Woke up to a leak going from upstairs to downstairs & gave Stuart a call to see if anyone was available to sort it that morning. Within 20 minutes he arrived to find where the leak was coming from & fixed it for us. Very good value for money and would definitely use Advance plumbing again and would recommend to others

Lewis was a nice guy to chat with, it was a pleasure to meet him. At all times polite and well mannered in conversations around the plumbing problems I had and what was needed for the fixes. I needed bits doing on one bathroom sink, one kitchen sink and one bathroom toilet. Lewis ensured all three were fixed with quality workmanship, and even went to the lengths of doing the work on a Sunday to get the job done a little earlier! Thanks Lewis, you're a star Adam :-)

Lewis did an outstanding job fixing a persistent plumbing issue we had in our home. 9:15 Friday night and discovered water running out of a light switch in our hall and running onto the floor…! Called Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning and Lewis was on site by 10:00 Drained down the central heating system and made everything safe so we could call our insurers the next day. Lewis was very professional and courteous. Would certainly use him again and recommend him to a friend

Firstly, they were able to fit me in within 24 hours to fit 2 radiators compared to a 5 day lead time with other companies. The person that arrived was polite, friendly and professional and the work was completed to a high standard. I will definitely be using this company again!

If you are in the Loughborough area and need your drain unblocked, don't waste time calling anybody else. Petro came out within an hour of the call, cleared the blockage and chekced all the drains. Left everything very clean, all at a reasonable price!

Came out at on a Sunday at very short notice. Really nice man who did not rush what needed to be done and did not overcharge despite it being an emergency call out. Definitely recommend Petro if you're in a fix with a blocked drain

Chris and his colleague came out the same day to look at a boiler failure. They got it working again temporarily and ordered the part that was needed. They quickly came back to install within a couple days and now the problem is fixed. This was after another company came out three times to diagnose the problem which they couldn’t do. Great communication from Heather and great service – highly recommend!

I had Ross to do some much needed therapy to my heating system after an original consultation, replaced a few radiators flushed out all of the old radiators and flushed the whole system. I would highly recommend Ross and his work! Honest, reliable and everything was carried at to an excellent standard. He is definitely my plumber of choice now.

Craig is so lovely and easy to work with. No job is too big or too small and he always takes the time to explain the work in detail when needed. Very reliable at a reasonable cost. Natalie has also been absolutely fantastic with all things admin!

This morning my radiator was chucking out water like nobody's business. I was in desperate need of an emergency plumber so I called this company and they were out in a flash to get everything repaired and working fine for me .

We recently wanted to upgrade our boiler after 25 years of service from our old one. APW provided us with a very reasonable quote for a new one based on the needs of our household and Ben and Jake did an excellent job of installing it. Absolutely outstanding job from start to finish when my boiler lost pressure and started making an horrendous noise with water leaking out of the back. They responded within 1.5hours of an emergency call and within 48hours I had a new boiler fitted which was incredibly speedy even on the day of fitting. Both gentleman who came were polite and let me know every step. Highly recommend this company to anyone and if I have any other problems in the future they would be my first point of contact.

I had an issue with my boiler and found DK Gas Professional through a quick Google search. After reading the great reviews, I decided to give them a call. The engineer arrived within 2 hours and quickly and efficiently fixed the boiler. Excellent customer service from start to finish. DK Gas were very responsive when i contacted them about issues with our old boiler and fit us in quickly (much appreciated at this time of year!). They gave us options to repair but we asked to replace due to the age and efficiency of our old boiler. Wictor came and replaced our old boiler and we are very happy with the service given! He was polite and everything was left clean and tidy. He also clearly explained to me how to use the new boiler. Pleased with the price which was competitive with much larger companies with the bonus of using a local company which is always my preference!

Highly recommend this company, Dan and his team came to replace and move a faulty boiler in our new home. Very hardworking and friendly team who got it all done in less than a day. Got us booked in as soon as they could and gave us a good quote. We have also just used them again to disconnect an old gas oven and hob and reconnect the new with short notice, very happy with the end results and will definitely be using them again when we need to! :)
