The staff were friendly, professional, and made us feel at ease. The hygienist was gentle yet thorough, and the dentist gave clear, helpful advice. Absolutely love going to both the Dentist and Hygienist here! The team are so lovely and re-assuring. I recently visited Chem Village Dental Studios, and I have to say, it was a thoroughly positive experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire practice was. The atmosphere was comforting, which immediately put me at ease. The receptionist was lovely—she was chatty and engaging, which made the waiting time fly by. It's not often you find someone who can make you feel welcome and relaxed before a dental appointment, but she did just that. Dr. Krishan Patel, who handled my treatment, was incredibly professional. His soft-spoken nature and calm demeanor were exactly what I needed during the intervention. He took his time, explained everything clearly, and ensured I was comfortable throughout the procedure. It’s clear that he cares deeply about his patients and their experience. A special mention must go to Nurse Lilly, who was nothing short of amazing. Her kindness and gentle nature made a world of difference. She noticed when I was feeling a bit anxious and gave my shoulder a calming rub, even holding my hand at times to reassure me. Those little gestures were incredibly comforting and showed the level of care and attention they provide at this practice. Overall, my experience was excellent. The combination of a clean, comforting environment, a friendly receptionist, and a caring and professional team made all the difference. My wife and I have attended this HDP since it first opened so we have seen many changes over the years. We have always been impressed with the standards of care and professionalism from all of team who have looked after our dental needs. This was recently put to the test when my wife was diagnosed with cancer soon after a complex program of dental implants had begun. Suffice it to say, the cancer treatment caused significant delays and changes but once she was given the OK to proceed, the whole team at Hersham pulled out all the stops. We could not have been treated better, nor more fairly. We will always be so grateful to Monty and his team……

For as long as I can remember I have been petrified of going to the dentist, so much so that as a child I would hide the ‘check up is due’ letter from my parents when they arrived in the post. On my most recent visit Lorraine and the team were so welcoming. I had some work done by Sonia and Lucie, they were calming and reassuring, doing everything they could to ensure I was as relaxed and as comfortable as possible. Somehow I’ve now voluntarily committed to having two more older fillings changed in the next few weeks! A big thank you to Hersham Dental Practice, from a no longer petrified patient.

The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. Heidi the hygienist was also friendly and did an amazing job on my teeth and gave me helpful advice. Alex the dentist was brilliant, she was friendly and very efficient. She explained very clearly what was wrong and what needed to be done. She gave me different options and shared her preferences. I didn’t feel rushed at all. I really value my care at the Benhill Dental practice. I always feel in very safe hands and very well cared for by professional, friendly staff. I've been coming to Benhill Dental for years. The team are very helpful and friendly. Alex is great and explains everything thoroughly and Diana is a brilliant hygienist. She teaches you how to work with your own teeth and the science behind the battle against plaque. I’ve learnt a lot from her!

Amazing experience. I walked in nervous and scared but the receptionist (I believe her name was Sangeeta) was amazing. While waiting for Dr Bilal, she kept assuring me that the procedure is safe and the Dr. knows what he's doing which made me feel a lot more at ease with the whole experience. Upon meeting with the dentist I felt safe in his hands as he explained everything thoroughly and checked with me to make sure I understand what I’m going through with. I look forward to coming back to continue with my treatment and seeing the team again.

Timberhill is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Leanne and Carla are amazing hygienists - and I don’t say that lightly. I had my first appointment with Dr Bela yesterday and I ended up having to have two filings. Dentists usually fill me with fear and panic but Dr Bela was so sweet and kind and I found I wasn’t worried at all. She talked me through all the steps and showed me exactly what she was doing with the camera the whole way through. I opted not to have any anaesthetic due to health reasons and Dr Bela was so gentle and made sure I barely felt it. Fantastic place I’m so chuffed and feel very reassured knowing I’m in very safe hands . Thank you .

