We needed to have a our soil stack repaired as it was damaged during a loft conversion a couple of years ago. The side of the house is very high as we live on a hill. We also wanted air conditioning installing to the loft. Evans were great - they were able to quote using photos of the inside and outside of the property. Due to the height where the works needed to be completed scaffolding was required, and they arranged this also. They arrived when agreed, did a good job and left everything clean and tidy. Would certainly recommend.

Evans & Son supplied and fitted a Toshiba AC unit in our new garden office. From offering advice, liaising with the builders, site visit through to the installation, everything went smoothly and the quality of work was great. Highly professional and at a fair price.

Used Plumbwells back in May and keep forgetting to leave a review. Couldn’t recommend them any more! Received a load of brochures from my bathroom fitter from them, chose most of what I wanted and ordered direct so easily via WhatsApp and received 1/3 discount off brochure price so was chuffed. Al especially is super helpful with any questions and recommendations and also sourcing things from links I found online. As a woman (using husband account) I thought I’d be intimidated using a small merchant but I’d never go back to a big one again! He lent me two sets of his own to try, asking only that I return those that didn’t fit and leave a bit of cash for him to cover the cost of those that fitted. I have had Greenwood Heating out several times for two different boilers - they are the first company that has actually serviced my boiler properly - previous services (British Gas amongst others) included a visual inspection and signing a bit of paper (I knew nothing about what should happen during a service) - Greenwood heating actually serviced the boilers, showed me what needed doing and explained everything, emptied condensation trays, emptied and cleaned out the black filter (can't remember what it's called) - when fixes have been needed they are all at a reasonable cost and so are services on the boiler - I would never ever use anyone else - thank you Greenwood heating!

We used Darren last year to put all new radiators into our home along with moving and reinstalling a new boiler. We were so impressed with Darren & Kane's work that we got them to quote on a new bathroom for us which was our project this year. We had Dom & Zak working on this and throughout they were excellent - always keeping us updated and making us feel comfortable in our own home. I contacted Josh for help with a slightly complex job - installing a pipe to run under the kitchen floor from the mains supply to provide plumbing to a fridge/freezer on the other side of the room. Josh came round within a couple of days of my call, had a look at the job and was able to think quickly and creatively solve the issue by passing a pipe under the floor from a small hatch under an appliance - I am delighted because we didn't have to pull up any of the floor, and we only have a tiny hole in the floor behind the fridge for the pipe! Everything works nicely and his rate of pay was reasonable for the time and effort this job required! I wouldn't hesitate to call Josh again the next time I have a plumbing job - thanks!

Lee and his team were amazing, came on the same day with the correct fixings and had my shower up and running in no time. I had used Lee before and found him so helpful and friendly, with very reasonable prices and will go out of his way to do the job as quickly and well as possible. I would highly recommend Lee and his team. We have called upon them for a couple of issues in our flat and Lee recently installed a new boiler for us. Despite it being an awkward job, the finish is fantastic and our water pressure has even improved. What's more, Lee sent us some suggestions to improve other parts of the flat, such as the overall ventilation. Perry was outstanding. He quickly identified the issue with my underfloor heating, ordered the necessary parts, and installed them efficiently. His communication throughout the process was excellent. I will definitely be using his services again when needed.

Over the winter we've had three visits from Perry and George. Each time they were on time, got the job done efficiently and the contact from the company was perfect. First time was an emergency, on 22nd December which was stressful. George was here in less than 2 hours and we were up and running in less than an hour. Second time was a full service, third time was replacing parts that had been picked up on the service. The boiler hadn't had any love for years. They got us back on track with boiler maintenance for a boiler we're not worried about now.

All the stars brilliant! Emailed a request for a boiler annual service, received a call back on the same day and booked the appointment for the following week. Emails with a time slot, a reminder email and, on completion, an electronic document of the completed service. Also texts to check customer satisfaction. From first contact through to completion the new instillation went very smooth. Ervin went through the details and completed the install quickly and efficiently. He also rebalanced all the radiators and fully instructed me on the controls for the boiler. I would certainly use him again
