We had David round to change all our locks when we moved in and couldn’t have been more impressed with the communication, service and general friendliness. He explained everything in great detail and had it sorted super quick, and even gave us some local day-out recommendations (as we’re new here!). 100% recommendation from us & would use again if needed :-)

We contacted John about problems with our malfunctioning front door lock in June just before we went away on holiday. He responded very promptly to fix the problem. He saw that the door was not opening and shutting properly, he adjusted the hinges and tightened the screws to ensure that the door opened and closed freely. He further advised that we install handles. He sent us links to several suppliers of door handles to choose from and came back to install them free of charge. Brilliant service from Guildford Street Locksmiths fixing a jammed lock on our door. Owen was able to come the same day, he was courteous and knowledgeable. Steve was punctual polite and helpful : came and sorted a lock situation out - it turned out to be the door hinges - he was very generous and charged nothing for the visit - highly recommend- will use agin and refer if needed in future .

Steve was great! Came to assist me with getting back into my property after locking the keys inside!!! He arrived within the time frame quoted (15 minutes!) and got me in within 5 minutes! It was such a relief and reasonably priced for a call out! 10/10.

Julian responded very promptly to our enquiry. He arrived punctually and sorted out our sticking front door and fitted a secure new lock as requested. We also asked him to check out some French windows which had been difficult to shut and, to his credit, explained that the problem had resolved itself and that they didn't need repairing.The bill was reasonable and we are satisfied customers.

Great experience. Front door lock had given up, and I was locked out. Mark was fortunately nearby (I contacted Murray through WhatsApp not expecting such a speedy emergency response), entry gained without damage and lock replaced in half an hour - 45 mins from first getting in contact (especially appreciated as I’d been let down by, and had given up on, an insurance-arranged repair from another firm). Great care, no clean-up needed or damage. Really good value too. Would absolutely recommend and will certainly as for their help again.
