Lee came to service our boiler as well as fix several toilet issues and our water pressure. Lee was able to carry out all works and fix all the issues we had. He was quick, professional, friendly and explained all the works thoroughly. I was WFH during his works being carried out and he was quiet and respectful of privacy when I had calls. Lee did a great job. He got our heating going again and helped us understand better how it works and how we can try to fix certain problems ourselves. Lee has helped us with other plumbing issues before and he has always been very polite and reliable and done really good work. We definitely recommend him!

Lee was absolutely amazing in firstly sorting out a leak we had and then installing a new bathroom suite. Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive. Excellent service. Ervin was very quick to diagnose my water pressure problem and the issue was fixed within two days over the busy Christmas period despite through no fault of his own being supplied with wrong parts. Very friendly and efficient and reasonably priced. Five star from me

Ervin responded to my initial email very promptly and was able to schedule an appointment for the next day. He kept me informed about his expected arrival time and arrived exactly as scheduled. He quickly diagnosed the most likely cause of our boiler issue and clearly explained and demonstrated the fault. Ervin is highly focused and completes his work efficiently. Ervin did an amazing job disconnecting a water tank, installing a brand new boiler and then ensuring everything newly fitted was up to spec with an external regulator. Great communication and extremely trustworthy. We’ll be using him again for sure.

I had Greenwood Heating come and give my new boiler it's first annual service in Reigate. Engineer arrived on time (in fact early), he was polite, friendly and carried out the service in an efficient and timely manner. I have had Greenwood Heating out several times for two different boilers - they are the first company that has actually serviced my boiler properly - previous services (British Gas amongst others) included a visual inspection and signing a bit of paper (I knew nothing about what should happen during a service) - Greenwood heating actually serviced the boilers, showed me what needed doing and explained everything, emptied condensation trays, emptied and cleaned out the black filter (can't remember what it's called) - when fixes have been needed they are all at a reasonable cost and so are services on the boiler - I would never ever use anyone else - thank you Greenwood heating!

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT, THOROUGH, NO MESS - 100 STARS Darren at Greenwood Heating did a Fantastic job today.....I had a blockage on my system, preventing the hot towel rails working. Amazing really, he has such true skills and is ever so polite and pinpointed the problem with ease....... and explained what he was doing and how to prevent further problems. He is a TRUE PROFESSIONAL Indeed, so pleased am I ..... that he is going to fit a new system in my son's house in Warnham. I have absolute confidence in him and his sons, one of which I have met before at my next door neighbours who had a completely new system fitted from top to bottom [6/7 bedroom house] and they are delighted too. .....and so a BIG Thank you Darren, you are the best for sure.

We used Darren last year to put all new radiators into our home along with moving and reinstalling a new boiler. We were so impressed with Darren & Kane's work that we got them to quote on a new bathroom for us which was our project this year. We had Dom & Zak working on this and throughout they were excellent - always keeping us updated and making us feel comfortable in our own home. Good morning. This is a review for a lovely man Ivo, who represents Bertolli Heating & Plumbing. I was recommended Ivo through my neighbour as my boiler needed servicing and I also needed an outdoor light fitting changed. I was very happy with the work done and Ivo has given me his details for when I need anything done in the future. I would like to recommend his company and think 5 stars is thoroughly deserved.

Ivo came to service my boiler. He turned up spot on the time arranged. He was very polite experienced everything. Did more than I'd seen on a boiler service before. Definitely call him again.

My boiler was leaking and I wanted someone to look at it urgently. Ivo happily came out at short notice on a Sunday to have a look, then offered me a very reasonable quote to fix the problem - which he did soon after. He clearly explained what he was doing at every stage of the process, and was polite and friendly from start to finish. A really genuine, helpful guy. I'm very grateful!

Josh arrived promptly and took great care to explain what was needed to repair my leaky bath tap. He was quick, thorough and worked cleanly. He cured the problem in no time. I contacted Josh for help with a slightly complex job - installing a pipe to run under the kitchen floor from the mains supply to provide plumbing to a fridge/freezer on the other side of the room. Josh came round within a couple of days of my call, had a look at the job and was able to think quickly and creatively solve the issue by passing a pipe under the floor from a small hatch under an appliance - I am delighted because we didn't have to pull up any of the floor, and we only have a tiny hole in the floor behind the fridge for the pipe! Everything works nicely and his rate of pay was reasonable for the time and effort this job required! I wouldn't hesitate to call Josh again the next time I have a plumbing job - thanks!

Josh came out immediately despite it being his day off. He was extremely helpful and keen to come up with the best solution not just solve my immediate emergency. He was friendly and professional and got everything done quickly and effectively. I would definitely recommend.

Very pleased with the work Josh did today fixing a dripping overflow pipe. Before the visit he kept in touch via texts, arrived promptly, worked well, explaining the problem and how he had fixed it. Scott has done two bathrooms for us now. Have found him very trustworthy and reliable. He has also been happy to come back and fix any small issues that come up later.

Scott was super helpful and did a great job re-fitting a shower room, including tiling and flooring. In 'spare' time he sorted out the plumbing in the whole house and voluntarily painted the shower room walls and woodwork. Highly recommended!

Scott was recommended to us by a local plumbers merchant 15 years ago and we have used only him since. He has refitted a bathroom and a shower room for us as well as smaller jobs of fitting a garden tap and fixing various problems over the years. We like that he is experienced, always reliable, and very much takes account of what we want while also suggesting wise alternatives and has always been good at finding solutions. Also that he is always happy to discuss any concerns and answer any questions. His prices have always been reasonable too. Several of our friends and neighbours have used him too and they recommend him as well.
