They were prompt and professional dealing with the replacement of my 5 point locking mechanism about 3 day before Christmas. They said they could fit us in and they did. The cost was in line with what I had anticipated so a good experience and would certainly use again.

My mum fell over in her living room and left the key in the other side of the door so I couldn't get in so I called locksmiths Loughborough and they sent a lovely man out within 40 minutes. He was such a kind gentleman and even helped me get my mum back in her chair as I wasn't strong enough. He also changed the lock to a lock that has a turn function on the inside so she couldn't leave her key in the door next time I need to get in. Brilliant service! if I could give six stars I would.

Super helpful, even though I wasn't a customer. I will be needing some new locks soon and I will be bringing my business here.

I’ve been meaning to review Timpson Loughborough for a while, the manager of the store was awesome, he was great to talk to, super attentive and had my new watch strap ready in minutes, and months later it’s still going strong! I highly recommend!

Having the nightmare of snapping my car key I approached the team in store to see if they had time to cut me a new one before closing time. They were so helpful, customer service was amazing.
