Absolutely brilliant, thanks ever so much for your help! I called Khalid about a leaking copper pipe in our kitchen, he was round at our house in an hour and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. As well as the great service, he is a really nice guy and did the work for a very reasonable cost.

Sam has installed a new boiler for us and replaced taps on our sink. He is very professional - his plumbing is extremely neat and he is really quick. He seems very knowledgeable about the many different aspects of his job. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Friendly and efficient service from Sam and his team. Reasonable quote and well explained at every step of a boiler replacement requiring relocation and significant replumbing. There were some hitches on the way due to the age of the central heating system, but nothing to stop the guys getting the job done in a day. There was one minor issue needing Sam back but that was dealt with quickly and apologetically. We've not had the greatest of experiences with plumbers historically, but would thoroughly recommend Sam for any scale of work required.

Can't recommend Sam highly enough. Really lovely bloke and sorted everything out on first visit (tap repair, boiler maintenance, 2x tap installation) - fair price for service too. Will absolutely use him again, and would encourage others in the area to do so.

We have used Sam for a couple of years now, for several jobs. Last major job was to replace 7 old radiators with new, modern ones. Sam has always been great. Gets the job done, with no fuss and at a good price. He is always tidy and thoughtful. And a lovely guy. Highly recommended, with no hesitation.

Alex and his apprentice Joe did a service on my boiler, which was the 3rd I've used them for. I left them to it and got back to work, but it was great to hear Alex teaching Joe and asking him questions and also Joe asking questions of various scenarios to Alex. The follow up from Kerry the same day with the paperwork was very professional, as had all communication about making the appointment.

We have an old, extremely complicated and challenging Boilermate with a fault causing central heating to stop. Dipesh diagnosed the issue in no time and replaced the parts. Dipesh is very friendly, professional and flexible. I got a water leak from my kitchen ceiling and Dipesh was able to trace down the leak to the bathroom's underfloor pipe up stair within an hour. He also managed to fix it quickly and explained to me the step-by-step during his work. I would definitely use his service again for any plumbing work in my house in future.

I used Plumber Dipesh to change my cylinder due to rusty hot water. Since the job completed, I've had no more issues with hot water. I needed an emergency plumber at a rented property recently on a Saturday night about 8pm. There was a leak from the main stopcock in the house. I googled emergency plumber near me, Merrow and to my rescue came Harry from Surrey Plumbing Ltd. He said he would be with me within 10 minutes and he was. Harry fixed the problem within 30 minutes, he was polite, professional just excellent. I would not hesitate in recommending Harry. After breaking a valve on a radiator resulting in a steady stream of water, we needed someone fast! Harry at Surrey Plumbing Ltd saved the day with an emergency call out. Fantastic Service, if I could give 6 stars I would. Used Surrey Plumbing Ltd for an emergency call out at 8pm when I had a sudden major water leak through my ceiling. Harry was here in minutes and diagnosed the issue literally in about 2 minutes. He knew exactly what caused the leak (my power shower), got it isolated quickly, explained what caused it and what needed to be done. The team returned the next day to fit a brand new power shower. Nick recently fitted my new boiler, radiators, bathroom suite and also laid new solid wooden flooring. Nick is a swiss army knife - he's an excellent plumber, a master carpenter (He has a real eye for the small details) and a really nice bloke. He really knows his stuff and not only thinks about what he's doing on the job in hand but also the future consequences of any decisions that are being made. He discusses and explains options clearly to agree what needs to be done next together. What I was quoted was exactly what I paid and the work was done in the time agreed. If I was pushed to find a fault I'd say he's busy (Because he's good!) so can be hard to initially lock down for bigger jobs. Once the work is locked in tho - you'll be in very safe hands! I wouldn't hesitate recommending Nick to anyone that's looking for high quality work and fair / reasonable prices. 100% worth waiting an extra week or two.
