Mark, Louise and Matt did an amazing job from start to finish of selecting the right units for the job, managing the dates to get the various stages of the job complete through to commissioning of some beautiful and highly effective AC units. On installation days Matt was super prompt and thorough while Mark was on hand to answer any pressing questions I had, delivering them very calmly and collected. They are a wonderful team to work with and I would highly recommend Evans and Son. I’m now looking forward to summer when I can get these babies running!

Evans & Son supplied and fitted a Toshiba AC unit in our new garden office. From offering advice, liaising with the builders, site visit through to the installation, everything went smoothly and the quality of work was great. Highly professional and at a fair price.

We needed to have a our soil stack repaired as it was damaged during a loft conversion a couple of years ago. The side of the house is very high as we live on a hill. We also wanted air conditioning installing to the loft. Evans were great - they were able to quote using photos of the inside and outside of the property. Due to the height where the works needed to be completed scaffolding was required, and they arranged this also. They arrived when agreed, did a good job and left everything clean and tidy. Would certainly recommend.

Have used Virtue Heating & Plumbing twice now and been very impressed. Both employees sent out to us were polite, professional and clean - dressed in uniform and immediately put booties over their shoes before coming in without us having to ask. Tom in particular was great - happy to answer all our questions and take his time investigating everything for us. He even talked us through their brochure at the end before he left.

The team at Virtue are excellent and I must personally thank you for your recent work. From resolving complex immediate issues to helping plan improvements and extensions to our heating and plumbing systems. All work was completed on time, politely and on budget. We recently had virtue in to install as new combination boiler for us after the old one had packed up. They were very professional, polite and got the job done in one day. They also fixed our leaking tap for free.

I had an issue with my heating on a very cold winters day and they were able to send an engineer the same day - the engineer (Zack) was quick, professional, and got us back up and running in no time. The admin team there are also excellent, providing friendly and prompt communication at all times!

Used Plumbwells back in May and keep forgetting to leave a review. Couldn’t recommend them any more! Received a load of brochures from my bathroom fitter from them, chose most of what I wanted and ordered direct so easily via WhatsApp and received 1/3 discount off brochure price so was chuffed. Al especially is super helpful with any questions and recommendations and also sourcing things from links I found online. As a woman (using husband account) I thought I’d be intimidated using a small merchant but I’d never go back to a big one again! I started using Stewart and Stewart personally around 6 years ago and have never been let down and never been disappointed. This has now transferred across into my business where my reputation is on the line as I recommend Lee and his team for my clients needs. Again I have never had bad feedback and if anything it has enhanced my business, and reputation, working with a company so determined to deliver quality service.

I rang this morning about my leaky sink, Lee rang back very quickly, was very open, realistic and transparent regarding costs and was able to send out his guy Chris within the hour. Chris was polite and professional and he fixed the problem efficiently (which was caused by another “plumber” I had hired from a different company to install a new sink). Chris even cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend Lee and his team and will definitely use them again!

I would highly recommend Lee and his team. We have called upon them for a couple of issues in our flat and Lee recently installed a new boiler for us. Despite it being an awkward job, the finish is fantastic and our water pressure has even improved. What's more, Lee sent us some suggestions to improve other parts of the flat, such as the overall ventilation. Stewart and Stewart were available to provide a boiler service and gas safety inspection at my tenants’ flat at short notice when the company I had been paying into each month, for a call-out plan that should have covered this, let me down. Grateful to them for stepping in, liaising with the tenants and getting the job done without issue, and within the legal deadline, ensuring I didn’t breach regs. Easy and friendly to deal with. We had the delightful experience of getting our underfloor heating done by sajeel of SM Gas and Plumbing solutions. Very effiecient and wasted no time in the process. It works like a dream. Very happy with the service we received. Would definitely recommend his services to family and friends.

We were lucky enough to find these guys to help when we couldn't get our central heating working this year. They came out promptly and Saj spent hours accurately diagnosing the problem. He was determined to stay until he m ew what the issue was. We needed a new part which was ordered promptly and as soon as it arrived Saj and a colleague were back to install it and ensure that the boiler was working. Sak explained everything to us and was extremely polite, friendly and professional. He tidied up after himself and communicated throughout. When we got the bill I was amazed at how reasonable it was especially considering how much time had been spent here. I would highly recommend using this company. From start to finish their communication was fantastic, the complete service (a new combi boiler fitted and water tank removed) was excellent value. The engineers were efficient, polite and worked to time. In addition, the work carried out was complicated in several ways (a previous plumber had said they could not carry out work) and the engineers worked around our family consisting of two young children. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and now have a great system in our house.

I had a toilet with a faulty cistern and it’s not actually that easy to find someone willing to do that kind of thing as some plumbers just want the big jobs. The toilet is also housed within a unit and it wasn't just a case of lifting the lid off, so I was looking for someone used to designing bathrooms too as I figured they would be more likely to be used to that kind of thing. Michael was very happy to fix it and did so quickly (despite having to take the toilet out to get to the cistern), did it in the evening and to a great standard. Very personable and friendly too. I would definitely recommend Surrey Plumbing & Bathrooms and will be using them again in future.
