I have had a worst time with 2 vehicles over the last 2 years, someone I trusted said they were a qualified mechanic totally wrecked my car, my step dad kindly helped me to buy an alternative only for that to die 5 weeks later, RAC took the car to Duke street motors they assessed my car listened to me and told me the truth, the car was not worth fixing, they offered to look at the other car again not worth it. They then proceeded to say any car I get in the future, I'm to take to them and they will assess it for me for free!!! They never charged me a penny to assess these vehicles they have spent a lot of time and effort to help me and I was totally overwhelmed with the care and guidance they offered me. They even brought a stereo out one of my vehicles to help towards the funds of a new car and when offered some of it back they would not take anything!! I can't fault this garage in the slightest, I have found my future garage and will not ever be ever going anywhere else!!! Also I believe my sister will be also attending here as she's bad experiences too of recent, I think you may now be a place most of my family will be coming to and I certainly will be recommending you to all my friends too. Thank u to u all but especially Nikki she has been a diamond through this all. Thank you so so much for everything u have done for me!!! Thank you all over again!!! Ur all amazing!!!

So pleased I had the work done here instead of the local dealership! Not only was it a significantly cheaper, they are great people to deal with, honest and friendly. Highly recommended. Faith restored in garages!

As a new young driver, I have been really hesitant about going to get fixes at the garage but everyone I encountered here made me feel instantly at ease. They managed to get me in at a short notice, talked me through every step of the process without making me feel like I was asking too many questions and, probably best of all, did an amazing job on my car. With a fair price and lovely people, I will definitely be coming back here!

Absolutely the best service from all the staff involved in getting your car in the best condition they can. My daughter had a few nightmares with her car unfortunately it couldn’t be saved they told her she shouldn’t spend any more money on it, there were further issues too but would take to long to explain, she went on to purchase a further car and the garage said before you buy it bring it in for a health check, which she did and they said for its age it would be a good buy, so trust worthy and helpful, highly recommend these lovely people, Duke Street Motors, please give them a go. Our car was recovered to Duke street Motors by the RAC late one Tuesday. We were able to pick the car up the following day! Great communication, excellent service. Would recommend.
