I had my hair cut today by Ellaina. Not to be dramatic but it’s the best hair cut I’ve ever had. I always leave salons feeling not 100% about my hair and end up chopping bits at home but here I’ve just had the best experience. She listened to everything I told her, and was very patient with me because I struggle socially (being autistic). She asked me multiple times if I was happy and I’m so glad she did because I will always say yes at first regardless, with her asking multiple times it gave me the opportunity to not try to people please haha. She gave me so much of her time and I am so grateful. Priced very reasonably as well. I’ve never found a ‘permanent’ hair salon because as I said before I always am not 100% sure about my hair but I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so so much :))

Highly recommend True To Zen. Salon is always clean and all the staff are very friendly and professional. Zenita is an amazing hairdresser. My hair always looks beautiful. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I’ve had my hair done with the lovely Zenita twice now, and I would never go anywhere else, She’s so talented! The salon is an amazing atmosphere, I always feel so welcomed and relaxed. Zenita listens to what I want to achieve with my hair and always does a better job than I could ever imagine ! I’d highly recommend true to zen, they’re a truly talented, gorgeous bunch !

I popped in on the off chance they would have a blow dry for my lunch hour and they did. Zoe was so friendly and did my hair so lovely. I’m not sure who shampood my hair but that was very relaxing too! Only negative was Zoe needs to be more confident in her blow dry ability it was brilliant!

I have been having my hair cut by Katie-Lou for many years. She provides and excellent service. She is welcoming, friendly, professional and listens to my requests. Consequently, I am always extremely happy with my hair cut. A fantastic stylist, who I highly recommend.

I didn't think my hair could be saved from the mess it was in! I had a consult with Chloe a couple of weeks ago and had my hair done with her today. I am so happy with the results. It's gorgeous!

Recommended by a friend and she was so right. Mike’s at Rocco’s is excellent. Even though I’m an older lady he didn’t treat me as such. He was chatty but not overbearing and very professional. My hair looks wonderful when he’s done it. Just a shame I can’t get it to look just like he does. Will always use Mikey.

I love this place so much, I come here for my hair, facials, massage and laser hair removal. All the staff are amazing and are the best in their fields. It's a gorgeous building with a really welcoming and friendly environment which puts you at ease straight away. I can't recommend this place and the girls enough. Just been for another laser session and I'm almost at a dolphin state of smoothness, Ella is so friendly and puts you at ease in what could be an awkward situation, especially if it's your first time. If you're not already booked in for treatments here what are you playing at!

Cannot recommend Alysha enough!! First time for lip fillers and I couldn't have been more welcomed and put at ease by this lovely lady! As well as being friendly I felt very well informed as I was given lots of information about the procedure and after care etc. You will see me very soon cannot wait to keep adding too my new fabulous lips. Brilliant salon, Gee is amazing! I have short hair and struggled to find somewhere that would give me a modern cut. Gee gave me a brilliant cut, I also had full foils and a toner too, I love my new hair!! Great friendly and welcoming place with the best stylists. I can't recommend enough!!

Emma did an amazing job for my bridal hair and makeup recently. She very kindly fitted me in at short notice for a trial and listened to just what I wanted. My hair and makeup lasted all day and I was really happy with it. She also has lots of great makeup/skincare advice which has been super useful. Thanks Emma!

Emma was fantastic from beginning to end. I had my trial about 6 weeks before my wedding and thought I knew what I wanted, but actually changed my mind. She was patient and understanding, and really listened to what I wanted. On the day, she came to the venue and made me, my bridesmaid and my mum look fabulous. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone for their big day!

Huge thank you to Emma who did my hair and makeup for my wedding last month. I visited her studio around 6 weeks before the big day for a hair and makeup trial. The Hair and Makeup Studio in Penmore House is a lovely venue and Emma really made me feel at home. We tried a few different hair styles which were all wonderful and then she applied my makeup. Emma prides herself on providing a natural look and enhancing natural beauty and this described perfectly what she did. On the day of the wedding she arrived at the venue and made me feel and look absolutely wonderful for my big day. The makeup lasted all day and my updo was still in place the next! I cannot recommend her enough if you want to feel special on your big day, or if you just want to feel pampered!

My 10 year old autistic daughter had her first ever haircut with you. She was very nervous but Kirsty, despite being very busy was absolutely brilliant with her. She didn't pressure her into talking, kept physical contact and disturbance to a minimum. She was absolutely thrilled with her new style and all her anxiety about having someone cut her hair has vanished. Thank you so much ❤️
