We have used Lee and the gang for over 15 years..ever since he was based in Quorn. He employs people who maintain Lees high customer service and has looked after our cars so well: always honest about price and options...doesn't charge when it's not viable, and now looks after my daughter's car...and she feels in safe hands and as a dad, that's so important. I cant recommend Lee and the team highly enough.

Excellent service and quality work. I feared the worst when I heard an awful noise coming from my suspension, booked in with LRMS having never used them before it was fixed in good time along with some other work being carried out, car is now running well. They've just done my MOT test too. Will definately be using them again, brilliant.

Always get a great service here and a full explanation of what work needs to be done (if any) and how much the work will cost if you want to go ahead with it. Prices are very reasonable and I have never had any issues with any of the work completed by them. They also give great advice if I ask about how to fix certain bits myself as well. I recommend this garage to anyone who asks me where I take my car to. Keep up all the good work 👍🏻

Very friendly staff especially Melanie. Came in on the Monday after breaking down with a broken clutch. And the work was done so quickly, I was able to collect it by the Friday. It’s worked so well ever since. Very reliable garage

I contacted Charnwood Car Co on a whim, after my clutch failed on my work van. I dropped the vehicle off the next day and they set my van as priority and kept me updated whilst the work was carried out. They were brilliant from start to finish, honestly couldn't ask for more. Last time I took my car for a "full" service at a different garage, I'm pretty sure they just changed the oil and filters and charged me for a full service. As part of the Good Garage Scheme, Speedwell garage gives you a full tick list of all the things they have checked to give you peace of mind that everything has been looked at. This does mean we have a list of things to get fixed, but better to know now than find out later! I'm glad to have found a garage we can trust.

I visited Speedwell Garage yesterday for a car service, and I was very impressed! The entire customer journey had been well thought through from start to finish and the customer service was absolutely brilliant. Every small touch, from the friendly welcome to the detailed explanation of the work done, made a big difference and did not go unnoticed. Nick, the owner, has a fantastic demeanour—approachable, professional, and clearly passionate about providing a great level of service for his customers. Communicated really well with updates about the car. The friendliest garage we've been to and got everything fixed that needed fixing. Despite problems with the delivery of parts, they were still able to get the job done for when I needed the car back.

Had a broken window regulator, called up and got booked in just under a week, had a few issues along the way but all were dealt with fantastically. Richard was very friendly and kept me up to date on what was happening. Had the car fixed quickly and for a good price. Will be going back if I have issues in the future

If you need any work doing on your car please go and see Jay and the rest of his guys. Very friendly and honest. I’ve taken two cars there now and they’ve sorted them promptly. Only charged for the work needed and not out there to rip you off. It’s refreshing to find a garage like this nowadays! I highly recommend these guys.

Really excellent service - we had a long standing issue with our car's engine which other garages had looked at but could not find the issue. Shreeve and Mardell took the time and effort to work through and check everything and resolved the issue. They gave great advice and arranged a follow up check later in the week to ensure that the problem had been fixed (which it had). Excellent friendly garage.

Excellent service from this efficient, professional and helpful team. My car needed a major mechanical fault fixing urgently and after a phone call first thing, they fit me in the same day despite being very busy. I had only just managed to return to my accommodation by public transport when they rang to say that they had completed the work. They had found a couple of other faults that my usual Garage had not picked up just the week before and the overall cost was extremely reasonable. I am very grateful to these knights in shining armour forgetting me out of a pickle. Thank you!

Service and MOT carried out on my car for far less than the local main dealer, and S Line made me feel like they appreciated my business (unlike the local main dealer). The whole experience from start to finish was very good, including making the acquaintance of the fabulous turtles in the tank in reception! Will definitely be back, why pay main dealer prices when service like this is available around the corner?

Absolutely the best service from all the staff involved in getting your car in the best condition they can. My daughter had a few nightmares with her car unfortunately it couldn’t be saved they told her she shouldn’t spend any more money on it, there were further issues too but would take to long to explain, she went on to purchase a further car and the garage said before you buy it bring it in for a health check, which she did and they said for its age it would be a good buy, so trust worthy and helpful, highly recommend these lovely people, Duke Street Motors, please give them a go. I have had a worst time with 2 vehicles over the last 2 years, someone I trusted said they were a qualified mechanic totally wrecked my car, my step dad kindly helped me to buy an alternative only for that to die 5 weeks later, RAC took the car to Duke street motors they assessed my car listened to me and told me the truth, the car was not worth fixing, they offered to look at the other car again not worth it. They then proceeded to say any car I get in the future, I'm to take to them and they will assess it for me for free!!! They never charged me a penny to assess these vehicles they have spent a lot of time and effort to help me and I was totally overwhelmed with the care and guidance they offered me. They even brought a stereo out one of my vehicles to help towards the funds of a new car and when offered some of it back they would not take anything!! I can't fault this garage in the slightest, I have found my future garage and will not ever be ever going anywhere else!!! Also I believe my sister will be also attending here as she's bad experiences too of recent, I think you may now be a place most of my family will be coming to and I certainly will be recommending you to all my friends too. Thank u to u all but especially Nikki she has been a diamond through this all. Thank you so so much for everything u have done for me!!! Thank you all over again!!! Ur all amazing!!!

Great service from here when I needed my air conditioning sorted after being let diwn by another garage. They quickly found the problem and even though I was originally going to claim on my warranty, they kept the cost down for me so I decided to just go ahead and pay for it myself as it wasn't worth the hassle. Been going to AJM for all my car needs for a good few years now. Can’t fault the service Billy provides. He’s always very transparent with how much repairs will cost and how long they will take, I’ve been ripped off by a few garages in the past but can’t fault AJM at all, would recommend to anyone.
