We had no mains water and a leak at a property we had just moved into - Keith came out promptly, diagnosed the problems and repaired the leaks. He also helped plumb in our washing machine which was really tricky. He is efficient, friendly and very thorough in his work - carrying out multiple tests to ensure everything was fixed before he left. Highly recommend.

This looks like a trade plumbers shop. However, don’t be put off. They are really good. Take all your plumbing questions there, they are very good advisors. Last time I was there, I too a picture of the inside of my cistern. They were more than happy to help find the right bit for me and give some simple advise on what to do with it.

Neil and Jordan installed our new water tank, hot water cylinder and boiler on two of the hottest days of the year. Both of them are efficient and professional. The work was carried out with no fuss and tools and mess were cleared up quickly at every stage.

Neil and Jordan worked nonstop during a freezing cold day to fit our new boiler, new pump and undertake a power flush. All working well and looks great (well, as great as a new boiler can look!). Very neat job and all left tidy.

Firstly, I’ve given this firm a 5 star rating and would highly recommend due to these reasons. Outset: Read their superb reviews online and in particular mention of co-owner, Perry. Phone call into their professional call centre gave me immediate reassurance that they were professional and eager to solve my issue. I was informed that Perry was busy and I would be seeing instead their business partner, George. Expressing immediate concern I might get someone not as good, I was reassured that George was also excellent, although mentioned less on public reviews. (Shame on previous customers for not leaving more positive reviews) Issue: my Worcester combo boiler was playing up with intermittent hot water dropping off and showing a series of fault codes relating to the issue. (WINTER WITH BOILER ISSUES ARE NOT WORTH TAKING THE CHANCE!) Lead in: I was sent a number of realistic prompts via text message and emails explaining what to expect and managing my expectations for the day in advance of the service. Very professional for someone managing their busy diary. Day of Service: George turned up promptly with his new apprentice, Bradley. (Signs that the business is doing well!). First off, I was super impressed by both the gentleman who were respectful from the outset introducing themselves and removing shoes.George was polite and highly personable. In my experience of dealing with multiple tradesman over the years and myself coming from a background in the building trade, I couldn’t have wished for a more professional expert than George and found his mannerisms and conduct admirable in this day and age. Old school values and appeared truly honest in explaining everything and not pushing for need to replace etc. Job: thorough, taking time and precision to ensure everything was done, checked and put right. Post job: sent an invoice via email, which included a detailed diagnostic report to include future suggestions of things that may need to be looked at again in the future. All in all would have George back in an instance and would prompt anyone booking this firm to request his services personally. Merry Christmas H&G Solutions!

All the stars brilliant! Emailed a request for a boiler annual service, received a call back on the same day and booked the appointment for the following week. Emails with a time slot, a reminder email and, on completion, an electronic document of the completed service. Also texts to check customer satisfaction. Perry is thorough, prompt, very helpful and a lovely chap. Couldn't ask for an easier process. Thank you Perry!

Barry provided a very thorough and professional service, giving plenty of advice on maintaining my boiler and maintenance of the heating system in my flat in general. He also identified that my gas meter had been labelled incorrectly and identified the correct one for my flat and pointed out that my boiler front had not been properly installed. Barry had a friendly demeanor and I am very happy to strongly recommended him and his work.

We've used Alan as our plumber for more than 15yrs now. In that time he has always been on time, tidy and friendly. We trust him so much than even when we moved to a different county, we asked if he would travel & service our boiler each year which he agreed to do. As always Alan arrived promptly. He's always greets with a smile and displays a respectful and professional manner. He cleans up as he goes along and leaves the area in the same way as he finds it. Our annual boiler service which had been booked for 3 months was cancelled by our national provider, with no provision for a future appointment. I contacted RPL, a service was booked for a couple of weeks time, along with the repair and order of a replacement part for our dripping shower. RPL carried out a thorough service of our boiler, were on time, kept us abreast of every step and were very respectful of our home, cleaning thoroughly after them. I am also no longer annoyed by a noisy drip! I could not recommend them highly enough

Explained perfectly what they were going to do and how it would alleviate the issues. No time was wasted which I very much appreciated as labour costs per hour. Did a fantastic job.
