Top service. The technician, Ruslan, was excellent, very quick to arrive, very quick to get the job done and explain the problem. He also fixed another issue with our front lock within seconds that's been a problem for years. Was cheaper than another locksmith who came out and quoted nearly £100 more. Would recommend.

Contacted Kevin after breaking a door lock on a Thursday night. He came Friday lunchtime, quickly diagnosed the issue and fitted a new lock on the spot. Great communication, fair price and would definitely use him again.

Very willing but arrived without the 30 minutes notice. Didn't have the piece our lock required so arranged to call back the following day. Their repairer arrived the following day, without prior notification again, they did have the piece we required but not the correct colour. We accepted it though. Nice chaps, it did resolve the problems in the end albeit not quite what we were after.

We had to install several new office locks, and fix our main entry door that banged shut because the stalling seal/arm had eroded/aged. Steve is personable, and hard-working. BM Security are reliable, professional, prompt with communication, friendly, punctual, and good value for money. Always do a good job and explain everything in detail. Would highly recommend!

Company responded rapidly, came to my house within an hour of my phone call and had the mechanical fault of the door fixed. Very pleased with the company. Great experience. We needed a call-out at 10pm and they arrived within 20 minutes to help us. Our lock was broken and we could not open the door - they tried a number of non-destructive methods to avoid damage to the door instead of reverting immediately to a destructive option. They quickly solved the problem within 15 minutes and highlighted that the latch was indeed faulty. I cannot praise them highly enough. £150 for the call-out.

My partner and I bought our first property and hired Lucian to replace the locks. He was absolutely fantastic, not only did he replace all the locks quickly and perfectly (despite there being many more locks than we originally thought) but he fixed mistakes that the previous owners had made when installing their locks and then, for good measure, fixed the front gate! 10/10 Service My window mechanism had jammed and the window would not close. I decided to call EPRLocksmith (Lucien), he was able to come over within 10mins and fix the window mechanism. There was also issues with my window not closing properly and he had fixed this too without any additional charges. Will definitely recommend to family/friends and use again if required.
