I was recommended Denver Services, by one of my neighbours. They initially came round to do a service on our boiler, which we have had for many years. We knew the boiler was extremely old and I asked Denver Services for a quotation for a new boiler and to replace the ancillary equipment related to the heating and hot water. A quotation was provided which was satisfactory and they were booked in accordingly. The engineer arrived on site on time with all the correct equipment and basically cracked on with the job. Extremely polite, extremely professional and he certainly knew what he was doing. The system upon installation was fully tested with everything working satisfactorily. After everything was cleared up, and all the old equipment and packaging taken away, he showed me how the timer system worked and that was all set up and configured correctly, has been perfect ever since. I just wish we did this five + years ago. Great job done and I can comfortably recommend Denver Services.

George arrived on schedule. carried out boiler service quickly and efficiently. Checked all the safety items and cleaned the condensate drain filter. This has never been looked at by any service engineer before. Very friendly and efficient. Well done

Scott came round to install our dishwasher which was super fast! Realised we didn't have any heating or hot water and fixed it as well. Didn't have to wait for another appointment. When booking my appointment Olivia and Jo in the office were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Denver services.

An emergency call out to fix a leak from a failed water pipe was promptly dealt with. Office staff were able to send Scott to make the system safe, and rearrange schedules so that Adam could attend a few days later to replace the pipework and restore the hot and cold water. Office staff and engineers were very friendly, polite and both Scott and Adam arrived on time, and were very efficient and professional. I would recommend Denver Services.

Gavin and Callum replaced a shower at the property I'm currently renting. They have been here twice and have always been cheerful and friendly, and cleaned up afterwards as well, which was a bonus! I would definitely recommend Orca Plumbing & Heating 🙂

Crown Plumbing just did my annual boiler service. Jack the engineer arrived as scheduled, phoning me 20 mins before to let me know he would be arriving. He was very tidy. Did a thorough job on the boiler service and highlighted some items that would need attention at next service. The cost was as advertised and in my opinion represented good value for money. Neil and Jordan installed our new water tank, hot water cylinder and boiler on two of the hottest days of the year. Both of them are efficient and professional. The work was carried out with no fuss and tools and mess were cleared up quickly at every stage.

Neil and Jordan worked nonstop during a freezing cold day to fit our new boiler, new pump and undertake a power flush. All working well and looks great (well, as great as a new boiler can look!). Very neat job and all left tidy.

Louis was excellent - quick, efficient, sorted out our problem with a minimum of fuss and without trying to pressure us into spending more than was necessary. And charming with it too!

Hired Louis + team to rip and refit our bathroom. Excellent service and communication throughout the whole process. They were happy to take on board and design choices that we specified as well as give advice where we were unsure. We’ve just used Nichols Plumbing & Heating to install our new bathroom. We were extremely impressed with them. Their quote was reasonable in comparison with other “high end” installers we contacted. It was a fairly large job, also involving a small amount of building work, but Louis managed it all using his own team or subcontractors, once we’d selected our supplies. Everyone on the job was unfailingly polite, and all work was completed to extremely high standard, virtually to the original schedule. Communication was outstanding throughout. Although there were inevitably one or two unexpected challenges along the way, they were surmounted very expertly, and the final bill was exactly as originally quoted. We will continue to use them for any other plumbing jobs we have and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Just as the weather started to get our boiler packed up. Louis was recommended to me and was very quick to respond and come over to assess the job on the same day. He diagnosed the problem quickly, parts were ordered and delivered with next day delivery and the boiler was repaired successfully. Communication was very good throughout and Louis was very clear explaining the problem and gave good advice regarding what to do next.

Fitted a new boiler for me in quick time, just as a cold spell hit. The engineer was excellent and because of where the boiler was being fitted hardly seen. Separately another man turned up to brick up the hole on the outside wall, and then the day after that the old boiler was removed. Couldn't fault the job.

Fantastic and professional plumber came and resolved a number of problems for us, some we didn't even know about! He diagnosed the problem knowing the water system of a house in detail and how everything is connected, this meant he could show us how a problem in the kitchen was related to a problem in the loft! Went and got all the parts then came straight back and fixed it! Saved us a lot of stress and potential worse problems further down the line! Many thanks! Lee is great. He has fitted a completely new bathroom in our home. He guided us through the process answering all questions and recommending other great local trades people. The bathroom now looks brilliant. When we moved into our home he helped with lots of small repairs (leaking taps, radiators not working properly, installing new units etc) and was incredibly helpful and responsive.
