Reached out to Blakeley plumbing online, sent some pictures and got a very reasonable quote for the work.(installation of new shower cubicle not supplied by Blakeley). Two guys completed the installation perfectly, bathroom looks great. Would happily recommend their services again!

Contacted Blakeley Plumbing as we needed our en-suite shower renovated. Right from the initial investigation visit Steve was friendly, honest, and professional, and once a quote had been agreed the works were completed quickly and to a very high standard by him and his team. A follow-up quality check visit was then completed within a week, and ongoing support gladly offered by Steve should we have any further queries. Definitely recommended.

First class company. Have used these guys for small plumbing and heating jobs over the past three years, and more recently they've done a big job for us. Installing a new boiler has been on the list of things we need to do for a while, but the space we had for the boiler was awkward in size and difficult to install. Gary spent time with me, asked lots of good questions and provided me with recommendations around how we solve our radiator and boiler issue. Over three days, Gary and the team installed a new boiler and moved a bunch of pipes around. They also installed and removed radiators and did a full handover and demonstrated the new thermostat for me. They were punctual, tidy and helpful throughout. The price was also around £3k cheaper that British Gas, so I'm delighted with these guys once again. Honestly, great firm.

We’ve just used Nichols Plumbing & Heating to install our new bathroom. We were extremely impressed with them. Their quote was reasonable in comparison with other “high end” installers we contacted. It was a fairly large job, also involving a small amount of building work, but Louis managed it all using his own team or subcontractors, once we’d selected our supplies. Everyone on the job was unfailingly polite, and all work was completed to extremely high standard, virtually to the original schedule. Communication was outstanding throughout. Although there were inevitably one or two unexpected challenges along the way, they were surmounted very expertly, and the final bill was exactly as originally quoted. We will continue to use them for any other plumbing jobs we have and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Just as the weather started to get our boiler packed up. Louis was recommended to me and was very quick to respond and come over to assess the job on the same day. He diagnosed the problem quickly, parts were ordered and delivered with next day delivery and the boiler was repaired successfully. I recommend Proline Drainage. We booked a camera survey of our drains and it was a positive, straightforward experience from the first phone call to completion of the job. Neil had a thorough look at all the different inlets to the drain, answered all our questions and was pleasant to deal with throughout. I would. definitely use them again.

If these guys are in your area don't hesitate to call them when you get drain problems. I spent more than 2 days replacing pipework, using drain unblock stuff with no result. I spoke to Dean at Proline Drainage to come out to help. He actually suggested it they could come in the day if would be much cheaper, which I agreed too. Arranging a visit & at Deans suggestion, when I finished work, they would come. That advice saved me £70+vat, compared to an emergency call out. Arrived in time, very respectful of property & within 30 minute ago clear, tested and I ( & my wife) very happy customers. I will not hesitate myself to call them again in the future. 5 star service 👍

Would highly recommend Proline Drainage. We had an issue with toilets in the house not working one evening, called these guys, they arrived 8am the following morning. Issues all fixed within an hour.
