The blue pipe water connection is an excellent solution for bringing water into the house with high pressure. We used to face constant headaches with low water pressure—whether it was opening the tap in the kitchen or taking a bath, the kids were always frustrated. Used this company because of the reviews and being local . Cold water loft tank removed and replaced. Gordon the plumber arrived more than promptly, set out everything for the job , explained everything to be done . Approx two hours later ,all done, finished, tidied up and everything in working order . The reviews were correct , well done to this local company.

Clive is excellent. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He has put in a new shower pump and fixed the cistern in our toilet. Both jobs were done with a very high degree of professionalism. He is very personable, honest and trustworthy. He is easy to get on with and his rates are very reasonable. I have no hesitation in fully recommending him.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Clive. He's kind, he listens, and he does a superb job.He recently modernised my mum's bathroom, listened carefully to what was needed, and worked hard to solve various plumbing issues to make what she wanted possible. He came highly recommended to us by a friend, and we were not disappointed. We asked him to knit a new shower and toilet into an existing bathroom, which he did beautifully (his tiling is second to none). It wasn't an easy job, but at all times he was cheerful and friendly, and put mum at ease. Not only has he made the bathroom useable for her, and done exactly what she wanted, he has made the whole process easy. Thanks, Clive.

We needed to remove old shower cabin and install a new shower. Clive has got a great expertise regarding this matter. He did a gr8 job not only in installation and plumbing but also in tiling. His advice on selection of required components – shower, tray and screen – was extremely useful. Although, the project took about 1,5 weeks we barely had any inconvenience as everything was done with immaculate tidiness. Looking forward fo have him back to fix some issues with upstairs bathroom and other bits and bolts.

Clive engaged very quickly after I requested a quotation for the work. The price he gave me was based on a day rate plus material (replacement shower unit). He was very flexible when I had to move the start date and has remained very friendly and has communicated well over the 4 days of the work being done. The current shower unit had to be removed including some of the shower unit fascia tiles, then the new shower replumbed, impacted tiles replaced plus grouting and silicone seals. All of this has been done to a high standard and the shower is fully functional. Would recommend highly.

Our heating packed up on Friday, just in time for the weekend! Charlie kindly squeezed us in on Friday afternoon, after a quick assessment of the situation he told us what was needed and that he'd get the new parts ASAP. Sure enough he was back first thing Monday and replaced the broken parts quickly and efficiently. Very happy indeed. Clear explanations of everything he was doing and advice on how to make the best out of our boiler/heating system etc. Nice chap and great service!

Charlie was extremely responsive, coming out within an hour in the evening to look at a boiler fault that had stopped us from having heating or hot water. He diagnosed the problem, as well as ensuring we had a temporary solution for that evening. The next day he came back with a replacement for the faulty part and fixed it promptly. Got to us for an emergency call out in the snow same day, got the boiler going for us and came back within 48 hours to fix the problem fully. Quoted us a figure and when the job turned out to be less difficult than expected reduced the cost, which many wouldn't have done. Would recommend the service to anyone
