I was provided a brilliant service by this company. I managed to lock myself out of my flat as I’d (stupidly) left my keys indoors. Knox Locks were at my place and sorted the problem out within 45 minutes of my initial call to them. Which I thought was superb. Regan was very professional, incredibly quick to sort the problem out, and I was over the moon to get access again so sharply. I can highly recommend this service - it was great and saved the day!

We contacted John about problems with our malfunctioning front door lock in June just before we went away on holiday. He responded very promptly to fix the problem. He saw that the door was not opening and shutting properly, he adjusted the hinges and tightened the screws to ensure that the door opened and closed freely. He further advised that we install handles. He sent us links to several suppliers of door handles to choose from and came back to install them free of charge. We had an issue with our security gate padlock at work in so far as the key had snapped in it rendering it useless! We called Matthew to see if there was any way we could salvage the padlock as the cost of replacing this and the various keys held would have been phenomenal!
