Brilliant service provided by this company. Our front door handle completely broke leaving our property unsecured. Called this company due to the great reviews and John fitted us in at such short notice. Had the exact replacement handle on his van and completed the job really quickly and efficiently at the costs he had advised up front Would highly recommend !

Found About-turn locks on google after having issues with my patio uPVC door lock. Called John, he then FaceTimed to get eyes on the issue and was at my house with in 15minutes. Clearly an experienced tradesman and was super efficient. Fixed, tweaked and fine tuned my patio doors. Clean, tidy and well priced. Highly rate and would recommend.

We contacted John about a broken uPVC door lock and 15 minutes later he was with us getting it fixed! He quoted us an extremely reasonable price (we'd previously been quoted well over double what he charged us), got the job done swiftly and was incredibly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on top. 10/10 Service My window mechanism had jammed and the window would not close. I decided to call EPRLocksmith (Lucien), he was able to come over within 10mins and fix the window mechanism. There was also issues with my window not closing properly and he had fixed this too without any additional charges. Will definitely recommend to family/friends and use again if required. I had an issue with my front door and the handle becoming jammed. Justin came out quickly, diagnosed the issue. We needed a new gearbox and latches. He didn’t have them in stock and ordered them in for the next day. Due to not having it in stock he got our door up to a standard it could be used while we waited for the parts. I would recommend Justin and his team for their timely, polite and thorough work.

Called in RLM Locksmiths to help us with a stuck garage door. The pre-visit service was very professional and Dan (from RLM) was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He got the door open very quickly and cleaned the lock mechanism. Great service. I’d definitely recommend RLM.

Stupidly left my keys indoors today and was stuck outside with my missus and my newborn baby. I called the number for Swift, and got through to a gentleman who provided me an ETA of 30-45 minutes. Within 2-3 minutes later, I got a call from a mobile (the locksmith himself), stating he was 2 mins away. He was able to open the door due to it not being double-locked, using a mere metal rod. No damage to the door, or the lock. Between me picking up the phone and being back in my home, it took about 20 minutes - perhaps just got lucky, but incredible service in my opinion! Didn’t catch the locksmith’s name (unfortunately), but I believe he may have been Eastern European, guy was a true professional! Would recommend!!!
