Had my BMW in today. Managed to get in the day before with excellent customer service from Claire. Dropped the car off at 10am and it was ready after a full service same day at 2pm. They got in a new bulb same day and replaced that as-well as completing a full diagnostic check. Everyone so friendly in particular claire on reception who was as helpful as ever. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Couldn’t recommend any more! Called at 8am in the morning regarding my brakes. Dropped off at 8:30am greeted by the lovely Claire who was very pleasant and overall lovely! Had a call at 9:30 with quotes for repair and was ready to collect at 11:30! Very happy with the service received and will be returning for my MOT in July!

Just picked up my Land Rover. Had some work done and new disc breaks n pads, these guys (and Claire!!) are absolutely great, I'm never ripped off, the service is great, I ask questions and they spend the time to answer me without making me feel like a dumb blonde!!
