We have had issues with our boiler pump for a while now. Many plumbers have come and gone without diagnosing the issue. Manish knew exactly what was causing the fault and diagnosed it straightaway. His knowledge is second to none. Has been patient with myself and my husband and talked us through what needed doing and how. Will definitely recommend Mk Plumbing & Heating. 5 Stars!!!

My wife and I were really pleased with what Manish did to out thermostat last week. He replaced our spoilt thermostat with the ones with remote. Making it convenient for us to turn on and off the heater wherever we are at home. Brilliant, jolly and down to earth person! Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend MK Plumbing & Heating highly. We had our boiler and water cylinders serviced along with some other repairs. Manish was very polite and talked me through everything and gave me a proper understanding of what he was doing and why he was doing it. Very efficient and very reasonably priced. He will not leave your house until you are satisfied with the work he has carried out. He has a very high standard and does his job well! Thank you Manish!

Another five star review and fully deserved ! Minesh fitted a new immersion heater for me at a very reasonable price. The task was tricky, given that it is a 1970s house and water tank, but he carried it out superbly. Beforehand, when we couldn't locate the outside stoptap (covered with tarmac by the council....), he helped me contact Severn Trent, so he offered excellent guidance from start to finish. Very punctual too, and a delightful person. Highly recommended.

9:15 Friday night and discovered water running out of a light switch in our hall and running onto the floor…! Called Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning and Lewis was on site by 10:00 Drained down the central heating system and made everything safe so we could call our insurers the next day. Lewis was very professional and courteous. Would certainly use him again and recommend him to a friend

Lewis was a nice guy to chat with, it was a pleasure to meet him. At all times polite and well mannered in conversations around the plumbing problems I had and what was needed for the fixes. I needed bits doing on one bathroom sink, one kitchen sink and one bathroom toilet. Lewis ensured all three were fixed with quality workmanship, and even went to the lengths of doing the work on a Sunday to get the job done a little earlier! Thanks Lewis, you're a star Adam :-)

Firstly, they were able to fit me in within 24 hours to fit 2 radiators compared to a 5 day lead time with other companies. The person that arrived was polite, friendly and professional and the work was completed to a high standard. I will definitely be using this company again!

Great service and value. They came out to my house at short notice after someone messed my central heating up. Were very understanding of my situation having no hot water and heating and needing it fixed quickly as I have a yoing child in the house. Our boiler broke down 4 days ago and Chris from Gubbs came out the next day to see if he could fix it. As the boiler was old and not a very good one, the part required to fix it was not worth it so we opted for a new boiler. We had obtained other quotes but Gubbs was the best and they were able to fit it 2 days later and it was a Sunday! They also took away all the waste and rubbish. I can't thank them enough for doing such a great job at a great price.

Chris and his colleague came out the same day to look at a boiler failure. They got it working again temporarily and ordered the part that was needed. They quickly came back to install within a couple days and now the problem is fixed. This was after another company came out three times to diagnose the problem which they couldn’t do. Great communication from Heather and great service – highly recommend!

I would definitely recommend TJ Plumming and Heating. They took out my bath and replaced it with a shower. They also matched up my bathroom tiles. Clear quote, very reasonable. Friendly, kept informed throughout the job. Always on time. No hidden extras. I would definitely use them again. Infact I've booked them for my boiler service next year.

TJ and Etmir fitted a Worcester 8000 combi boiler in our home in Loughborough. They took great care when installing it and when removing the old cylinder and tanks from our attic. The gas engineers who fitted my boiler listened to what I wanted and managed to keep the gas boiler in the same position as the old one, within the tight constraints of my kitchen cupboard, and they also fit the condensing pipe internally as I requested. They turned up when they said they would, they were very polite and professional and their work was very neat. They were also very happy to answer all my other household plumbing questions.
