I’ve used this company for my plumbing on multiple occasions and I’ve been extremely pleased with the pricing, punctuation and quality of their work every single time, so much that I’ve decided to write a review for them as it’s been consistently top notch and it would be a shame for other people not to benefit from this service, thanks again Shepshed plumbing and heating LTD.

Was a recommendation, through a friend on our estate, came over within 15 minutes to sort out our boiler issue, which had happened 30 mins before contacting him. Was very polite, professional and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Lewis was a nice guy to chat with, it was a pleasure to meet him. At all times polite and well mannered in conversations around the plumbing problems I had and what was needed for the fixes. I needed bits doing on one bathroom sink, one kitchen sink and one bathroom toilet. Lewis ensured all three were fixed with quality workmanship, and even went to the lengths of doing the work on a Sunday to get the job done a little earlier! Thanks Lewis, you're a star Adam :-)

Lewis did an outstanding job fixing a persistent plumbing issue we had in our home. We had been dealing with an irritating noise whenever the taps were in use, but Lewis quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it within 30 minutes. 9:15 Friday night and discovered water running out of a light switch in our hall and running onto the floor…! Called Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning and Lewis was on site by 10:00 Drained down the central heating system and made everything safe so we could call our insurers the next day. Lewis was very professional and courteous. Would certainly use him again and recommend him to a friend

“Great Boiler Fitting Service!” I recently had a new boiler installed, and I’m really happy with the service. The team was on time, professional, and very friendly. They explained my options clearly and helped me choose the right boiler for my home. On installation day, they worked quickly and made sure to protect my home by laying down covers. The installation went smoothly, and they tested everything to ensure it was working perfectly before they left. They also gave me clear instructions on how to use the new system and tips on how to maintain it. The price was fair, with no surprises, and I’m already noticing an improvement in my heating. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a new boiler!

DK Gas were very responsive when i contacted them about issues with our old boiler and fit us in quickly (much appreciated at this time of year!). They gave us options to repair but we asked to replace due to the age and efficiency of our old boiler. Wictor came and replaced our old boiler and we are very happy with the service given! He was polite and everything was left clean and tidy. He also clearly explained to me how to use the new boiler. Pleased with the price which was competitive with much larger companies with the bonus of using a local company which is always my preference!

Highly recommend this company, Dan and his team came to replace and move a faulty boiler in our new home. Very hardworking and friendly team who got it all done in less than a day. Got us booked in as soon as they could and gave us a good quote. We have also just used them again to disconnect an old gas oven and hob and reconnect the new with short notice, very happy with the end results and will definitely be using them again when we need to! :)

I had an issue with my boiler and found DK Gas Professional through a quick Google search. After reading the great reviews, I decided to give them a call. The engineer arrived within 2 hours and quickly and efficiently fixed the boiler. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Martin gave us good advice and his work was of a very high standard in both our EnSuite and downstairs toilet. He came highly recommended by someone in the building trade who had used him for his own persoanl work

Martin was really professional, he spoke to the tiling company on my behalf (without asking) and did a great job. He arrived when he said he would, was tidy and conscientious and communicated well. I would have no hesitation recommending Martin for any job.

I saw a review of Martin’s work, and on that basis asked him to look at the job. The work was spot on, he kept us informed and stuck to the timeframe. I wish I could find more trades with the pride and attention to detail that Martin has. I couldn’t ask for more.

Came out at on a Sunday at very short notice. Really nice man who did not rush what needed to be done and did not overcharge despite it being an emergency call out. Definitely recommend Petro if you're in a fix with a blocked drain

We called for an emergency plumber as we had water coming through our kitchen ceiling. We placed the call and they were out within 2 hours and replaced a tap flexi in our bathroom. Great job will be using again in the future.

Have always recieved excellent service from this company ,no job to big or small and always with a smile. Had my bathroom completed renovated, new suite,floor and walls tiled, recieved excellent advice on best suite to purchase for the space l have, and the best grout colour for my tiles. The bathroom looks superb. Also had a Worcester combi boiler fitted,again excellent service ,the best price quoted,less than half the price others had quoted,a nice clean job and has cut my gas bills down too. I couldn't recommend highly enough!

Craig is so lovely and easy to work with. No job is too big or too small and he always takes the time to explain the work in detail when needed. Very reliable at a reasonable cost. Natalie has also been absolutely fantastic with all things admin!

I had Ross to do some much needed therapy to my heating system after an original consultation, replaced a few radiators flushed out all of the old radiators and flushed the whole system. I would highly recommend Ross and his work! Honest, reliable and everything was carried at to an excellent standard. He is definitely my plumber of choice now.
