It’s difficult to find great trades people. Kevin was recommended to me by a friend. He was great at communicating, was prompt and offered me great advice. I’d have no hesitation in using Kevin’s services again or recommending to others.

Quick response to a garage lockout that needed a quick turnaround, friendly, clear on what it would take and estimated cost with actually cost being a few pounds different. Would recommend Kevin for sure, good job done, professional workman and friendly. Would use again if I am stupid enough to lose my keys once more !

Managed to lock myself out the house! Gave Kevin a call, and he was with me within 30 minutes and I was back in within minutes without any damage to the door or lock. Very professional and responsive. He is also Surry trading standard approved, so give Kevin a call if you need a locksmith.

Contacted Kevin after breaking a door lock on a Thursday night. He came Friday lunchtime, quickly diagnosed the issue and fitted a new lock on the spot. Great communication, fair price and would definitely use him again.

Top service. The technician, Ruslan, was excellent, very quick to arrive, very quick to get the job done and explain the problem. We contacted John about problems with our malfunctioning front door lock in June just before we went away on holiday. He responded very promptly to fix the problem. He saw that the door was not opening and shutting properly, he adjusted the hinges and tightened the screws to ensure that the door opened and closed freely. He further advised that we install handles. He sent us links to several suppliers of door handles to choose from and came back to install them free of charge. Found About-turn locks on google after having issues with my patio uPVC door lock. Called John, he then FaceTimed to get eyes on the issue and was at my house with in 15minutes. Clearly an experienced tradesman and was super efficient. Fixed, tweaked and fine tuned my patio doors. Clean, tidy and well priced. Highly rate and would recommend.

Southern Lock & Safe were quick to our rescue when our UPVC back door wouldn't lock - posing us a massive security risk. Due to the replacement part not being readily available - they fixed a temporary lock and came back a few days later to finish the job off properly. Now the door is good as new and opens & closes with ease. Clive & the team were very polite & friendly and kept us up to speed throughout - even coming out on a weekend.

Fantastic service ! I called in the morning and a little later that day I had two perfect keys (I’d broken the only key I had !). I didn’t even have to drive anywhere as Justin came to my work address. A main VW dealer told me I’d have to wait 7-10 days for keys to arrive and then book in to have them programmed. Company responded rapidly, came to my house within an hour of my phone call and had the mechanical fault of the door fixed. Very pleased with the company. Two years later, company replaced all 17 of my the window locks and did so professionally and very quickly with same day visit to determine how to fix the problem, and two days later with all locks required.

Very willing but arrived without the 30 minutes notice. Didn't have the piece our lock required so arranged to call back the following day. Their repairer arrived the following day, without prior notification again, they did have the piece we required but not the correct colour. We accepted it though. Nice chaps, it did resolve the problems in the end albeit not quite what we were after.