I suffer from major anxiety at dentists. From the moment I met Dr Bela, I felt safe. I've had four fillings and a crown rework, and at every point I've felt cared for by her, and the dental nurse Antonio's, utter professionalism and speed. Look, there's nothing fun about getting a filling, but all mine have been done with speed, great care and expertise. Yesterday, I had a bit of a panic attack, Dr Bela and the nurse were so generous with their patience and kindness, I felt very moved. I'd like to point out how lovely the staff are at reception too. Courteous, kind and warm. I'm a bit chatty and they never rush me! Dr Kataria saw me for a possible root canal and he could not have been gentler or kinder.

By far the best dentist I have ever come across. A marvellous warm reception with Mel the practice manager making me feel at home immediately. My appointment was bang on time with Nuno. The procedure was painless and professional. With Nuno, I felt totally at ease. I’m of an age that going to the dentist ment sleepless nights. Not any more. Based on a recommendation from a friend I booked my children in to see Alice for a hygienist appointment. One of my children has SEN and can become distressed in new situations. Alice was not only wonderful personally in her interaction with my children - in being so fun, friendly and informative but left them with sparkling, fresh teeth. Highly recommended and it’s a lovely dentist to be in too.

I took my son to see Alice for a hygiene appointment. Alice was very attentive and kind and did a brilliant job allaying my sons fears of the dentist. My son has totally changed his thought pattern towards the dentist.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Sonya for over 25 years and have always found her to be extremely professional, relaxed and friendly. She occasionally tells me off for not flossing, but I love her sense of humour!! Sonya is also very inclusive and accommodating for my relative with complex special-needs, so I would highly recommend her.

Sonya has been our family dentist for more than 15 years and throughout that time, I have had a number of procedures that Sonya has carried out. Sonya is without doubt the best dentist that I have ever seen. She is incredibly hard working, warm and funny, always giving her time generously to ensure she carries out any procedure to the highest possible standards. Sonya is also surrounded by a superb team, including Zoe on reception who is always lovely to speak to and extremely helpful, and highly competent dental nurses. I feel incredibly lucky that Sonya is our family dentist, I would not go anywhere else for dental treatment.

Sonya has been my dentist ever since she opened her practice in Sutton and before that in Epsom. Her dentistry is excellent, and being an NHS patient I have always felt her treatment is on par with private, nothing is too much trouble, everything explained thoroughly and carried out to a high standard.

Was originally referred to Dr Al-Nahi by my general dentist several years ago and continue to attend this lovely practice to have the health of my gums checked once a year. As a patient in my seventies I suffer from exposed tooth roots, which are very uncomfortable. Dr Al-Nahi manages to allay my anxiety and I feel that I am in good hands. The calming atmosphere and spotless surroundings set a tone of excellence, and I really appreciate being given a generous amount of time for the appointment.

The current dentist Cobus Viljoen and Sarah his practice nurse have provided a very professional and caring service. Cobus is reassuring and highly skilled. Everyone at Granville House is warm and friendly and makes one feel at ease - all are just lovely people.

Such a fantastic dentist practice, no wait times, the phone is always answered, reminder texts, comfortable waiting room and a lovely receptionist Lorna. Fantastic practice. As an extremely nervous patient who has avoided dentists for many years due to previous bad experiences, I was so happy with Colm and Tatiana's approach. Colm took the time to explain all the processes with no pressure. I was kept informed throughout with pre and post care information including all costs involved. Extensive work was required including extractions and a denture, all of which have been carried out with no issues whatsoever. I would not hesitate to recommend. I can honestly say my fear of dentists while not totally gone, has certainly been reduced hugely to the point I don't worry. I just wish I'd gone sooner!

The treatment received by Cobus and indeed the whole staff at Granville House was first class. I had two root canal treatments followed by corresponding crowns been fitted. The whole process was exemplary, with transparency both in the dental plan and the associated cost. I could not recommend this practice highly enough; I felt valued and ultimately my comfort throughout the whole process was paramount.
