I am probably a hairdressers worst nightmare! I went in with almost black hair and really wanted a change. Although I didn't even know what exactly I wanted. Which isn't helpful I know. Lisa worked her butt off trying to lift the colour, and also stated she didn't want to jeopardise my hairs condition. I love my hair. And even lifting it a couple of shades, my hair is in mint condition and super shiny. Thank you very much. Appreciate it 🥰

Walked in, after an experience elsewhere that morning, feeling old walked out feeling a million dollars. For a dry cut, Lisa totally restyled and gave me a beautiful fresh full head of head. Love it. Great cut. Great service. Most definitely going back.

I had a wonderful experience when I first time came here to do my haircut. Cherice was very professional and very friendly. She made me feel very welcome. She is very easy to talk to and very attentive regarding how I would like my hair done. Now I am back here today to do my color appointment and next haircut. Highly recommend the salon and the hairdresser to everyone. Easy to park my car too, love the coffee service :)

MG Hair is the loveliest place! Michael and Amy are incredibly skilled and professional, as well as friendly and interesting. Time passes fast when you're lost in a chat with them. I've had my hair cut with Michael only so far, where I've tried a completely new cut for me each time. He seems to understand easily what I want and goes the extra mile with the small details that make it a unique look for me. Please keep up the good work, you're both wonderful and I highly recommend! Amy and Michael are lovely. I usually have Amy do my hair and she always does a great job. Nice and friendly, and she feels more like a friend than a hairdresser. The salon is always clean and comfortable. I have tested out other places but MG is my favourite!

I've been getting my hair cut here for ten years now! They are super friendly and always do a fantastic job with my hair. The salon is always clean, tidy and never over crowded. Amy is fab and always helps me figure out what works for my hair and how to get the style I'd like to achieve. I would absoloutley recommend them! :)

Mike has been my hairdresser for more than 20 years and I have recommended his services to numerous friends. There is such a warm and friendly atmosphere in their salon and I thoroughly recommend both Mike and Amy.

I recently had a facial and an LVL lash lift with Claire, and both were brilliant treatments I'd recommend to everyone. The facial was calming, relaxing and ultimately helped clear my skin. Claire also kindly helped with recommendations of products and brands within my budget to improve my daily skincare routine. The LVL lash lift has transformed my lashes and Claire upheld her kind and friendly manner whilst talking me through the process. Jacquis Beauty is a great salon and I'll certainly be returning.

Claire is without a doubt the best lady to see for all your beauty treatments. Ive had most treatments, from eyelash treatments, waxing, brow tints and I absolutely love coming to get a manicure/pedicure and polish, the finish and attention to detail is first class. I’m not one for big salons, I can find them intimidating, however Claire and her salon has made the whole experience much more enjoyable and couldn’t imagine going anywhere else! Apparently my nails look the bomb 💣🤣

I’ve been going to this place for more than a year now and Claire never fails to amaze me. Highly recommended

Came with my daughter today for a curly cut. Bea was wonderful with her and did an amazing job of my daughter’s hair. Highly recommend.

Could not recommend this place enough! I had neglected chrome coloured long hair. I had a free consult with the team to discuss what I wanted, they did some patch tests to make sure my hair could handle the transformation. They updated me quickly to tell me that the patch tests went really well. I was booked in for an entire day at the salon with Jordan as my stylist, but the whole team pulled together to get me transformed in time to return to work at 2pm! They even provided a pot of green dye to top up my colour at home 2 days before my wedding to make sure it was still as vibrant on the day! The whole team were absolutely lovely, providing drinks and snacks and great conversation when I wasn't busy working from my laptop 🤣 The colours lasted so much longer than I expected, I had the conditioning treatment and my hair never felt so soft and healthy.

The best haircut i’ve ever had, they 100% knew what they were doing, listened to everything i asked for, and made me feel very comfortable during my curly haircut and style as i was very nervous about my hair being cut too short. Could not recommend enough, and my hair has never looked so healthy!!!

I had a curl by curl cut with Bea a few weeks ago and she did such an amazing job. Not only did my hair look amazing when I left, but Bea showed me how to manage my curls at home too. She’s made my curls come to life!!

I usually find it really stressful and difficult to have my haircut as I’m autistic (not that I told the salon), but this was a breeze. The hair stylist was amazing, took off my dead ends, didn’t rush or pull at my hair and she took the time to make sure it was neatly cut. At times my hair can be knotty but the stylist was so patient and gentle, she didnt make me feel like I was an inconvenience or that my hair was difficult. I will absolutely be going here from now on. It’s always difficult to find a new hair salon, so if you’re reading this - give this place a try!

went to Sophie for my hair for the first time back in July, I was a brunette and wanted to go blonde! Sophie explained everything to me with great detail about the process and the achieved look we were going for, personally I thought I was going to come out like a really light brown, but in fact I was blonde!!! It was such a beautiful colour and my hair felt amazinggggg, we got to where I wanted without any damaging to my hair which was great! I wouldn’t go to anyone else now for my hair, she always makes me feel so comfortable and ease when I’m there and any questions I ask she always has the answers!! And she makes the BEST caramel lattes x

I cut my hair twice with Abbie and was very happy with the results. I have a very thick and wavy hair, which makes it more difficult to get the right cut, but she was able to get exactly what I needed both times. She is very professional and really good at her job.

I came to see Sarah who is helping me fix a dodgy haircut I had received from elsewhere. Sarah listened to my concerns and worked with me to decide on a best, workable solution to my hair problem. It is a work in progress, but the haircut she gave me I am very pleased with. I will return and stay with Sarah for a long time to come 😃

Great place for a straightforward haircut at a good price

My son is 5 years old and has just had his first ever professional haircut by Nigel at Headoffice Coalville. My son is Autistic and moved quite a bit. Nigel was brilliant, he took his time, was incredibly patient and was so gentle. He spoke to my directly instead of over his head, which made a nice change. My son now tell anyone that comments on how lovely his hair looks, thats my "Hair Nigel"! Thank you Nigel! Client for life!!

Jess gives amazing hair cuts every time I've had her. She talks through what you want, gives advice if you ask and the final trim is exactly what I've wanted every time. Can't recommend enough
