explained the features and answered all our questions. The boiler has been working perfectly and is very quiet. Radiators are nice and hot. It is so nice to be ready for winter. We have given them 5 stars but would have given them 10 out of 10 for a very good experience. I can recommend Aquaheat New Romney, its been a pleasure dealing with them.

My experience with Aquaheat was nothing but positive. All of the staff were professional, polite and courteous inside my home. I am extremely grateful that communication was excellent - and I was kept in the loop at all times via telephone call’s regarding timing etc. I am currently sitting in the warm opposed to the cold and have a fantastic boiler :) If anyone is looking to have any heating work within their home - then I truly recommend Aquaheat :)

Very very pleased with the work carried out by Aquaheat New Romney. Ryan and Ki installed a new boiler for me. They were very polite and friendly and worked efficiently throughout the day. When the work was finished Ryan explained the workings of the new boiler very clearly and they cleared up before leaving the property. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Aquaheat to anyone.

9:15 Friday night and discovered water running out of a light switch in our hall and running onto the floor…! Called Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning and Lewis was on site by 10:00 Drained down the central heating system and made everything safe so we could call our insurers the next day. Lewis was very professional and courteous. Would certainly use him again and recommend him to a friend

Lewis was a nice guy to chat with, it was a pleasure to meet him. At all times polite and well mannered in conversations around the plumbing problems I had and what was needed for the fixes. I needed bits doing on one bathroom sink, one kitchen sink and one bathroom toilet. Lewis ensured all three were fixed with quality workmanship, and even went to the lengths of doing the work on a Sunday to get the job done a little earlier! Thanks Lewis, you're a star Adam :-)

I recently had a bathroom fitted by Leicester Plumbers. Simon was fantastic. The response was immediate, always able to get hold of him. He organised several different trades to ensure the job was done to the highest standard after a few issues from previous tradesmen. Nothing was too much trouble and his advice and help was very much appreciated. Simon was incredibly professional, straight-forward, and trusting - he completed the job (completely stripping and fitting a new bathroom) to a great standard where we were left happy with the result. A clear communicator throughout the entire process, a very understanding person, and it was evident he holds himself to a high standard. A brilliant sense of humour too, so that definitely helps, even if things didn't go quite as planned at times. Simon communicated well (always a plus) and was quick and efficient in evaluating the problem as well as solving it with good humour. His experience shows and I appreciated him drawing me a diagram of the specific issue. Was invoiced on the same day (which I also appreciate, no chasing required!). Brilliant service from EcoHeat. I found them via many recommendations on Facebook and they replaced our boiler first and then came back to install a new bathroom. The office staff and the plumbers were all friendly, polite and really efficient. We were very pleased with the fabulous end result - it looks like a luxury hotel bathroom! Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I moved into a new house with numerous problems. It was a massive relief to have all the plumbing issues resolved, and to a professional standard. I had a new boiler installed, my shower system replaced, new taps for my bath & sink, and toilet & washing machine pipes fixed. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Adam went above and beyond to help me with my heating issues, before fitting a new boiler for me yesterday at a very reasonable price. I've been a happy customer of DRP for more than ten years, Dean did the 9th consecutive annual boiler service before Christmas which was again undoubtedly amazing. Dean has been our go-to plumber for the last eight years. He has done a variety of plumbing work for us over the years and I recently called him about a leakage in one of the pipes where the hot water cylinder is and also a leakage from one of our radiators. He responded promptly and came over to have a look and identified the cause of the problem and fixed it very efficiently as usual. His customer service is excellent; he is very curtiuos, understanding and helpful. Competent, knowledgable, clean and tidy. Very professional. Dean is an honest and reliable guy and I have always found his quotes to be very competitive. Finding a tradesman you can trust and build a relationship with when it comes to repair and maintenance work is a big plus and Dean is one of those people. We would thoroughly recommend him and will call him again when we need any plumbing work undertaken.

An overview of my personal experience of the respective company: Mr Dean Pugh has proved himself to be a consummate professional, having undertaken tasks of a range of sizes. I had originally located ‘DRP Plumbing and Heating’ via another well-known review site and although based in Ashford his target area did indeed cover Kent as a whole. The primary task was the selection and installation of an energy efficient boiler (with as long a manufacturer’s warranty as possible) by a 'Gas Safe' registered engineer of long-standing. Given just how positive the pre-existing reviews were, I included his in a round of quotations. Dean readily inspired the essential level of confidence and the task was duly assigned. His attention to detail proved to be second to none and the boiler has indeed been a very sound investment in the years since. It was also pleasing to note the importance placed by Dean on leaving the installation area in a very tidy condition (which cannot, unfortunately, always be assumed these days). A couple of years later I found that my bathroom cistern had developed a really annoying slow leak; without hesitation I again called upon DRP’s services and the issue was rectified very promptly.
