My mum fell over in her living room and left the key in the other side of the door so I couldn't get in so I called locksmiths Loughborough and they sent a lovely man out within 40 minutes. He was such a kind gentleman and even helped me get my mum back in her chair as I wasn't strong enough. He also changed the lock to a lock that has a turn function on the inside so she couldn't leave her key in the door next time I need to get in. Brilliant service! if I could give six stars I would.

Really good. They repaired a vintage lock in my house. It wasn’t an easy job due to the age of the lock, but they did it very efficiently. It was one of those jobs that I was glad to have left to the experts. Great, professional, polite service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. The handles came off a wrought iron security gate leading into my garden. Although the gate was 35 years old, the colleague from Charnwood Lock & Key found suitable replacement handles and fitted them. Very reasonably priced too.
