Best decision I made to come to Dr Murray Pratt for all my dental work. I knew I was in good hands with Murray who reassured me through every step and being a nervous patient this is essential. The equipment used is modern high tech. This practice is 5 star. Murray is the most skilled dentist I have ever experienced. He has a superb support team including Amanda the receptionist and Anya his dental nurse.

Recently attended for a wisdom tooth removal. I expected the worst but was made to feel at ease the whole time. The procedure and after care were explained in detail and not rushed and they called me the next day to check in on me. The procedure itself was swift and painless with no painful after effects. The minute you walk through the door and are greeted by the lovely Amanda, you know you are in the right place! I had an implant fitted by Dr Murray Pratt who throughout the procedure accompanied by his amazing nurse Holly made me feel at ease and relaxed. What can I say, except AMAZING! I’ve been seeing Mary at Forever Dental since my local NHS dentist didn’t have the capacity to perform a filling replacement and a root canal treatment. Amanda on reception makes my day every time I see or talk to her. The surgery is clean, calm and modern. The appointments are on time, you’re not rushed, and the technology for taking images of your teeth (and the X-ray machine) is fast and mind-blowing. The team are great at dealing with my nerves relating to needles. I now also take my ‘high-energy’ 8 year old daughter for checkups and hygiene appointments. Mary and her team are incredible with her - managing to get my daughter to undergo the checkup and hygiene appointment with the help of Disney songs on the tv screen, and by talking her through every step and showing her the equipment with patience and kindness. Thank you Forever Dental for being a great team!

I have been treated by Dr Alan Wilson for many years, naturally when Alan started his own practice I followed him, as he is one of the best and most knowledgeable in the industry, he is incredably skilled, patient and explains things thoroughly, in a language I can understand. I decided to see 3 practices regarding implants to give myself a somewhat informed choice. I was impressed with the warmth and friendliness at my 1st encounter at the Alan Wilson practice who totally put me at my ease. I then met Alan who patiently explained what sort of implants I can and can’t have and why. After weighing up my 3 options, I settled on the Alan Wilson practice because I felt confident I was in safe hands. I definitely made the right choice, because the anaesthetist was brilliant no pain whatsoever during procedure, Alan whose work is of a superior standard and his assistant too is very good at her job. I was warned that I’d have some bruising, but there was none and the pain was minimal considering the major work carried out. It’s been 6 months since my procedure and I’ve just seen the Adam the hygienist and he too excels at his job. Alan has definitely picked a terrific team and I definitely gold stamp the practice.

I had an initial examination with Kelvin. He was so polite, respectful and professional which put me at ease. The examination was thorough at the end of which I was given great advice and recommendations which I could go ahead with or consider for later implementation. I also had an appointment with the hygienist who gently cleaned my teeth...no tugging or pulling as previously experienced at another dental clinic. I also had some fillings done. From the starting welcome from Kirsty the receptionist to finish it was a lovely experience. Thank you to all (Kelvin, Melissa, Rachel, Adam and Kirsty) at Alan Wilson Dentistry.

I highly recommend Alan Wilson Dentistry. Alan has an amazing team who are not only very professional but are so welcoming & keep you relaxed & at ease throughout your visit. I attend their hygienist (Adam) every 4 months who is very thorough, professional & friendly & have a yearly check up with Alan to review my overall status which works brilliantly. Once again, I highly recommend using Alan Wilson Dentistry as you will not be disappointed.

What a find !...Just under a year ago I asked a good friend of mine who happened to have previously been in the dentistry industry up until about two years ago if he could recommend a good Dentist to take care my needs. His immediate reply was : “If it were me then there is only one !.... Alan Wilson in Epsom” : A tooth extraction at the very back was needed along with two implants in the same area,On top of that I had been concerned about the way my front top row of teeth had been heavily reducing in length due to many years of grinding,Alan also pointed out that an older crown would need replacing too.6 months on from my initial visit I cannot speak highly enough of Alan and his amazing team who have shown me nothing but professional care and genuine kindness in all aspects of the work that has been carried out ...Composite bonding on my front teeth along with the above mentioned work has now all been carried out and I could not be more happy with end results.

