I needed an emergency plumber at a rented property recently on a Saturday night about 8pm. There was a leak from the main stopcock in the house. I googled emergency plumber near me, Merrow and to my rescue came Harry from Surrey Plumbing Ltd. He said he would be with me within 10 minutes and he was. Harry fixed the problem within 30 minutes, he was polite, professional just excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending Harry. When I read the reviews of this guy I thought he sounds amazing and he is from my own personal experience.

After breaking a valve on a radiator resulting in a steady stream of water, we needed someone fast! Harry at Surrey Plumbing Ltd saved the day with an emergency call out. He arrived promptly and was extremely professional, polite and focused. We were charged as quoted and he spent a full intense hour making sure everything was fixed and, more importantly, no leaks! I would have no hesitation in recommending Harry, a knowledgeable and pleasant chap – especially in a crisis.

Fantastic Service, if I could give 6 stars I would. Used Surrey Plumbing Ltd for an emergency call out at 8pm when I had a sudden major water leak through my ceiling. Harry was here in minutes and diagnosed the issue literally in about 2 minutes. He knew exactly what caused the leak (my power shower), got it isolated quickly, explained what caused it and what needed to be done. The team returned the next day to fit a brand new power shower. Have just had an absolutely superb experience from Robbie and his team at Shoosmith. I had a big problem with an upstairs toilet and after a call with Robbie he was able to send over one of his engineers Andy within just a few hours to take a look at the issue and after a couple of hours was able to rectify the leak and repair it. Andy was polite and above all extremely detailed with his work. Would absolutely recommend 100%.

Fantastic, professional and very helpful company. Used them twice now. Bought a new house and water wouldn't work. They arrived quickly and resolved the problem immediately with no charge. Then had a more recent problem, which they talked me through how to fix over the phone again ni charge. Genuinely a very nice and helpful organisation who clearly put the customer first. Thanks for the help getting the boiler back up and running at my Sisters property, We called them on short notice and they sent a emergency plumber out the very same day to clear a blocked plate heat exchanger on the boiler. We will be using again for all plumbing and heating issues at our house.

Nick recently fitted my new boiler, radiators, bathroom suite and also laid new solid wooden flooring. Nick is a swiss army knife - he's an excellent plumber, a master carpenter (He has a real eye for the small details) and a really nice bloke. He really knows his stuff and not only thinks about what he's doing on the job in hand but also the future consequences of any decisions that are being made. He discusses and explains options clearly to agree what needs to be done next together. What I was quoted was exactly what I paid and the work was done in the time agreed. If I was pushed to find a fault I'd say he's busy (Because he's good!) so can be hard to initially lock down for bigger jobs. Once the work is locked in tho - you'll be in very safe hands! I wouldn't hesitate recommending Nick to anyone that's looking for high quality work and fair / reasonable prices. 100% worth waiting an extra week or two.

I used Plumber Dipesh to change my cylinder due to rusty hot water. Since the job completed, I've had no more issues with hot water. Not only that Dipesh tidied up all pipe system around the cylinder. Thank you Dipesh. I would definitely recommend him and use him again for any future plumbing work.

Dipesh is very friendly, professional and flexible. I got a water leak from my kitchen ceiling and Dipesh was able to trace down the leak to the bathroom's underfloor pipe up stair within an hour. He also managed to fix it quickly and explained to me the step-by-step during his work. I would definitely use his service again for any plumbing work in my house in future.

We have an old, extremely complicated and challenging Boilermate with a fault causing central heating to stop. Dipesh diagnosed the issue in no time and replaced the parts. Through out the process, he was polite and explained each steps. Now I have more understanding of the appliance and how it works. Thank you Dipesh! You are a true gem and a gentleman. Alex and his apprentice Joe did a service on my boiler, which was the 3rd I've used them for. I left them to it and got back to work, but it was great to hear Alex teaching Joe and asking him questions and also Joe asking questions of various scenarios to Alex. The follow up from Kerry the same day with the paperwork was very professional, as had all communication about making the appointment.

Today we had all of the gas pipes in our home replaced and rerouted by Sam. This was not a small job, lifting floor etc! I was really impressed with the work that Sam did but also how he did it! He was clean and tidy throughout the whole day cleaning up after himself as he moved from one area in the house to the other! He also completed the work on time and budget as we agreed. Friendly and efficient service from Sam and his team. Reasonable quote and well explained at every step of a boiler replacement requiring relocation and significant replumbing. There were some hitches on the way due to the age of the central heating system, but nothing to stop the guys getting the job done in a day. There was one minor issue needing Sam back but that was dealt with quickly and apologetically. We've not had the greatest of experiences with plumbers historically, but would thoroughly recommend Sam for any scale of work required.
