Called in RLM Locksmiths to help us with a stuck garage door. The pre-visit service was very professional and Dan (from RLM) was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He got the door open very quickly and cleaned the lock mechanism. Great service. I’d definitely recommend RLM.

Steve was punctual polite and helpful : came and sorted a lock situation out - it turned out to be the door hinges - he was very generous and charged nothing for the visit - highly recommend- will use agin and refer if needed in future .

I needed a locksmith immediately because i was having serious problems with my front door lock. at 6:15 p.m., their specialist came to my house, which is next to the ship hotel, and evaluated the issue. i didn't have to request to replace the entire door because he worked through several possible repairs before figuring out the best one. professional and effective—i wouldn't call anyone else!

We had an issue with our security gate padlock at work in so far as the key had snapped in it rendering it useless! We called Matthew to see if there was any way we could salvage the padlock as the cost of replacing this and the various keys held would have been phenomenal!