I was urgently after an emergency appointment for an abscess I had… Helen and Nicole on reception could not have done more. They managed to get an appointment at a time that worked for everyone involved and were incredible at getting back to me when I was in-between meetings. Mitesh, the dentist, was thorough, concise and talked me through everything he was doing; what more can you ask for? I'm aged 57 and have had a fear of the dentists since I was small and I have found this to be the best Dentist Practice I have ever experienced. Catherine and the other receptionists are very welcoming and reassuring. Teresa the hygienist is very methodical, gentle and patient. Mitesh is the most calm, reassuring and professional dentist. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now. Their membership plan is fabulous too and ensures I have a 6 monthly dentist and hygienist check. My experience started with a very understanding phone call with the receptionist, the following morning I had the first appointment and was received with a smile and chat before I even saw the dentist ( so relaxing) After a couple of minutes I was called in and after a short while my tooth was extracted. I can't praise the staff at Astek enough, they have been so caring and really given me a 5star experience. Astek have their dental lab on site which is how I believe all dentists should be set up. I had a front tooth knocked out in a childhood accident and have since been very conscious of the way my smile looks. In today's world of working on Teams and video calls for the main part, this was becoming more and more problematic for me. So along with attending appointments with my dentist, Leila, for general dentistry she took impressions and Ailsa, the proprietor, created two bespoke veneers to make my front teeth appear more normal and worked with both me and my lovely dentist, to tailor my smile when I wasn’t initially delighted with the result - cancelling afternoon appointments until we were done. Two veneers sounds a simple, ordinary thing, but I actually didn’t have two front teeth to work with – just one front tooth and a smaller, differently shaped, side tooth which looked quite odd. I now don’t even think about my teeth when I’m on screen which is such a relief. Thank you so much Astek! To say I am a nervous patient is an understatement. Leila has been so patient and kind with me and I am so much more confident in the chair with her. She has also managed to sort out gum issues that have persisted for over 40 years, and now when I’m brushing my teeth there is no sign of anything in the sink but toothpaste. She also keeps me on track when I’m not doing as well as I should be, advising on which brushes, toothpaste for sensitivity, and even demonstrating that you can get the largest of teepees into some very small spaces. I have always been nervous about dentists due to some traumatic experiences as a child and growing up. However I spoke to the amazing Ailsa who recommended i went to see Saima the dentist and she told me I needed a filling. I was shocked at how gentle she was with the anaesthetic, the filing itself and after I left I had no discomfort at all. I was so pleased. I love how she explained everything so I felt at ease with the process and felt in control. I highly recommend Astek from its customer service, efficiency, kind staff, very bright and cheerful environment and very skilled practitioners. A well deserved 5 stars from me :)

I have had a brilliant experience with Dr. Patel. I had a filling fall out and they got me an emergency appointment for a temporary filling early the next morning. I saw Nuwan this morning for my Hygiene visit. He did a very excellent job. He was the most gentle clinician who worked on my teeth. With my usual teeth hypersensitivity I was very anxious that I may jump from pain, but that did not happen. It was very comfortable and I recommend Nuwan 100%. The whole Team at Tudor House were very pleasant and friendly.

. When I went to Tudor House for the first time, I was blown away and couldn't wait for my next appointment. Dr. Koray and his assistant did an excellent job. Originally, I had gone in for teeth whitening, but during the visit, it was discovered that four of my bottom teeth had decreased in height and needed to be fixed. The necessary arrangements were made and my second appointment was booked. The entire process was handled with professionalism and my assessment was thorough.

Booked in efficiently and seen to at the earliest convenience has made my life just that much better thanks to all the staff at Tudor dentistry. Lovely welcome to the practice which put me at ease straight away. Seeing the Dr, straight away saw my problem and talking through the procedure. Not 30 minutes later all was complete. Tooth extracted and booked in for the follow up in a couple of weeks. Highly professional, yet personable at the same time. Thank you for making it painless and comfortable.

We have been using Clocktower Dentist centre for a number of years, the quality of their work, especially the implants we have had, has been first class. Andrew really went above and beyond when my wife developed tooth ache one weekend. She called the surgery on Saturday to leave a message on the answering machine just hoping to make an appointment before we went to Devon a few days later. Although the practice is normally closed Andrew called her back soon after and arranged to meet her at the surgery where he had a quick inspection. He diagnosed an abscess and a cracked tooth, organised some antibiotics and made an appointment for Monday. On the Monday he did a root canal filling, took impressions and was able to save the tooth. Really impreesed by the commitment.
