Contacted Tony on the problem in June , he came over in a couple of days and assessed the old keston boiler which was now 20 years old. Having surveyed the site , he sent through a quote in a couple of days , fully itemized. The idea was to replace the boiler and tank and connect up to the existing Nest thermostat so life could go on as normal. We scheduled the work and was completed in circa 3 days with him and his Son (Oli). Both did their work without any fuss and we had hot water and central heating without any drama. They did a clean job and took the old boiler for scrap. Thank Oli& Tony, see you next year for our regular service.

Hired Louis + team to rip and refit our bathroom. Excellent service and communication throughout the whole process. They were happy to take on board and design choices that we specified as well as give advice where we were unsure. Just as the weather started to get our boiler packed up. Louis was recommended to me and was very quick to respond and come over to assess the job on the same day. He diagnosed the problem quickly, parts were ordered and delivered with next day delivery and the boiler was repaired successfully. Communication was very good throughout and Louis was very clear explaining the problem and gave good advice regarding what to do next.

Graham is a genius! He’s worked on our house for over 10 years and in that time, he’s installed two underfloor heating systems, adapted our central heating, and regularly services our gas boiler. Due to the nature of the house renovation none of the jobs have been straightforward, but Graham’s ever positive manner, planning and attention to detail has ensured all systems work faultlessly. The quality of his work is exceptional and he goes the extra mile – such as hiding a manifold system inside a cavity wall (photo attached). His knowledge is huge and he has a genuine passion for what he does, offering honest advice and solving every problem you can throw at him. He is the consummate professional; friendly, trustworthy, efficient and just great to have around. In my opinion there are few like him, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

We've had Graham and co do work for us over 15 years in two houses we have lived in for a reason as he is fantastic and fair tradesman and heating engineer/plumber. Fast but thorough, well priced and good value and I would say there's no one better or more skilled, having used others before him. Can't recommend enough. Graham fitted a new boiler for us at a very reasonable cost. He did a great job and we were very happy with the work done. Graham always replied promptly to any queries, was very knowledgeable and efficient and took the trouble to explain what he was doing as he went along. The job was completed quickly and everything was left very tidy. Graham and Robert were very friendly and pleasant and we would have no hesitation recommending Livingstone Dunn to anyone.

Tudor plumbing has just completed a total downstairs toilet refurb. Carl’s work ethic and expertise was second to none. He was totally professional, reliable and meticulous to detail. Carl was also extremely easy to have around. Pleasant and friendly, polite and very easy to get along with. Absolutely delighted with the finished results! We were delighted to find Tudor Plumbing and even more delighted that Carl was able to slot us in to his schedule on the day we discovered water trickling down our sitting room wall! He was extremely thorough and seemed to have cured the problem. However, when the leak started up again he was available to discuss over the weekend and rearranged his diary to fit us in first thing on the Monday. The offending pipes were cut and capped and the problem solved (pending a refit of the bathroom). A prompt and very neat & tidy worker. We would certainly highly recommend this company.

We had an issue with our heating I left an email through Simon’s website He called me back the following day and after I explained the fault Simon said he could come and have a look at what we thought was an air lock Simon messaged me to say he was on his way this afternoon at 3.30 Saturday 11/1/25 On arrival he discovered the motorised valve had failed he promptly left to collect a new one and replaced it The air lock was still there unfortunately but Simon would not be beaten with dogged persistence he eventually had us all up and running after 4 hours and finished at 7.30 with still another job to do many others would have given up I can’t recommend Simon enough and would not hesitate to call on him again Five star service and on a Saturday Well done Simon great job Thank you
