I've used this garage several times over the last few years. I have found Carl to be outstanding at communicating and has a very impressive level of customer service that makes me want to keep coming back. The finished job is always perfect, and he won't let you leave until you're 100% satisfied! He is an asset to the business, and I can't speak highly enough of him.

Accidentally hit a low wall in my drive which left a deep groove in the bottom back side of my car. Being a 3 door the sill could not be replaced so these fabulous guys took it in and worked their magic to pull out the dent and re spray it and it looks absolutely beautiful!! It only took 3 days too! Would highly recommend them to all. Thank you team!

Great service - Zack and the team were very transparent from the outset , fixed my Tesla really quickly and to and great standard. The car was cleaned inside and out when collected. I was always kept informed and Zack even opened up out of hours to accommodate me picking the car up. Very reasonably priced and I would definitely go back and recommend!

I have been using this garage for a few years now. They are very helpful, often check little things for FREE, and I have never had a reason to have an issue with any repair. They really know their German cars, and are always courteous. Today they fitted me in for an urgent repair because I am needing the car in a couple of days for a long trip, even though they are fully booked. Many thanks to Dave, Jamie and the engineers.

I cannot thank AVS enough for helping me out and sorting me out. I was expecting a job lasting a few hours but they managed to see the issue and so it ended up costing considerably less. I will not hesitate one iota to contact AVS again should I have another issue. I'm generally not one to recommend - each to their own - but on this occasion I will. You will not be disappointed.!

No words can quite put into words how amazing Dave & his team are but I’ll try. When my car broke down, unable to drive (it was dead) I made the mistake of getting a tow to a VW dealership (big mistake)….HUGE! In a nutshell the dealership tried to pull my 🩲⬇️on price. I’m talking big money here. I think it’s because I’m a girl if I’m honest & talking to big dealership is like talking to robots, they don’t listen or care. So I looked on the internet & found this business. I called and explained what happened to my beautiful car, heartbroken and tapped because it was stuck in this dealership, I thought I had no choices so wanted to give it one last chance. Dave was amazing, listened and cared about helping me. Understood exactly what had happened and the diagnosis. The only issue was how to get the car from the dealership but he had a tow man friend…bonus!! Dave and his team fixed my baby with no issues at all. The difference in price was unreal! Dave and his team of car wizards are so bloody lovely. The culture in this place is unreal. I think this is really testament to good work ethic and caring about what you do. They really know their stuff and take the time to explain everything you need to know. I will never go anywhere else now. It’s clear to see when you are sat in the office with other clients that this business is built on it’s outstanding service as the people waiting have been his clients for years. Had a tear in front bumper of Mazda MX5 (car park metal bollard punctured bumper); PP Coachworks gave a very reasonable quote, and completed the work within a few days. Excellent repair, undetectable that bumper ever had any damage!. Professional company, nice staff and very reasonable price. Don't bother with manufacturer body shops (rip off prices quoted), go to PP Coachworks: I will, if I ever have any further body damage! Highly recommended.

Fantastic garage. Only had a small job, but they kept in touch at all times, and acknowledged emails and calls. Excellent customer service, the lady in reception made everything very easy. Oh, and they made my car look like I hadn't just run over a concrete plant holder...:)

I had all 4 alloys done on my Audi A3 this week at PP Coachworks. The workmanship is amazing, my car looks perfect with her new shiny alloys! The service was professional and thorough. Was working 150+ miles away from home last week when my car developed a problem, potentially stranding me or resulting in an expensive/difficult recovery and possible knock-on into the following week's work. Found CT Cars on Google Maps (with fantastic reviews) and, within 24hrs of my phone call with Mikey, they had me back on the road with no disruption to my schedule. Excellent service, quality parts and workmanship, delivered with a smile. There may well be cheaper places but, trust me, you will not regret using CT Cars. Highly recommended.
