Great service, was around in under 30 mins when we were locked outside. Very friendly, explained how our lock works and payment was very professional with card machine and email receipt. Price wise it was much the same as anywhere else I asked, maybe a few quid more expensive than a couple others I tried but for the service received I think worth it.

I was stupid enough to lock myself out of the house today. They arrived within an hour of me calling them. Alex from the team unlocked the door in 10 minutes without any damage to the lock and the door. He also was kind enough to fix the lock which was a bit loose from before. He is an expert in this. Contacted Kevin after breaking a door lock on a Thursday night. He came Friday lunchtime, quickly diagnosed the issue and fitted a new lock on the spot. Great communication, fair price and would definitely use him again.

Kevin quoted for and replaced our old front door lock with a robust and upto date version, giving us the option of high security keys as well. I didn’t know of him before, but wanted someone local and trustworthy. He was open, patient and a pleasure to work with. Definitely one to Recommend.

Wish I had taken before pictures to show the difference, they’ve done a spectacular job on my riding boots and saved me spending £100 on replacements! Heels were completely worn through at the back, through the cork & nails and almost through the sole. They’ve entirely rebuilt them as well as replacing the sole, and giving the whole boots a polish and spruce up. Couldn’t be more thrilled! In the last photo, I’ve tried to show with my thumbnail where the heels were worn to before. The repair was done in just over a week, it likely will be quicker for most as they needed to order the heels in for mine. Cost me £45, which is well worth it considering they’ve given me at least another 5 years with these boots.
