Scott provided a totally professional, competent and reliable service from start to finish. He installed a new toilet and bathroom and did all the associated plumbing, tiling and decorating himself. He was with us for four weeks and was a joy to have around. He was considerate, tidy and all tools were neatly put away every evening. By the end he'd really become a friend of the family.......in fact he even brought round a red canvas camp chair for our 3 year old grandson who subsequently spent the whole morning in it. In short we can't recommend him highly enough.

Scott was super helpful and did a great job re-fitting a shower room, including tiling and flooring. In 'spare' time he sorted out the plumbing in the whole house and voluntarily painted the shower room walls and woodwork. Highly recommended!

Adam and Dan are just two really nice personable plumbers intent on providing the best service and outcome for the customer. Adam is excellent at keeping in touch and updating progress on work in hand and always responds to calls where there’s a query.Dan is a meticulous tiler. - they work well together. Did a really good job on updating my bathroom and dealt efficiently and speedily with unforeseen difficulties.

Adam came and fitted a new bathroom for us in 2022, he dealt with unexpected problems well without giving me a headache about them. The overall quality of the fitting was good and came back nearly 12 months later to fix another issue with a faulty part quickly. Would recommend!

All the stars brilliant! Emailed a request for a boiler annual service, received a call back on the same day and booked the appointment for the following week. Emails with a time slot, a reminder email and, on completion, an electronic document of the completed service. Also texts to check customer satisfaction. Perry is thorough, prompt, very helpful and a lovely chap. Couldn't ask for an easier process. Thank you Perry!

Firstly, I’ve given this firm a 5 star rating and would highly recommend due to these reasons. Outset: Read their superb reviews online and in particular mention of co-owner, Perry. Phone call into their professional call centre gave me immediate reassurance that they were professional and eager to solve my issue. I was informed that Perry was busy and I would be seeing instead their business partner, George. Expressing immediate concern I might get someone not as good, I was reassured that George was also excellent, although mentioned less on public reviews. (Shame on previous customers for not leaving more positive reviews) Issue: my Worcester combo boiler was playing up with intermittent hot water dropping off and showing a series of fault codes relating to the issue. (WINTER WITH BOILER ISSUES ARE NOT WORTH TAKING THE CHANCE!) Lead in: I was sent a number of realistic prompts via text message and emails explaining what to expect and managing my expectations for the day in advance of the service. Very professional for someone managing their busy diary. Day of Service: George turned up promptly with his new apprentice, Bradley. (Signs that the business is doing well!). First off, I was super impressed by both the gentleman who were respectful from the outset introducing themselves and removing shoes.George was polite and highly personable. In my experience of dealing with multiple tradesman over the years and myself coming from a background in the building trade, I couldn’t have wished for a more professional expert than George and found his mannerisms and conduct admirable in this day and age. Old school values and appeared truly honest in explaining everything and not pushing for need to replace etc. Job: thorough, taking time and precision to ensure everything was done, checked and put right. Post job: sent an invoice via email, which included a detailed diagnostic report to include future suggestions of things that may need to be looked at again in the future. All in all would have George back in an instance and would prompt anyone booking this firm to request his services personally. Merry Christmas H&G Solutions!

Last week our 20 + year old boiler showed signs of finally giving up the ghost. My husband contacted Mark and within 24 hours he had visited to assess the work and within 6 days we had a new efficient condenser boiler. Mark and Darren were brilliant. Polite, tidy and competent. Mark communicated at every stage and if ever we Whattsapped he responded very quickly. I would recommend him to anyone without hesitation.

Mark has been doing my boiler servicing for years but having just moved to a new house I asked him to do some work in the new property. He and Darren swapped out my boiler, tank, radiators and pipe work and did an excellent job. He explained everything to me so I could understand it (I know nothing of this sort of work) and provided a professional service and despite lifting floorboards and the like kept things very clean and tidy. He was very well priced as well given that British Gas was charging almost a 3rd extra on top to do the same job. I feel very comfortable recommending him for any of this work. We needed 3 old radiators replacing in the bedrooms. One of these required floor boards to be lifted and re-working of the pipe work as it was a smaller more efficient radiator. Mark and Darren did this work so well, explaining everything before and during the work. They are friendly, professional and tidy, leaving no mess at all. I had a toilet with a faulty cistern and it’s not actually that easy to find someone willing to do that kind of thing as some plumbers just want the big jobs. The toilet is also housed within a unit and it wasn't just a case of lifting the lid off, so I was looking for someone used to designing bathrooms too as I figured they would be more likely to be used to that kind of thing. Michael was very happy to fix it and did so quickly (despite having to take the toilet out to get to the cistern), did it in the evening and to a great standard. Very personable and friendly too. I would definitely recommend Surrey Plumbing & Bathrooms and will be using them again in future.

I contacted Josh for help with a slightly complex job - installing a pipe to run under the kitchen floor from the mains supply to provide plumbing to a fridge/freezer on the other side of the room. Josh came round within a couple of days of my call, had a look at the job and was able to think quickly and creatively solve the issue by passing a pipe under the floor from a small hatch under an appliance - I am delighted because we didn't have to pull up any of the floor, and we only have a tiny hole in the floor behind the fridge for the pipe! Everything works nicely and his rate of pay was reasonable for the time and effort this job required! I wouldn't hesitate to call Josh again the next time I have a plumbing job - thanks!

Very pleased with the work Josh did today fixing a dripping overflow pipe. Before the visit he kept in touch via texts, arrived promptly, worked well, explaining the problem and how he had fixed it. ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT, THOROUGH, NO MESS - 100 STARS Darren at Greenwood Heating did a Fantastic job today.....I had a blockage on my system, preventing the hot towel rails working. Amazing really, he has such true skills and is ever so polite and pinpointed the problem with ease....... and explained what he was doing and how to prevent further problems. He is a TRUE PROFESSIONAL Indeed, so pleased am I ..... that he is going to fit a new system in my son's house in Warnham. I have absolute confidence in him and his sons, one of which I have met before at my next door neighbours who had a completely new system fitted from top to bottom [6/7 bedroom house] and they are delighted too. .....and so a BIG Thank you Darren, you are the best for sure.

We used Darren last year to put all new radiators into our home along with moving and reinstalling a new boiler. We were so impressed with Darren & Kane's work that we got them to quote on a new bathroom for us which was our project this year. We had Dom & Zak working on this and throughout they were excellent - always keeping us updated and making us feel comfortable in our own home. Darren and his lovely team are always so professional, super clean, tidy and respectful! Neil and Jordan installed our new water tank, hot water cylinder and boiler on two of the hottest days of the year. Both of them are efficient and professional. The work was carried out with no fuss and tools and mess were cleared up quickly at every stage.
