I rang this morning about my leaky sink, Lee rang back very quickly, was very open, realistic and transparent regarding costs and was able to send out his guy Chris within the hour. Chris was polite and professional and he fixed the problem efficiently (which was caused by another “plumber” I had hired from a different company to install a new sink). Chris even cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend Lee and his team and will definitely use them again!

Stewart and Stewart were available to provide a boiler service and gas safety inspection at my tenants’ flat at short notice when the company I had been paying into each month, for a call-out plan that should have covered this, let me down. Grateful to them for stepping in, liaising with the tenants and getting the job done without issue, and within the legal deadline, ensuring I didn’t breach regs. Easy and friendly to deal with. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I would highly recommend Lee and his team. We have called upon them for a couple of issues in our flat and Lee recently installed a new boiler for us. Despite it being an awkward job, the finish is fantastic and our water pressure has even improved. What's more, Lee sent us some suggestions to improve other parts of the flat, such as the overall ventilation. Lee has always been very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy and we'll be sure to use S&S again in the future.

Mark and Darren have recently carried out a boiler replacement and fitted a new radiator in our conservatory! We were very pleased with their workmanship; they are a great team, very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. We needed 3 old radiators replacing in the bedrooms. One of these required floor boards to be lifted and re-working of the pipe work as it was a smaller more efficient radiator. Mark and Darren did this work so well, explaining everything before and during the work. They are friendly, professional and tidy, leaving no mess at all. Last week our 20 + year old boiler showed signs of finally giving up the ghost. My husband contacted Mark and within 24 hours he had visited to assess the work and within 6 days we had a new efficient condenser boiler. Mark and Darren were brilliant. Polite, tidy and competent. Mark communicated at every stage and if ever we Whattsapped he responded very quickly. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Mark has been doing my boiler servicing for years but having just moved to a new house I asked him to do some work in the new property. He and Darren swapped out my boiler, tank, radiators and pipe work and did an excellent job. He explained everything to me so I could understand it (I know nothing of this sort of work) and provided a professional service and despite lifting floorboards and the like kept things very clean and tidy. He was very well priced as well given that British Gas was charging almost a 3rd extra on top to do the same job. I feel very comfortable recommending him for any of this work. We had a leak from the old mains water pipe running under the property. Chris talked us through the most efficient solution and replaced the pipe in a day. Very efficiently and professionally done. No issues since. Highly recommend CS Gas.

We got Chris to fix and replace a leaking lead mains pipe and to fix a boiler that was installed incorrectly. Chris is very knowledgeable of all areas of plumbing and reasonably priced. Honest, reliable and not over priced. I have been using Chris for annual boiler services/gas safety checks for the past 3 years. I would not use anyone else now. Chris is friendly and extremely knowledgeable, always going the extra mile by identifying and rectifying minor issues before they become a major issue. Chris has worked on emergency call-outs which were dealt with straight away, I cannot recommend Chris enough.

Chris is a very friendly, professional and knowledgable person about heaters and boilers. My flat didn't have hot water from my HIU. I've had a plumber come round before that wanted 3 parts replaced and quoted £1,400 for the job! I wanted a second opinion and Chris was able to get hot water running again within 5-10mins! He also gave me plenty of advise and explained about what the issue was and how to prevent it going forwards. If you're looking for a reliable and honest plumber, definitely go with them.

Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Lee came to service our boiler as well as fix several toilet issues and our water pressure. Lee was able to carry out all works and fix all the issues we had. Lee did a great job. He got our heating going again and helped us understand better how it works and how we can try to fix certain problems ourselves. PHENOMINAL service by Sukh. My Boiler broke 10 days before Christmas and Sukh came on emergency even though he was very busy, he tried a new part but to no avail, and really went out of his way to avoid me having to get a new boiler, trying his very best to get me fixed up before the festive period. January… I now have a new fabulous boiler fitted and the work was not straight forward at all, Sukh thinks on his feet, is very methodical and very knowledgeable and fixed each issue as it arose. Sukh is honest and does not overcharge at all. I could not reccomend Sukh & Five rivers plumbing highly enough. Wish there were more professional tradespeople like him around! He is simply great 👍

Can’t speak highly enough of my experience dealing with Maitham. At short notice in state of emergency with my boiler breaking down maitham was on hand to turn up and deal with the issue. Reliable, punctual and unbelievably knowledgeable he turned up diagnosed the issue and had it sorted in next to no time. Believe me having 3 kids and no hot water or heating is a struggle in itself and maitham was on hand to save the day. Excellent service provided by Maitham. My boiler was beyond repair & as a result I had no heating or hot water. Maitham quickly provided a quote at a reasonable price, then came back the next day to install the new boiler. Can't get better service than that ! Dan is an amazing, knowledgeable and very professional heating and gas engineer. We called him in to power flush our central heating system (photo attached) as the radiators were not getting hot enough or in some cases at all. He quickly figured out the issue with the pipework and also advised on other issues to make the gas and heating safe for us. We appreciated his attitude and work ethic and decided to go with his recommendations to introduce a boiler flue management kit and renew the gas supply pipework. Dan kept us fully informed throughout the process of his work and that really helped us feel more confident and comfortable that he was doing a great job and everything in the right way and in line with the latest regulations. We would definitely recommend Dan for plumbing and heating works.

We'd been having leak issues with our under sink waste pipes. Daniel came and replaced the existing assembly which hadn't been done well by a previous company. Really good job, carried out professionally and a good price too. Daniel is a really friendly guy and I'll certainly call him again if I have plumbing issues in the future.
